STEP ONE:
Professional Development through Balancing is a paced program of Energy Block release that is as individual in content and progression as the client or staff member is an individual. That means there are usually no schedules of sessions or predictability of numbers of sessions or lengths of sessions that can be defined from the beginning. To provide such was necessarily assume that most people could be assisted into a more productive and more enjoyable life and lifestyle by following a set forth procedure. This is NOT the case with Balancing.
For the company who provides this service to their employees, several formalities are suggested below which will provide the employee with an opportunity to gauge the benefit of the service from personal experience and provide that feedback on a stipulated basis to the company. Employees should be provided the opportunity but never mandated to try or to follow the sessions nor penalized for not doing so.
Those who are ready for a better life, will give it a try.
Those who are more cautious will experience the benefit possible in the positive changes of other employees who have chosen the opportunity. Some will try the Balancing approach and decide that it is not for them, or, not yet. Others may engage in sessions for a time and then opt to take a "break" before proceeding.
ALL of these responses are understandable and acceptable.
No one can make or force another person to improve their life or be more successful. The participant must want something in their life to improve or they cannot be worked with. It is not necessary for the client to confide what this area of concern is, nor is it necessary for the employee to understand how Balancing works or to have confidence in this approach. Participation has ALWAYS provided benefits.

STEP TWO:
AWARENESS OF THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Internet Access means that you have access to the Balance site;
- If you have the earthtym.net web address, you can share it with others;
- Talk about it with spouse, friends, associates, relatives, peers;
- Feel secure in the fact that this a way for you to out compete;
- Enjoy the prospect of success beyond your current imagination.
EXECUTIVES:
Share this information with your counterparts and the Board of Directors.
They want your company to do the best it can. IF they have a passion for their industry and business, they will recognize the competitive advantage in the marketplace of a staff which communicates superbly, has higher than average healthfulness, enjoys strong family relationships, provides loyalty to a company who demonstrates honest goodwill for them, and, works with them as part of a team.
STAFF MEMBERS:
You are a benefit to the company, or, you would not have been employed. As long as you are a benefit, you will be retained. You are not a benefit if you raise conflict with your peers and your supervisors. Neither are you a benefit if you provide a drain on company medical assistance and workers' compensation plans. You know that an unsatisfactory home life transfers to inattention, distraction, forgetfulness, poor decisions, poor focus, and ease of anger and conflict at work.
You see this in fellow employees.
They are unproductive ... and disturb the productivity of others.
So, make sure it also does not apply for you. Try the Balancing Professional Development approach. When you experience how it is improving your life, then, start encouraging others.
A productive team = a dynamic company = stable employment.

STEP THREE:
CORPORATE FORMAT -
The following are highly recommended guidelines for the clear understanding between Balancing Facilitator and Corporate Executive.
- Professional Development is provided on a ONE-TO-ONE basis.
There are no motivational seminars, no group therapy, no tests or exams. There is usually nothing to study, although you may elect to do so on your own. This approach is simple, direct, friendly, effective, AND, real!
- Corporate Services are encouraged to OFFER Balancing Professional Development to ALL staff. No staff member is insignificant no matter what their title, responsibility, or income. Janitors and clerks, by their attitude and actions, have contributed to finding, saving, and the loss of major sales and customers. Every person counts.
- Participants will personally receive the INVOICE for their sessions. It will then be their responsibility to submit it to the corporate financial department for payment on their behalf. This ensures that the employee is fully aware of the financial commitment of their company to their success and of the market value of such a service.
- Participants will be asked to complete a FEEDBACK FORM after a maximum of every 3 sessions, OR, 6 months ... whichever comes first. The original will be retained on file by the company to justify, or deny, the continuation of the service to the employees. A copy will be forwarded to the facilitator. These reports will remain confidential unless the employee provides written approval for relevant excerpts to be used for the encouragement of other staff.
- The TIMING of the sessions is best arranged for the afternoon with an expected time of completion being at the end of the employee's regular shift, or thereafter, as required. This means that the employee will receive their normal pay for at least a portion of session time involved.
The LOCATION will also be convenient.
The employer is asked to provide a low sound small office or meeting room for the sessions. The employee will then not have to make arrangements to travel potentially great distances to the session. They will not, on most occasions, be exceedingly late in leaving the workplace.
- As a COST SAVING to the company, the above requests for financial commitment, invoice handling, monitoring, timing, and location have been made. As a means of ensuring EFFECTIVENESS, the one-to-one, onsite location, convenient scheduling, and freedom of choice options have been stated.
The above corporate structuring of Balancing Professional Development sessions is NOT negotiable. Changing any of these parameters jeopardizes the effectiveness, cost, and viability of the whole effort to assist employees, and ultimately the company, to be the best that they can be.

Decide if you are ready to win.
Nothing happens if no one moves.
Review the information available.
Don't expect your company to provide you with something that you have not requested. Drop a note in the suggestion box. Make a suggestion to your Human Resources Manager. Ask your peers to take a look at it and tell you what they think. Leave pieces of paper with the website address to this page on the desk of your corporate decision makers. It may not be your company, but, it is your job! Strive to be all that you can be.
