Introduction to Examples of Actions.
The degree of dependency and the intensity of High Intensity Blocks which the client's Reptilian brain attaches to them, prevents them from being released unless the Reptilian brain knows that you have an alternative coping method to that dictated by the block, or, that you are willing to consciously demonstrate your commitment to rid yourself of the block-induced behaviors and attitudes. In this case, the Reptilian brain, the brainstem, will not be left without a solution. That is how great the desperation and panic is which ties its dependency to the original block.
- BLOCK:
Cerato, 49 drops; Difficulty with Grief;
Principle of Inner Certainty/Intuition vs Approval-seeking, distrusts others, Oral Character;
Time of formation: 1363 A.D., passed by heredity;
Block Release Session: 1991
ACTION:
Acknowledge that one's energy blocks have twisted one's intuition to produce many failures and inner distrust. Give thanks for the capacity, understanding, and future potential now being made possible by releasing one's energy blocks.
RESULT: Client did accept the above, grieved past failures of great promise and magnitude, and moved on by acknowledging the impressions of his intuition and confirming them with Guidance rather than asking others always for advice, none of which was usually taken --- encouraging more errors. Intuition increasingly assisted in efficiently forming the Questions to Ask of Spiritual Guidance with the constant feedback from Guidance strengthening the Intuition factor.
- BLOCK:
Chicory, 49 drops; Relationship to Spouse;
Principle of Motherliness & Selfless Love vs Self-Centeredness;
Time of formation: Present
Block Prevention Session
ACTION:
Determine to help spouse when they ask, rather than when you see a need.
RESULT: Self-restraint, humility, and sacrifice were required and provided in order not to raise issues during times when the person could not or would not understand the concepts or words due to energy block triggers, or, when the person is under the influence of too much block reactivity, or, when the person is too tired. This block took 6 weeks to dissipate during which time the client became more aware of the reaction and gained in releasing it and having the choice of coping with one's perceptions with greater consideration for others.
- BLOCK:
Crab Apple, 49 drops; Denial of Deception;

Time of formation: 1952-56, 1966-68, 1972-73, 1989-97;
Block Release Session: March, 1998
ACTION:
Follow Spiritual Guidance for a period of 2 weeks.
RESULT: Client began the process with the intent being of helping him attain "clean" Guidance rather than strong Guidance twisted by the influence of his SuperEgo social consciousness. Client voiced continual skepticism by questioning everything to the finest detail and delaying training seminars and extending meetings by 2 to 4 times the regularly required time.
Client gave up quickly on tasks for which he was better skilled than all of the others who completed their work. Client disputed, or grudgingly carried out work he was responsible for. Eventually, he was dismissed and lost a current opportunity to complete his Life Mission --- and by doing so find great fulfillment and contentment. He has removed himself from almost any activity involving providing assistance to and sharing with others in order to quietly concentrate on himself.
- BLOCK:
Gentian, 51 drops; Fear of No-Emotion emotion;
Principle of Faith in the Meaning of Life; Higher Order vs Doubt;
Time of formation: September 07, 1992
Block Release by Walk-In, 2 years later
ACTION:
Devote oneself to receiving Spiritual Guidance with the necessary quieting of one's consciousness in humility and positive anticipation.
RESULT: So great was the degree of disappointment, anger, and hate connected with the injustice and deception of the incident resulting in the block formation that the Personal Spirit of the individual left and was replaced by a Walk-In which, without the connection to the Past experiences, was able to chose to develop his skill in the learning of and use of Spiritual Guidance --- while fully coping with the negative realities left by the source disaster and leading to constant positive results. Memories were retained without their former negative emotional connections. A total of 19 other blocks were released by the action of the spiritual exchange and the adoption of the block release required action.
- BLOCK:
Heather, 51 drops; Feelings of doubt, and, Relationship to Higher Self;

- BLOCK:
Holly, 48 drops; Fear of Lover;
Principle of Divine all-encompassing love vs Separation from potential for love;
Time of formation: Present
Preventive Session
ACTION:
Accept that the influence of one's lover, when their actions indicate rejection or deception, and, their lack of or inability to communicate openly reinforce that observation into an assumption, are negative influences. When additionally one finds the other person actively encourages one deny one's spiritual skills by constant comments of ridicule, the only spiritually positive action is to withdraw in order to remain spiritually strong. Denial is not an option for it closes one's heart off and limits one's broader sharing and expressions of love.
RESULT: Client did make this choice, withdrew from the relationship on the basis of reconsidering re-commitment if and when the partner grew in their development to be more strong inwardly, more tolerant, more honest, more open, more trusting, and more respectful of the use of Spiritual Guidance. The block dissolved away in 4 hours. The client experienced a great lifting of negative energies required to continually safeguard their Personal Identity in the former environment.
- BLOCK:
Hornbeam, 49 drops; Difficulty with Confusion;
Principle of Inner Vitality & Freshness of Mind vs Mental Exhaustion & Procrastination;

ACTION:
Develop a personal plan for your future and set out a personal agenda for each day.
RESULT: Block will release if the client follows the action daily for 20 days.
- BLOCK:
Larch, 49 drops; Fear of abandonment;
Principle of Self-Confidence vs Inferiority Complex;
Time of formation: March 02, 1979
Block Release Session: 1988
ACTION:
Accept and confirm that oneself is worthy by one's values and attitudes; strive to be one's best and you will deserve and be partnered, whether business or intimate, with an equal. Choose to be a winner. Winners partner with winners; Losers with Losers. Nothing else remains in harmony.
RESULT: Client changed his attitude and actions from not being assertive and aggressive enough to effect success, he would carry out all of the prospecting, presenting, design, administration, research and other activities, as necessary. Instead of intending to do and procrastinating, or, of wanting to do something and being stopped by fear --- the client adopted a confident attitude and behavior which allowed him to try and do many things he would previously have considered too difficult to effect efficiently by himself.
- BLOCK:
Mustard, 48 drops; Fear of Insufficiency;
Soul qualities of cheerfulness and serenity;
Time of formation: age 4
Block Remedial Session
ACTION:
Listen to sad music, in private, for an hour.
Acknowledge the mood by fully entering into it.
Try to bring one's Spirit into conscious awareness, with Reverence.
Meditate on "My Life Force is a precious gift. How can I best respect it?"
RESULT: The client did carry out the action.
Demonstrated benefits will be expressed through attitudes able to be expressed in line with the positive soul qualities. As this was a Remedial, the influence of the block will be released but the individual will have to make a sincere effort to gain the potential benefits. Before, such benefits would have been impossible, regardless of effort. They will now be possible, but neither automatic, nor easy.
- BLOCK:
Oak, 48 drops; Need for Acceptance; Reaction to long periods of strife;
Principle of Strength and Endurance vs Stubbornness & Inflexibility;
Time of formation: 1367 AD and transferred by heredity;
Block Release Session: November, 1996
ACTION:
Build inner strength through daily meditation for 30 minutes.
RESULT: Client did do meditation daily and together with releasing more blocks became aware that what he had been involved in and pushing ahead with positive expectations was, in reality, dishonest, illegal, and socially deceptive. He withdrew his services in support of that venture and chose involvement in a venture in which honesty and openness were rewarded and from which a very good income could be made, and, much money given to charities.
- BLOCK:
Oak, 49 drops; Fear of abandonment;
Principle of Strength & Endurance vs Stubbornness & Inflexibility;
Time of formation: Present;
Preventive Session: Present.
ACTION:
Make a shared commitment to a relationship - partnership.
Within the context of spiritual meaning, for both potential partners, "commitment" was specifically used to mean agreement of shared values of freedom and equality, and, the word "relationship - partnership" was defined as making "Us" a priority before either "I" or "You".
RESULT: Initially, the client chose not to share feelings of fear and negative expectation arising out of repeated failures in past commitments, chose to separate oneself from their prospective partner, the result of which was the other person felt rejected, deceived, angry, and left. Client proved that fears often produce a reality unless faced and worked through. Client chose less demanding gradual change.
A second choice of Action was chosen in which this dynamic was discussed and accepted as workable for both parties only to be jeopardized later by the influence of the stubbornness influence of the block to obsess on its past attachment of "expectation" of ??? to "commitment" and "lack of freedom -- constraint -- possessiveness" to "relationship".
The block will release when the client can become more flexible in their interpretation of "words" such that they can accept the meanings that other people apply and concentrate on harmony of thought rather than harmony of words. Inability to acknowledge individuality will encourage abandonment until then, and its, companion, separateness.
- BLOCK:
Olive, 48 drops; Expectations for Spouse;
Principle of Regeneration, Peace, Restored Balance vs Exhaustion;
Time of formation: Present
Block Prevention Session
ACTION:
Recognize that only through honesty and directness can breaks in communication be healed by either rejoining, or parting cleanly. Harmony is only possible if "I" and "You" are replaced by "Us". Anything else is simply accepting to live in denial, or constant restriction, or constant challenge --- "We never talk about that." "We always argue about the same thing over and over." "We just come home and busy ourselves (at avoiding each other).
RESULT: Client acknowledged these realities and chose the one including honesty and openness. Over a period of almost 3 hours, the old destructive thought patterns dissolved away without further effort and the focus became one of "Us".
- BLOCK:
Pine, 49 drops; Fear of Lack of Mind;
Principle of Regret & Forgiveness vs Feelings of Guilt;
Time of formation: present
Block Prevention Session
ACTION:
Accept that one has done their best; painful results have occurred; negative emotions must be felt and expressed in order to move on.
RESULT: Client accepted this revelation, from Spiritual Guidance, and the block dissipated within a day with no further conscious effort, discussion, or action.
- BLOCK:
Rock Water, 48 drops; Difficulty with abandonment;
Principle of Adaptability & Inner Freedom vs Perfectionistic irrelevant theories;
Time of formation: ages 22, 32, 36, 38, 42, 44
Block Release Session: age 52
ACTION:
Need to assert one's independence by removing belongings of former spouse, now gone for 2 years, after being thrown out for long-term infidelity, and, having lived with 2 other intimate partners in the interim, from one's residence.
RESULT: Client did make this choice, with intense emotional frustration and anxiety, illogical rationalizations, denial, and defensiveness. Afterward, client was then able to interact in a more professional manner with the former spouse in a business environment and to express negative emotions towards the former partner much less often.
- BLOCK:
Scleranthus, 48 drops; Difficulty with Depression;
Principle of Poise and Balance vs Indecisiveness, Moodiness, Restlessness;
Time of formation: Present;
Preventive Session: Present (timing missed)
ACTION:
Face fears and denials; take action.
Enjoy the results of forging ahead into a positive future.
RESULT: Client was greatly encouraged to remain in denial by the supportive influences of other high intensity blocks which were also developing. Actions were taken which temporarily soothed the depressive feelings and the block was built. Other block release sessions were delayed by the clone-like formation of this a layer including this one. Progress was made more difficult by one's not being able to see one's part in destructive block induced behaviors.
- BLOCK:
Scleranthus, 49 drops; Difficulty with abandonment;
Principle of Poise and Balance vs Indecisiveness and Restlessness;
Time of formation: age 2;
Block Release Session: age 51
ACTION:
Assert one's independence by remaining in the Present, for attitude and perception, rather than always comparing back to the Past, and, develop a Plan for One's Future.
RESULT: Client did not make this choice, became aimless in self-development direction, took days and weeks to make decisions that could have been made in seconds with Spiritual Guidance, made errors in judgement that resulted in risk to health, relationship, and ease of interaction with surroundings.
- BLOCK:
Vervain, 50 drops; Expectations of males;
Principle of Self-Discipline and Restraint vs Over-enthusiastic;
Time of formation: Present
Block Prevention Session
ACTION:
Accept that sometimes a person may not know themselves and are not able to clearly express themselves and so prove untrustworthy. Guided not to trust a partner with blocks in recognition of their influence and not to place blame but be compassionate.
RESULT: Client acknowledged the option of attaching the responsibility for dishonestly expressed actions and statements to the energy blocks involved rather than to the person being controlled by them. Awareness demands practice and rehearsal to become reality because language and culture do not support this awareness.
While the energy block released in 2 hours, the client had to concentrate on new skill development including stopping discussions whenever disassociations occurred between what one party was saying and what the other heard. Tape recorded discussions also became a possibility although many simple conversations can suddenly become triggered by certain words or phrases into dramatic and intense displays of miscommunication, and, recording everything is impractical.
- BLOCK:
Vine, 48 drops; Difficulty with Depression;
Principle of Authority & Conviction vs Extreme Willpower, Aggressive, Greedy for Power;
Time of formation: Present;
Block Prevention Session: Present.
ACTION:
Refocus on the benefits of one's past convictions that developed through a consideration of and for others and project those joys of achievement into the future.
RESULT: Client noted and mentally rehearsed a number of these events in order to leave behind the disappointments of the Present and be more flexible rather than trying to control the present.
- BLOCK:
Vine, 49 drops; Expectations of Self;
Principle of Authority and Ability to Carry Conviction; Hard and Greedy vs Respectful;
Time of formation: Present;
Preventive Session, NOT completed within timeframe and blocks built.
ACTION:
Make self-development and self as a priority before social expectations for One day.
RESULT: Client did not make this choice, continued to delay self-development and converted a 3-day completion of energy block releases into one of 6 months. This made intentions to progress with self-development difficult through procrastination and a compulsion to always feel in control of any decisions thereby rejecting or becoming defensive whenever assistance was offered by others.
There is usually something else that needs to be done first, or, it is considered not important enough to schedule, or, "I'll do it when I get to it!" This block will not clear, and so will always hold the person back, until they schedule their self-development activities and motivate themselves to follow the schedule ... for a period which will lengthen relative to the delay in starting the required action. After a 1 month delay, a 1-day duration has become a 105-day duration.
- BLOCK:
Walnut, 50 drops; Fear of anger;
Principle of New Beginning and Unaffectedness vs Indecision, Held back by Past;
Time of formation: June, 1974 - August 1975
Block Release by Walk-In: August 1975
ACTION:
Study concepts, expressive patterns, benefits, coping strategies regarding anger. Know and experience one's anger to find the sources. Remove or reframe those sources which cannot be changed or negotiated.
RESULT: Due to the passivity and restrained anger induced by the block forming behavior, intense frustration and anxiety strained all business and personal communications by first allowing oneself to be manipulated and abused and then feeling hatred for the injustice of the perpetrator(s) going unchastened, then feeling hatred against oneself for feeling hatred, all of which generated intense bouts of depression.
At the point of being suicidal (Personal Spirit too weak to continue), a Walk-In spirit replaced the former spirit. The Walk-In released all connection to the Past such that emotions were not attached to the memories, and this block, along with 25 others, was released. With a new and more positive attitude and supporting behavior, the client began a "new" life.
- BLOCK:
White Chestnut, 48 drops; Expectations of Self (lack of inner confidence);
Principle of Tranquility & Discernment vs Unwanted thoughts tire and depress mind;
Time of formation: gestation 2-5 months, ages 1-18, 22-34, 36-48, 49-53
Block Release Session: age 52
ACTION:
Spend 30 minutes every day doing mediation.
RESULT: If client continues their mediation requirement every day, the block will release in 6-12 months depending on their other choices re: continued energy block releases, skill-building development, etc.
- BLOCK:
Wild Rose, 48 drops; Fear of Victimization;
Principle of Devotion and Inner Motivation vs Fatalistic, Tired, Given Up;
Time of formation: Present;
Remedial Block Release Session: Present
ACTION:
Keep a journal of what Guidance has suggested and the outcomes from the actions taken.
RESULT: Client is required to maintain a daily journal for a period of 2 months.
- BLOCK:
Wild Rose, 48 drops; Need for Intimacy;
Principle of Devotion & Inner Motivation vs Resignation & Hopeless Sadness;
Time of formation: Present
Block Prevention Session
ACTION:
Understand that spiritually destructive (forced, deceived, manipulated) intimacy is far worse than no shared intimacy, that self-generated intimacy is always available, that choices can be changed, that individual growth of awareness rates can increase/decrease; that interim intimacies may be positive, that another partner may be more stable and dependable near-to-longer-term; respectful positive shared experiences in the present allow for others to grow longer-term. Be more flexible and free in attitude.
RESULT: Client accepted the Guided understanding and that opened opportunities of Hope and longer-term Optimism that if both of the individuals involved could be truly good for one another, each would grow in self- and spiritual-awareness until they could easily partner for the longer-term..
- BLOCK:
Willow, 48 drops; Feelings of Pride;
Principle of Personal Responsibility & Constructive Thought vs Blaming & Denying;
Time of formation: Present (last 4 months);
Block Release Session: Present.
ACTION:
Required to be honest and acknowledge several previous attempts by intimate partner to end a relationship, and, allow the other person to leave rather than clinging in desperation. Both his SuperEgo social value and his Ego (personal desires) teamed with his energy blocks to keep him a slave.
RESULT: Client did not choose the Guided action, proving himself unable to be honest and unwilling to be self-directed and independent; had to be rejected (for dishonesty and deception) from a Spiritually Guided and supported business venture with the potential to dramatically improve one's quality of life.
- BLOCK:
Willow, 48 drops; Fear of Betrayal;
Principle of Personal Responsibility & Constructive Thought
vs Embittered, blaming, moody, spiteful, concealed anger, stresses negatives of change;
Time of formation: Present
Remedial Block Release Session: Present.
ACTION:
Do trust-building exercises with a friend or in a workshop - seminar.
RESULT: Client will release this block once the trust-building exercises have been done..
SUMMARY of Release Patterns.
All release patterns for High Intensity Blocks requiring more than 48 drops of a Bach Flower Remedy include an action. 48-drop energy blocks often require such an action, but not always. Like many energy blocks, if the person becomes aware of their formation, they can stop the building and setting process through a Preventive Session, or, diminish their influence through a Remedial Session. Hidden high intensity blocks release automatically in those special sessions conducted for their release. Here is a listing of what such actions can be.
An ACTION:
- must be taken to release most high intensity blocks;
- is frequently an acknowledgement of a spiritual value;
- may release a block immediately, or, over a specified duration;
- duration often centers on number and regularity of repetitions;
- may be required to be done once or many times;
- can be a firm agreement to change something;
- may include an acceptance of responsibility;
- can be, but seldom is a physical activity;
- may include an admission of reality.
Energy Blocks are self-reinforcing.
They tend to produce reactive behaviors and attitudes which ensure that the individual, sooner or later, gets the result which the block has been constructed to avoid: the Factor. Thus, "fear of abandonment" as a factor will often be ensured by the block attitude and behavior, to result in abandonment.
This is the reality of extremes.
Persons who fear abandonment react in one of 2 extremes: possessiveness, or, distancing. The possessive person drives away the Healthy Adult by their demonstrated insecurity. The distant emotionally cold person drives away the Healthy Adult by their inability to share, be open, be honest, be trusting. Blocks are like promises made in fantasy. Faced with reality, they crumble. Blocks force you to become and remain a loser. Thinking that you can win with a blocked attitude and behavior is a fantasy of the conscious will.
Hope is ever present for a person who has failed to release a High Intensity Block will likely receive another chance later in life to once again face their dictator. If they have been sincere in their spiritual and self-development, and, if they have become aware of the losses sustained through the previous failure, they may be motivated enough to complete the release process the second time, or third time, or ....
