Even though I have been doing sickness, I deeply and completely accept myself. I choose to enable a greatness of health for myself. God loves me and I love myself. With the Love I Receive, I have love to Give and Share.

  1. Origins of Denial.

Ritualistic, Legalistic, Dependable, Predictable, Consistent, Traditional, Robotic are all terms which can describe a person or persons who seemingly act out their behaviors automatically, without thought or consideration. A person who has an inflexible routine doesn't learn new options. They are content with what they have observed. They repeat the actions and words of others which they have observed results in a lack of penalty. It never occurs to them that there are other ways of doing something or other elements to add to the picture they already have. Others, are always in control.

There is a sense that the person believes that they are accepted as part of a community by virtue of their harmonious participation. That is, their participation may not have been invited, yet, it is neither turned away. They may contribute without request, reward, or acknowledgement. They experience their reward from an inner certainty that they are NOT being rejected. Their security comes from their observation that many others share the same patterns or apparent choices.

Energy Blocks and Imprinting are the major contributors to the adoption of, or the learning of such Robotic behaviors and expressions of such Mechanical beliefs. It may be an experience of personal terror or a repeated exposure to a fear of significant exclusion or penalty that transports the person into this whitewash of reality. For that person, the originating experience(s) observed and the lack of Feared outcomes are as real as if they ere set in stone. It is often a reality that the outcome most expected, a lack of unwanted abusive or violent experience is assured.As many as 50% of the North American and European populations are in a state of Denial about their health care and in many other areas of involvement.

Energy Blocks may be covered over. Persons in Denial are accepting of the Contract they have made with their concept of society and relationships. Fundamentally, they believe that if they are passive and agree with the perceived majority (status quo), they will avoid confrontation and conflict. That is assumed to exclude them from the fear of exclusion and rejection as well as from the possibility for mental confusion and innovation, physical and emotional abuse, and, Spiritual challenge.

With over 95% of people having energy blocks, it is to be expected that most of us have some limitations of Choice imposed upon us, not by a devil nor a god, but by our own experiences and those of our parents and their genetic memories. In Denial the intensity of the influence encouraging the lack of self-direction is so self-deceiving and manipulating that a person can be convinced that there are inherent positives to avoiding the poor and weak, supporting the strong and aggressive, placing a priority of material gain ahead of spiritual integrity, and, doing things easily rather than responsibly. Denial is YOU selling out your Freedom of Choice to someone else, because you belief that many others have done so willingly. If all those other people made a conscious decision to follow a tyrant, expert, or leader, how could you be WRONG by following their example?

Imprinting does reinforce behaviors and attitudes within us until they become automatic. At the point when you are carrying out actions and uttering responses and are largely unaware of what you are doing, you are DOING acting like a robot. There are some positive patterns that we learn in this way. We learn to tie our shoes. We learn how to use spoons, forks, knives, chopsticks .. to eat. We learn how to understand and speak a language or more. We learn how to read and write one or more languages. We learn basic math functions and tables. Some people learn musical scales. When these are fully imprinted, we act them out with very little or no conscious thought, automatically.

Imprinted behaviors that may have us Choose Denial can include ...
swearing, acting out anger, taking drugs for chronic symptoms, overdoing anything repeatedly, and, adding confidence to our emotional states with our thoughts, allowing ourselves to become sold by irrelevant facts, repeating Passive Language, expressing Limiting Beliefs, accepting institutionalized limits,

Do as you are told!
This is the common demand of an immature parent, an authoritarian boss, an intolerant spouse, an extremist terrorist, an insecure teacher, and a bullying peer. Who we give more respect to is largely a matter of how well we have been sold the benefit of THEIR power to US. The reality is that ALL of these caricatures or only different by costume and the degree to which we relate to their excuses to demand rather than request, to annihilate rather than negotiate, to murder rather than to empathize. Much of the time, persons in denial support orderliness in their society, as long as the media driven images suggest that this order applies to the majority, including you.




2. Indicators of Denial.

Ritual (calm + confidence), institutional regulations, educated filtering, and internalized authority are all contributors to denial.

Do any of the following reflect words and phrases that you often mention? Do any of the patterns describe what you are like? Few others in the Quiet Majority will ever point these out to you, for they share them with the same blind obedience.

  1. living for "the good life, the party, (acceptance)"
  2. anxiety over what other may/will think
  3. "I have to.."
  4. "What is on, playing ...?"
  5. openly praising accepted leaders
  6. "I can't!"
  7. I don't remember ..
  8. "I always ..; you can count on me."
  9. -- blank responses to alternate viewpoints --
  10. constant smiling
  11. speaking softly
  12. "I haven't any time .."
  13. projected reality
  14. limiting beliefs
  15. "I must ...."
  16. perfectionist
  17. nervously looking away

A Simple Exercise.
Take a piece of paper and mark on it for a period of a day or two, each of the times you use, display, or do any of the above. Begin by transferring the above list to your piece of paper. Leave a wide margin. Each time you notice one, make a tick beside it. The other people you surround yourself with are unlikely to notice anything other than what they expect. At the end of the period, add up the ticks. How many ticks do you have? Is there room for improvement? Would you like to be more creative and innovative?

IF you Really want to improve or maintain your health, you will ensure that you have only those indicators of denial which can also support a well thought out or Spiritually Guided person practice (ethic). 3. Benefits of Denial.

Is Denial a natural state for humans?
We forget Very Quickly that the oldest and simplest part of our brain mass is the Reptilian Structure. We conveniently "think" most of the time only about those areas and capabilities which share consciousness, our Ego, and SuperEgo. Perhaps this is because these are the abilities we have the easiest and most obvious choice over. They are also the easiest for ourselves, and OTHER people, to deceive and manipulate. In the short-term, it is our conscious regions which permit us to subjectively or objectively decide who or what we want to benefit and be part of, by our commitments.

How much do we use Denial?
We know that our Reptilian Structure looks after all of our biological housekeeping and security. It makes thousands of automatic decisions every hour. In the Least, it utilizes 90% of our brain energy, oxygen, and nutrients. If we were to be consciously aware of all of the activities of our Reptilian Structure, we would collapse in overload and overwhelm. Yet, there is an area of participation over which we can respond with reactions, learned or imposed, or, we can choose to evaluate, reflect, project, and negotiate a personal response. As a species, we take a lot of time to have socially sanctioned (licensed) representatives pattern us with institutional beliefs and values. This cultural and religious heritage is intended to make our lives simpler and more harmonious in the company of many other humans.

      3. access to common events
      4. affiliation with the status quo
      5. no challenges
      6. easy joining in
      7. obedience
      8. highly defined roles
      9. consistency
      10. safety from abuse
      11. a feeling of belonging
      12. loyalty
      13. perfectionism
      14. acceptance
      15. predictability
      16. academic acceptance

These pre-arranged choices are intended to provide us with a social and political environment which provides us with security, order, acceptance, reward, and safety. There is little effort given to training us how to evaluate Personal Benefits when in possible conflict with Social Benefits. What happens when our HEALTH is subverted by social ignorance and political incompetence? Educated denial responses can occupy as much as 95% of the 10% that we can devote to conscious thought. For a person with CFS-ME, brain fog is an indication that our Reptilian Structure has had to maximize its efforts to keep us alive. That means that with severe discipline we only have a maximum of 10% brain energy available. If we squander 95% of that to denial, energy blocks and imprinting, is it possible for us to make ANY improvement?




4. Dependency, the downfall.

Rescue is seldom a Reality, in life.
People who are usually rescued receive a brief and intense intervention by someone else, who they often do not know personally. If friends and relatives were going to assist us, through understanding, skill, resources, compassion and empathy, they would have before a "rescue" became an option. CFS-ME and many other chronic illnesses are very seldom upgraded to full health with Rescue, a form of Short, Intense, Dramatic intervention. If ANY of the following are present in YOUR life, you are Depending on someone else to make the effort and devote the time to Force YOU to become well, usually so that you can repeat the errors of the Past, or, become subject to such errors, and become ill, again!

    • taking orders
    • accepting restrictions
    • allowing others to control
    • losing respect
    • inviting deception
    • enabling manipulation
    • burying one's emotions
    • sacrificing one's preferences
    • minimizing oneself
    • accepting responsibility for the decisions of others
    • harming others, for acceptance
    • encouraging bullying
    • assuming fate & despair
    • denying one's dreams
    • reacting from fear

Interdependency can be a Huge benefit for YOU.
Having a sincere concern for others and a wish to assist them, even if only to caution and inform them of the disaster factors YOU have become aware of and modified for significant benefit, can often add energy to your Will to survive and to continue contributing to your own well of Recovery and Wellness.

Looking for an Audience, dumping on others our problems and concerns, is NOT Sharing. Many chronically ill persons FEEL a great sense of abandonment, confusion, and despair. The easy route, taken when we know nothing better, is to Demand attention in the hope that someone will Rescue us, or at least accept us without further demands that we do something which current seems impossible. If we COULD have easily taken a pill or done something to recover, we would have. If we find someone else who simply stays with us and appears to listen to us, we can, at least, feel accepted. If the other person expresses similar concerns and symptoms, we can even feel a sense of joining in ... providing us with a hopeful sense that we are not alone. That environment of acceptance and joining in together with despair is a certain entry into ADDICTION.

Addiction is often a result of Energy Block driven attitudes and behavior. It is often connected to guilt, fear, grief, or abandonment which cannot be resolved. Addiction can also be gained in a contagious manner. If we stay around people who harbor and continually express Limiting Beliefs, Despair, and Passive Language, we can only do so by "harmonizing" with them. If we disagree with them, we enter compromise and conflict. Compromise is quickly quashed by the addicted who believe that you are either with them, or against them. Once, you have subverted your Choice, Ideals, and Principles to those of others, you surrender YOUR individuality to become extensions of them. This is addiction-by-denial!


5. Projection: Getting what you Expect.

If you have been making an effort, and not succeeding, it may be because you are going in the wrong direction, assuming unrealistic beliefs, believing deceptive facts, and expressing statements which signal to others that you are insincere. We are doomed to fail when any of the following are present. It is only a matter of time.

    • the responsibility, but not the authority
    • the blame, but not the decision
    • the work, but not the praise
    • the offer, but not the promotion
    • the risk, but not the reward
    • the promise, but not the delivery
    • the solution, but not the recovery
    • the bill, but not the respect

Don't waste your energy and your time.
Use the information on these pages, and elsewhere, to improve the outcomes of your consciousness, your efforts, and your requests. For a person with CFS-ME, every hour wasted or lost, can become a perceptual experience of a year longer in illness. With a constructive personal approach, you make every minute count as a positive towards an eventual Recovery, or, a maintained and improved state of health.

Start a NEW Life and build an image of health into it.
No one is going to Give you a new life or Make you better just because they feel sorry for you, are sick of you expressing sickness, or, love you and feel co-dependent. They may put a great effort into it. They likely will not succeed, especially if YOU are not contributing. If you are prepared to take Control of YOUR life, you will find others will be attracted to assist you, and, the destructive persons of negative influence will keep clear of you. YOUR Recovery will be a combination of what you do, believe, and expect. Use the TOOLs here and you will be able to gradually build a wealth of knowledge, options, actions, and aspirations.

Setting Limits is most important in preparing and using Positive Projection. For success, it is best to screen out distractions, time wasters, and energy absorbers. Move towards the following:

  • Taking responsibility only for your own life (authority).
  • Being assertive responsibly to have others look after themselves.
  • Praise yourself openly for the efforts you are making.
  • Make significant decisions-actions part of a checklist.
  • Acknowledge the risks you are taking to reach every action.
  • Recognize that every destination includes a journey.
  • Know that recovery from MANY means many successes.
  • Accept that YOU will take the credit for YOUR recovery.

Projection is a Tool.
Like any tool, it can be used for constructive gain or for destructive loss.
Learn about every tool to the point where you can make the best use of it for the benefit of yourself and those around you. Project where you are going, not where you came from or where you are at. YOUR recovery is a throwback if it looks like your Past, regardless of how Great your Past was. Make your Future, a Life YOU will Love. Think carefully about what inspires you and from what you gain joy and happiness. Check with your Muscle Testing or Spiritual Guidance as to which options would be a benefit for you in this aspect and the order and timing if more than one is best for YOU. Here are a few possibilities that have been indicated for others.

    • incense and essence odours
    • travelogues: films, books, seminars
    • lively music on very low volume
    • biographies of mentors
    • an outline of The Life I Love
    • spiritual strength building
    • lymphatic massage
    • ethnic food takeout
    • inspirational movies & documentaries
    • a collage about
      1. benefits of your childhood
      2. reality of your childhood
      3. how you want your family to be
      4. how you want your relationship to be

A Collage is (From the French: coller, to glue) is a pictorial expression, made from an assemblage of different visual (usually) forms, thus creating a new whole.

A collage may include photos or parts of, catalog images, words taken from headlines, newspaper clippings, ribbons, bits of colored or hand-made papers, portions of other artwork, objects, glued to a piece of paper or canvas.




6. Reframing: Changing the Tune.

Confusion and/or Overwhelm are opportunities for us to wake up, open our eyes, and begin to look for options. If we have been either in Denial in the past, or, have become accustomed to living with ease in an environment of strict Authority, we may require an intense experience or an increasing element of Loss before we are shocked into self-concern. yes, if we do not care enough about our own lives, why would or should anyone else?

      Some experiences which often appear include:
    • doctor tells you to prepare to die.
    • spouse tells you they are going to leave.
    • your friends abruptly stop contact.
    • relatives only speak briefly to you.
    • you are in a new and alarming environment.
    • you are helpless to stop a catastrophe
    • a momentous accident happens to you
    • you become suddenly bankrupt
    • a perceived friend betrays you
    • a mentor abuses you

How we interpret Reality determines how we are likely to respond.
If our filters and our sabotaging beliefs impose a negativity on events which have been introduced to us, we will find it easy to respond in fear, defense, or aggression. These responses are often unhealthy and not constructive.

    Positive Reframing possibilities:
  • the doctor could be wrong; the tests could be inaccurate.
  • your spouse may be retarding your growth to wellness.
  • it is time for you to build stronger friendships.
  • your relatives need to know that you care about them.
  • you are best to contact others who know the area.
  • you can learn new skills and be open to new awareness.
  • it is what you do with what you receive which determines outcome.
  • time to let go of poor decisions and relationships; learn new directions.
  • humility enables us to acknowledge our perceptual errors.
  • a reminder that humans are people first, mentors, second.

A Benefit of Confirming and Extending our Reality can afford us a new and stronger foundation to build upon.




7. Positive Expectation: Letting In.

Denial is a state of suspended thought.
You can have denial which assumes positives, as in the Benefits, noted above. Those benefits, like many distinctions of value, are focused on the element of authority. Benefits for society usually mean restrictions on the individual. Benefits for the individual often encourage disorder in society. It is truly a more spiritual context when we consider and search for benefits which can strengthen us as individuals and bring us more happiness while also strengthening the culture around us and bringing more happiness and calm to others.

Maturity is accepting the radiance of Joy from the happiness of others while sharing your own happiness by expressing it freely and openly. Having Faith in the outcome of Positive acts and beliefs brings the possibility of enabling and encouraging positive outcomes. This must go beyond the childish expectation that if I do something good for you, you will reciprocate. There are many weaknesses to this thought out reality.

It is more accurate and evident that if we enable others to feel accepted, acknowledged, safe, encouraged, independent, and rewarded for their self-discipline, self-direction, patience and reverence ... they will act on those feelings. If they act out those principles, they will encourage others to adopt the same. Eventually, enough people are Choosing to live a more harmonious and happy life and some meet us and share the benefits. If we remain constant, the evidence of the principles can grow. In time, we will share in the Fruit from the seeds we and others have planted.

Encouraging is a principle involving awareness, recognition, performance, assessment, communication, and reward. Unless we are aware of something, we cannot notice it and respond to it. If we are alert and not numbed out with negating denial, we can then recognize something we have developed a filter to by way of awareness. With recognition we have the opportunity to assess and determine, within our own experience and expression, the quality and quantity of what we are observing or involved in.

Considering that many people do not easily express themselves openly in the positive, ANY expression we notice would be best for all if we could notice it. Performance is a way of our determining within ourselves if this person is expressing themselves as well as they have done previously (a plus towards NOT falling into less), or, are even doing Better! That is the basic assessment process. Communication is what and how we DO with this awareness.

A happier and more peaceful world will only materialize if enough of us practice what we want and encourage that expression in others. That will happen faster if we are assertive in praising, or at least saying that we respect, their Choices and Actions. The more that others are recognized for the spiritually Positive, the more safe, secure, and confident they will feel to repeat and practice such principles. If you say nothing against an abuse or a destructive comment or action, you are, in the perception of the abusive person, sanctioning, and subtly encouraging a repeat performance.

YOU can Influence.
Either you Influence for NO change or Change.
Often, we influence FOR some changes and Against other changes.
If you make an error in what you Chose to Influence, YOU can change it!
If YOUR Influence of others and yourself is for the destructive, you can be assured that the life you have and that of many others will only worsen. The converse, is to do something NEW, and Influence yourself and others to support a Life you can all Love.

CHOOSE to Let the Sunshine and Health IN.
You can only let in what is available.
God does makes much positive energy in a Spiritual form available to us.
If we deny it, divert it, smoother it, and, build on fears, pride, selfishness ..
Time for a CHANGE from Denial to Love, from illness to health.
We have only ourselves to hold responsible for not getting well.




8. Recovery, demands Risk.

If you had been where you are best to go, you would not continue to be ill.

An illness state is an indication that you have made one or more errors, that the environment that you are in, and choose to stay in, is toxic, or, that the social and political group that you are part of is either uncaring, ignorant, proud, or self-sabotaging in maintaining the good health of its members. If you want ANY of these to change, you must risk making the Choice to CHANGE to something better.

      Risk to:
    • have Faith
    • build a Better Life
    • Change oneself
    • challenge the status quo
    • innovate new options
    • join in/participate in decisions
    • find new opportunities
    • be patient

Others may help or assist you part or all of the way.
If they are not available, or choose NOT to assist you, or continue to assist you, YOUR health will become the sole responsibility, and the first benefit, to YOU. It is often better to inject new ideas, options, actions, and attitudes to regain or maintain a healthy life, than to allow decay to slowly deaden you to the possibilities, and the reality.

I DON'T LIKE ...: You are disturbing me.

We see in North America the result of communication which seldom exposes us to the realities around us. We are accustomed to the pleasure narcotic of fantasy entertainment so common to television, movies, and music. Such Ego-serving behaviors have yielded attitudes which readily accept the co-dependent social and personal relationships in which we expect others, acknowledged to have more social authority and power than us, to make decisions for us about our life. To cope with this removal of our freedom, we expect to make decisions about the lives of others if we have more power than they. This dynamic endangers health and is not supported by this site.

You are encouraged to become aware of real and practical alternatives. You are reminded that some options may prove more practical and effective for you while others may be more appropriate for other persons. You are informed about the frequent weaknesses of bureaucratic and authoritarian systems which increasingly endanger your health and your spiritual strength. You are given tools to assist you in finding resources and developing skills which will make you stronger and encourage positive developments in your life and those around you. This freedom of choice and denial of a prescriptive one solution for all approach may trigger an awareness of the low self-esteem you carry, or, the high level of co-dependency you have become comfortable with. The easy, simple answers --- that frequently waste your resources, you can find elsewhere.

Nothing on this site is inaccurate by experience.
If you do not like some of the references to professions or practices, you have every opportunity to improve those areas so that many others like myself do not receive and are not subjected to misleading, discouraging, useless, irrelevant, or abusive advice or procedures. Saying you don't like hearing about it, doesn't change the reality. If you feel defensive about some of the statements made, ask yourself why. Are these your gods, the images of perfection that you have learned never to question or hold accountable?

Anything you read about on this site represents an experience and a perspective. No one can ever demand that you avoid, or become involved in the experiences. I DO state that this option can be effective for many persons who have more singular or less devastating forms of ill health, including a number of cancers. CFS-ME is defined by a person acquiring any 5 or more of 13 specific acute expressions of chronic illnesses. Many people who have Recovered from CFS-ME cannot revisit the illness experience without sacrificing their recovery. With the help of Spiritual Forces and a supportive partner, I did that in order to outline and provide this and other tools for YOUR Recovery. Make it worth the effort.

Always be sure to muscle test or use Spiritual Guidance to determine if it is applicable to you, or for someone else from whom you have the permission to ask for, at the time of your interest.

Note that muscle testing can be subverted by strong and immature identity factors (Ego or SuperEgo, or, both). Note that some options are best for us at some times or in a sequence with other skills, attitudes, therapies or products, rather than at all times. Some, are simply beneficial for gaining and maintaining optimal health.


We change Reality with our awareness, beliefs, perceptions, responses, and reactions. Alive, we contribute either benefits or losses to the future for ourselves and the universe. God gave you Choice.
A Gift denied is an expression of rejection and hate.
A Gift respected is a gift used wisely.
