Steps in developing one's No-Emotion potential.


  1. Acquire an awareness of the Benefits of the No-Emotion feeling;

  2. Develop a strategy for increasing your awareness of No-Emotion;

  3. Practice your strategy on a daily basis, no exceptions;

  4. Involve those who are often near you in your strategy;

  5. Know that a clogged consciousness is like a clogged engine;

  6. Make a habit to hesitate before replying;

  7. Avoid detractor factors (see below).


Detractors and hurdles:
A. Distractions;
B. Insufficient practice,
C. Inappropriate application;
D. Anxiety;
E. Fear;
F. Lack of mentors;
G. Misinformation about No-Emotion.
