What are Remedial Sessions?
Our vehicle engine is overheating.
When we check the oil, we find that the level is too low and we know that insufficient oil can cause an engine to overheat. We add more oil. The engine cools down to its normal operating temperature range. We have not determined if there is a leak or not. We may have to add more oil again in the future if we do not take the time to make the inspection to confirm the presence or absence of a leak. The content of a Remedial Session is intended to do just that: indicate what needs to be maintained better, make adjustments, and suggest how one may best continue the maintenance in the future.
You have the option to cope with a dramatic situation constructively and diminish the urgency, threat, or confusion, or, your brain, in an effort to protect you, will make your life difficult by forcing you through a reactive behavior and attitude shift which will likely yield less-than-the-best results. You are aware of the situation and its difficulties. Your Reptilian brain (Unconscious) is giving you an opportunity to cope with the problem which appears new because it has not been seen clearly before. If you do not come up with a viable strategy and set of tactics in the time before that threshold when your anxiety, frustration, or fear become too intense for your brain, it will check its archives for a reactive pattern --- an energy block or layer of energy blocks.
We know that the Unconscious will find a reactive pattern (energy block) and implement it because when we check with Spiritual Guidance a Remedial Session is indicated. That is only possible if an already existing block or layers is being prepared for activation. There could be no indication of a need for a Bach Remedy, no need for a specific number of drops, no indication of one or more specific and relevant factors, and no references personalized for your current experience and how to better cope with it --- unless, one or more Energy Blocks were coming to the surface. If that were not happening and if you felt so bad, you would be in a position of possibly building a new block or layer of blocks, and, that would require a Preventive Session.
Be Patient! A solution is coming to mind!
That is the message that preparing and going through a Remedial Session conveys to the Conscious and Unconscious part of our Identity. It buys you time to address the issue. If you choose to take a Remedial Session, Spiritual Guidance will indicate in the personalized references for you how to cope and possibly what skills to develop for readiness in the Future.

When do you need a Remedial Session?
If Spiritual Guidance or muscle testing indicates that you require a session, only then do you need one. Until you are cleared of Energy Blocks and have developed self-awareness, it is difficult to determine what is merely stressful and what is your body interpreting as "traumatic". Remember, "traumatic" may include environmental elements of which you are consciously unaware. Also, very emotionally or intellectually upsetting situations may not be traumatic, just dramatic. Here are a few Guidelines for you to consider:
- A sudden change in body temperature;
- A feeling of great confusion;
- An unusual sense of panic;
- Intense emotions that seem out-of-place;
- A sudden inability to concentrate;
- A need to talk or to be by oneself.
Energy Blocks from other layers may temporarily present after we have had a block release session and before our next earliest scheduled session. When a layer of blocks is being released, it weakens and gradually dissolves away. As its influence is weakening, the blocks in the layer underneath may begin to emerge into their dominance. It may even be possible for other blocks from other layers, or, other layers to poke their influence out into the Present due to some current experience triggering them.
The dominant layer which is now leaving may have acted as a sound muffler, dense fog, or heavy jacket to insulate you from the influence of the blocks now being forced into the open by your increasing awareness. Now, you are hearing sounds clearly and not all of what you hear do you like. Now, you are seeing more clearly and not all of what you see do you like or understand. Now, you are feeling the warmth and the coolness of the emotions of the persons passing by you. Some are pleasing and some are not. You may have energy blocks against some of those aspects of reality.

As we become more aware experiences which passed us by previously without notice, may now become dramatic. Not experiencing them fully before, we have little preparation for them. We need to find some way of understanding and constructively responding to them. We are fortunate if we have the self-awareness and the resources available for us to analyze what is happening, consult references which have appropriate solutions, and have the choice to follow those options. Often, time does not permit this strategy.
Other possible coping tactics can include contacting others who may be more experienced or knowledgeable, or, having others nearby who choose to encourage us and partner with us long enough for us to find a workable solution and put it into effect. Too often, this also is not available when we need it.
Our brain needs an answer when an urgency presents.
If it does not have a ready solution from previous training and experience, it allows our conscious mind the opportunity to find and implement one. How much time it allows depends upon the perceived urgency. If the time runs out before the conscious mind finds an acceptable option, the habit structure of our brain intends to force a pattern of defensive behaviors and attitudes in order to relieve the drain of energy constantly being expended in confusion, anxiety, fear. And, that layer is now being drawn together from our memory archives.

What happens if you miss a Remedial Session?
Life can become quite miserable and depressing if we allow Energy Block patterns to come to our rescue with the high likelihood that damage, miscommunication, or failure of some kind, will be the result. A reflex behavior will gain control over you, and, like a robot you will go through your programmed patterns of response. Of course there is a possibility that you will find a constructive solution before the intensity of your perception triggers the energy block reaction.
Your actions will be complete before you know what happened.
Then, like a true addict, you will rationalize as to why you did what was done, or, you will become depressed and discouraged because you seem to choose failure, or, you blame someone else or the world for making a mess of your life. And, possibly take all manner of tactics to force a feeling of joy in denial of the depression: eating, smoking, drinking, drugs, spending, ....
The next time you have the indicators noted above, use Spiritual Guidance to determine if you are about to access old blocks. If you are, arrange to go through a Remedial Session to lessen the intensity of those blocks now, and determine what coping skills would best prepare you for now and future experiences which are similar.

How do you prevent Remedial Sessions?
Your session references are personalized particularly for you.
Yes, they may never come up for anyone else for who I prepare a session for.
And, yes, you don't Have to Read through, Hear, or Say the reference more than once unless such is indicated by Spiritual Guidance during the preparation. Sometimes, an action is recommended during a regular session to show your Unconscious that you have an improved pattern or solution for it, and, to prove that you really are willing to follow Spiritual Guidance. The choice is yours.
If you do take the time to study the references more, practice the suggestions, and remind yourself of the selected affirmations --- your Present and near Future experiences will be more gentle. If you do not carry out the actions suggested in the earlier session, why suggest to the therapist and yourself that you really want to improve. Either you do want improvement and you will try the recommendations to reach the results, or, you will let doom, gloom, stubbornness and laziness rule, and stay as you are. Don't then blame others or Spiritual Guidance. You may fool the therapist, but God will know, and if the therapist should ask for Spiritual Guidance on the issue, God will provide the truth. Carry through and added practice may mean that you may not need a second, third, or fourth remedial session.
One must be careful not to be exposed to too much negative energy at a time. If one fails to keep oneself balanced, spiritual skills will weaken and one will increasingly become drained of physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual energies. Frequent contact with Spiritual Guidance, a developed spiritual awareness and attitude, and, self monitoring assists in achieving this goal of strength together with a choice of social, physical and spiritual environments. If you place yourself in toxic environments, you will endanger your health. If you insist on exposing yourself to challenges for which you could develop coping skills, but choose not to, you choose to experience trauma, and build new blocks.
For those not yet so well prepared, many of the positive stressors noted on this website could be taken into account and developed within oneself, awareness, then action. The best defence is Guided preparation. What is best to concentrate on first will be particular to your Basic Personality, your resources, and your present level of health.
