Benefits of the No-Emotion Feeling.

  1. Your Higher Self can be communicated with more easily.

  2. Your personal spirit has less distraction and conflict with the Ego- Superego.

  3. Planning becomes more realistic than when Ego or SuperEgo driven.

  4. You are able to be aware of circumstances as they are, rather than being anxious, over-concerned, over-confident, distracted ... as when ego-driven.

  5. Other emotions become more clearly defined and recognized.

  6. No-Emotion can act as a base-line from which to reference the intensity and character of other emotions.

  7. Reverence experiences are more frequent and spontaneous.

  8. The mere practice of using the experience of Reverence to enter No-Emotion makes that experience increasingly easier to call and attain.

  9. Listening is improved by a removal of distractions:
    a) higher awareness, understanding, retention,
    b) easier, deeper empathic sharing,
    c) more accuracy achieved by feedback

  10. Reality is more accurately perceived when
    Denial
    Desire
    Optimism ... communication filters are removed.

  11. Meditation styles which prove effective in enhancing health, all seek
    ... to have the participant reach a state of no-emotion.

  12. Prayer is spiritual in nature only when undertaken in a state of No-Emotion.
