Why Questions are more important than Answers.
You always get what you ask for.
Be sure you understand your question !
Common errors and assumptions.
- Timeliness is ignored.
- Should I take vitamin C?
- Do I need to take vitamin C today?
- Should I take vitamin C now? ... when?
- Should I take 2-1000 mg. vitamin C tablets now?
- Should I take 2-1000 mg timed release vitamin C tablets now?
- Should I take ... with (quantity) of (something else)?
General questions discourage specific answers.
- Should I apply for any (other) job?
- Should I apply for this job?
- Should I apply for the security job?
- Should I apply for the security job at A2Z Corp.?
- Should I apply for the security job at A2Z Corp. today?
- Should I apply for the security job at A2Z Corp. this morning?
Assumed knowledge of all of the answer options.
- Should I pass on the principle?
- Should I read the principle?
- Should I hear the principle?
- Should I say the principle ?
- Should I need to do more than one of the above?
- Should I need to repeat one or more of the above?
- Should I need to do something else with the principle?.
Confusion between questions to the Ego vs the Higher Self.
- Do I want to do my exercises today?
- Will I like doing my exercises today?
- Am I angry about my exercises today?
- Should I do my exercises at 8.00 AM?
- Should I swim 10 lengths this afternoon?
- Can I leave my exercises for today?
- Do I have to do ...?
Assumption of Static or Predictive Interactions.
- Should I marry?
- Should I marry Jack, Joan, Jennifer, anyone ...?
- Should I marry (name), (with whom I have discussed), soon?
- Should I (do something) before considering marriage?
- Should I ask this question again? In a month?, year?, other?
- Should I keep my marriage to (name) ?
Disrespect for the Identity of Others.
- Should I (make a decision for) Jeanne, Joan, Jack, John?
- Should I (do something for) someone else?
- Should I (tell) someone (something) they will not like?
- Would (name) like/benefit from (something) if I gave/did it?
- Should (name) (who has asked) about ... do (something) today?
Disrespect Attributed Internally.
- I shouldn't ... should I?
- I can't ... can I?
- If I ... it won't turn out, will it?
- I shouldn't ask about that, should I?
- Will ... ever be successful?
Learned Aggressive Joint Denial.
- No one can do this, can they?
- This is not possible, is it?
- This (wrong) is Okay because everyone else does it, yes?
- I don't have any other choice, do I?
Individual choices in an interactive environment have the capacity to influence any outcome involving the parties. Answers may depend upon whether the individual's
involved continue to react with inflexible responses or in predictable patterns, or, if any/all are persuaded, forced, choose ... to modify such responses.
The above only illustrates a few possibilities.
Always be humble enough to search for the Truth with
an open, aware, and disciplined identity.
Improvements can always be made.
