You may wonder what you have to gain by understanding what Energy Blocks are, and, learning how to release your own and the energy blocks of others.

1. Free of all allergies and sensitivities;.
2. Depressions able to be coped with or entirely avoided;
3. Responses are more flexible and more constructive;
4. Recoveries from surgeries or illnesses are fast;
5. Cancer remission, recovery or prevention possible;.
6. Aware of more choices due to increased self-confidence;.
7. Addictions to substances, objects, or behaviors can easily be released;.
8. Severe migraine headaches recovered from;.
9. Spinal adjustment required much less often or not at all;.
10. Ability to accept reality and admit to one's weaknesses;
11. Relationships either considerable improve or experience positive change;
12. Communicating styles and their benefits and dangers recognized;
13. Contact with one's Higher Self achieved through skill development;
14. Freedom from dependency on either rationalization or reflex decision;
15. Self-direction capability now recognized; previously denied by energy blocks;
16. Destructive habit responses and automatic behaviors open to change;
17. Enhanced awareness of self, others, environment, reality, and God;
18. Decisions can confidently be made within 30 seconds;
19. Accuracy of decisions for Higher Self goal achievement very high;
20. Expressions of innovation, creativity, negotiation, compassion is easier;
21. Memory is fearless and clear about most of one's past experiences & history;
22. One's optimum health can be obtained, regaining and maintaining;
23. Each of the aspects of one's identity is able to be integrated;
24. Indifference, anxiety, intolerance, weakness, and confusion disappear;
25. Feeling that one's life is dull, uneventful, unexciting, or a failure... vanish;
26. Constructive involvement in any opportunity becomes an option.

Spiritual strength, identity fulfillment, physical health and emotional sereneness are almost impossible without the foundation of the above benefits.

One's Higher Self always knows the best path for each individual to take for that individual to succeed in the life mission offered it by God. Such a success always brings contentment, challenge, involvement, reverence and revelation.
