Even though I have been doing sickness, I deeply and completely accept myself. I choose to enable a greatness of health for myself. God loves me and I love myself. With the Love I Receive, I have love to Give and Share.

  1. Whose Life is it ?

The Tombstone Test.
Many of us who have CFS-ME would benefit greatly from doing a "Tombstone Test". The benefits will often has some relative IMPACT according to those major influences which contribute to an obsession with multi-tasking.

Life is about being happy, marrying a great partner, getting an optimum job, building our assets, gaining respect, enjoying some interests and hobbies, taking vacations, and retiring. At least that is what many of us have been educated and imprinted to believe. For most of us, the reality has been different if we have reached anything over the age of 50, and sometimes much younger. The older we become, the more it is evident that we were NOT well prepared for LIFE. Not only us but many others have made significant mistakes which have influenced our Goals, specified, or unconscious, as well as the direction of many others.

A path of success, with stability of relationships, career, income, employer, residence, friends, --- benefits from restraint and sacrifices --- often arises from a sense of awareness of ourselves, the environment, others, and, the ways in which all of these form a WHOLE of reality. IF you never reflect upon your life-to-the-present and never consider where you would like to go and how you would like to participate and be remembered for, you are not only just taking up space. More, you are preventing yourself from enjoying the benefits of your mission, as an extension of YOUR unique Personality and history. You are also condemning those around you and the world from betterment in their lives, which YOUR success would contribute.

    HERE is the TEST.

  1. Take a piece of blank paper.

  2. With a pencil, draw a box representing a Tombstone.
    Make it large enough to easily afford 7 lines with
    up to 6 words, or 45 characters, per line.

  3. Write on the "Tombstone" what you believe would be inscribed there tomorrow, if you were to die tonight. This may be what you have planned. It may be what you expect from others you have seen. It may be name, dates, only. It may include other information.

  4. Visit a graveyard during the next week.
    Walk along several rows in different sections of the yard.
    Note the sameness and differences that are presented.
    What do YOU know about THEM from what is chiseled?

  5. Set aside a secluded hour to be Creative!

  6. On a scrap piece of paper, draw 3 more blank "Tombstones".

  7. What changes would you make to your original.
    What would you like to have removed?
    What would you like to have added?

  8. YOUR Preferred Tombstone.
    What is your current best draft? You can always change it.

  1. What is your level of self-esteem?
    If you can't do this exercise, you are unimportant to YOU.
    That is YOUR assessment. You don't deserve YOUR attention.
    Chances are, that that is REALLY how important you are to others. Always Giving, always Rejecting the giving of others, OR, always Taking, never Giving.

  2. Are you Proactive or Reactive?
    If you went through the test within hours or days, you like to find out where you are going and what your opportunities are. The longer it took you to do the test, the more you prefer to be in denial and allow others to determine your life direction. The more likely you are to blame YOUR failures on others. This is a simple, no cost opportunity that could enhance YOUR life, and you are denying it for distraction, or, you are taking a private journey.

  3. How Security conscious are you?
    If you are confident about doing the test, you have a sense of self-directedness. Your risk tolerance, at least about playful considerations of YOUR life, can be entertaining. If you have doubts, fears, worries, and anxieties about completing the test ... you are more likely to be detailed, serious, intellectual, conflict avoiding, passive, and a follower in much of what you do. If it takes forever to complete a simple test about a subject YOU are the expert in, you likely are doing little of long-term benefit with YOUR life and YOUR presence.

  4. How aware of mortality are you?
    Most of us go through life, without respect for death.
    When it happens to others near us, we are traumatized, briefly.
    Then, it is back to business and involvements and distractions.
    Most of us never see our own death coming, and thus show little respect for the Quality of life we are living .. just the Quantity.

  5. What are your Conscious choices for living?
    How you WANT to be remembered is often a projection of what motivates us consciously. Why do we choose to do what we do, and not do? We WILL be remembered for what we were successful at, in the perceptions of others. Many of us would be most happy to be remembered HOW we best presented ourselves. Some of us, would equally like to be remembered by just how bad, selfish, and rebellious we were ... as our Reaction to how we felt we were treated by others close to us.

    This isn't behavior, here. It is our Attitude.
    Are we like leaves floating down a river? Are we like a cattle being fed, herded, and maintained .. for slaughter? Are we like a quail hen herding her brood through the thickets, scratching the ground for seeds? Or, perhaps a hawk, gliding through the wind currents, looking for a weak, sick, or ignorant prey to pounce on? What we would like to see ourselves like, often indicates our attitude about ourselves.
    Which alternate lifeform icon would be on YOUR stone?

  6. What are your Unconscious life determining behaviors?
    If others were to write your epitaph, could they?
    Would they even want to? Would it be a Joy, for them?
    We can only Project the answer from what we may hear others say about us when they are unaware that we are in the background, or, don't care. Even if you ask others to confide, they will largely be governed by the status quo politeness standard of "Say no Evil", or, the semi-religious edict of "Say unto others what you would like them to say about you". Seldom can you place confidence in those who respond in tones of anger, blame, shame, vengeance, hatred, anxiety, fear, jealousy ... as it is often obvious that they are Reacting, and reactions are seldom accurate, or constructive.

    YOU Can CHANGE It!


Facing our own Mortality CAN be a life enhancing event.
It will challenge us to become aware of those focus beliefs and issues which contribute, in large part, to HOW our life evolves, and what benefit we take from it, and give to others. THAT, will often determine how others interact with us. It is a TEST, an exercise. There are no best answers that are for everyone. The BEST answer will be the one YOU are content with, whenever your involvement in this physical life is no longer a GIVEN.

2. What is the Bottom Line ?

Not what you HAVE to do, but what you CAN do.
Many people who acquire CFS-ME have been very active throughout their lives. They have learned skills of organizing, delegating, and priority setting, OR, suffered themselves and others for not doing so. One can learn to limit one's distractions and evaluate on the go. These are sophisticated skills requiring a high degree of discernment, alertness, and energy. These potentials become dramatically reduced for any person with CFS-ME. What WAS is no longer a dependable NOW. Failure to acknowledge the current reality is a guarantee for frustration, failure, a profile of insincerity and undependability in the eyes of others. People may not understand or like your setting limits. They will grow to hate you for NOT setting limits and continually promising what is seldom delivered.

These factors may significantly deter us from Multi-tasking:


You MAY notice that not all of the factors noted above are limiting, sabotaging, destructive influences. States of Mind, Natal Weaknesses/Strengths, and Spiritual Guidance can require your attention, without distraction. Your state of mind may have your conscious mind turned off or so fuzzy that you have difficulty doing even ONE thing. And your Basic Personality may be immature enough to have you obsessing about some issue which is irrelevant in reality or distorted in your mind. Or, it may have you so focused on a task that you are setting performance levels which few others will be able to come close to. You may get the accolades. Your co-workers may shudder when the performance baselines for THEIR jobs are raised by management who don't want to leave you out there is SPECIAL land. Spiritual Guidance might have indicated an earlier time to leave the office.

Accessing Spiritual Guidance will quickly challenge you to either STOP multi-tasking, or, at least, take a Pause. If you really want to receive accurate Spiritual Guidance, you will have to pay the price of going into a combined state of Reverence, and, Calm (No-Emotion). While this may only require a fraction of a second for you to trigger into this state, it may take you a second to receive and consciously comprehend what the answer is that you have received. Pause. It is also near impossible to enter this combined state while your conscious Ego and SuperEgo are trying to get your attention and participation. You have a Choice.

You can get the Guidance and save yourself much time, effort, and mistakes, or, you can continue to rush, and mess up more than you can imagine.




3. Why do we Rush ?

Rushing IS an indicator of FEAR, HAZARD, or ATTACK.
This IS the association which every human Reptilian Structure is born with. If you have acquired Energy Blocks which impose a new meaning on these Feeling-Behavior patterns, you will be acting out the rushing without any context of relevancy. You will be rushing for purposes you are aware of, or, you WILL find something, anything, to hang a rationalization on to excuse your rushing. Almost as often, imprinting from one of many sources, will reward you with a sense of acceptance, to accept rushing, as a way of life. Multi-tasking is an investment in rushing. The more it becomes a norm, the more you become invested in it.

A person IS under attack when they have CFS-ME.
Their bodies are under attack 24 hours a day, for months/years.
A Fear is that one may die, or worse, before recovery.
A Fear is that one may lose their sense of identity.
These are all legitimate realities. They can happen.
The challenge of CFS-ME is NOT to rush
Rushing into battle is like inviting an ambush.
Survival and Recovery and Living require action.
Smart isn't enough here. One has to become Wise.

If you are not heavily into multi-tasking, it doesn't mean that you would not like to be, or, have set the behavior aside only because something significant "held you back". Before doing the TEST, it will be helpful to become aware, or, at least have the option of becoming aware, of the influences which may be imperiling us in such a direction. Here are the more common:


Grieving:
When we lose something significant, yet either do not want to resolve the loss, or, want to continue in the hope that it will return or be returned, we encourage obsessive behaviors. If we take responsibility for the loss because others have said the loss happened BECAUSE we were doing, or not doing something, we may persist in doing that activity. We are hopeful that if we can get that activity correct, the loss will be salvaged, or, our guilt will have been atoned for. We may try to stop time, as if we can preserve what WAS by refusing what IS to occur. We simply negate the possibility of a Future and hope that by focusing on the Past, the Now will be held distant.

By safeguarding the Past, we try to maintain room decor, clothing, hairstyles, food selections, beliefs, entertainment, as it WAS, or how we want to REMEMBER it. It is almost as if we are telling ourselves that if we experience the Past often enough, it will be Present. That would mean that we did NOT experience a Loss. It hasn't happened yet. It will never happen, UNLESS, we acknowledge it. We are REFUSING to Grieve. This forces us to remain grieving. The THREAT of Pain is always on the horizon. We better keep running, sleeping, working, watching ... busy. If you have CFS-ME and you don't grieve, you will likely never recover. The Force against yourself to Not be ill, will keep you ill!

Denial:
Something happens that is a disaster.
We could have prevented the outcome, yet we did nothing.
Other people draw attention to our possible connection.
We deny such, for admission is terrifying to us.
Admission may reveal to others what WE consider pathetic.
Admission may expose us to anger, hatred, exclusion by others.
Admission may bring us remorse, sadness, guilt.
All of these Fears may by unconscious to us.
We may deny, reactively, without a consideration.
If we deny, we will never want to return here again.
Keeping busy will keep us distracted, unavailable.
Keeping busy, will keep us Safe.

If you have CFS-ME, destructive forms of busy will make you increasingly weaker. It is not significant that one admits to DOING something to become ill, or, of NOT Doing something to remain ill. It IS significant to find out the information that will provide one with the understanding, as best as is available, of WHAT one is ill with, some options for addressing the WHEN and WHICH of Recovery, and, perhaps, a compassion towards WHY we became so ill. Denial does have a certainty. It will kill you.

Energy Blocks:
Feeling chronic depression from an energy block developed from an experience of severe abandonment can begin a reactive anti-depression behavior. We may become so busy that we have no time to reflect, be calm, or, develop commitments. Any of these could bring memories or concerns of disappointment and sadness. Calm could invite the terror of awareness regarding the source experience of the energy block pushing us.

Our Reptilian Structure has "saved" us once, by building an energy block to steer us away from events which are developing a similarity to the original traumatic event. It may not be able to restrain our conscious Ego and SuperEgo choices completely, but it will put lots of distractions and reactions in their way. Compulsions, forgetfulness, mind blanking, confusion, fear responses, over-commitments ... these can all keep us so busy that we just never seem to have a minute.

What can you do?
There is Balancing Therapy, and variations which could assist you to release the energy blocks. I am quite aware that there are few practitioners who understand what these are and have constructive, effective protocols for releasing them. There are no others to date who have found themselves motivated enough, self-confident enough, available enough ... to become trained in such a modality. There are many other therapies which presume to release energy blocks, yet, in reality, most often are working to lessen or release one or more forms of imprinting. Try one or more of these to Calm the mind from its constant urgency:


Hidden Expectations:
What we Believe can sometimes encourage us to be obsessive
Beliefs may be incorrect or distorted or irrelevant, for us.
A commitment to such beliefs sabotages our efforts.
Commitment usually means we have materialized them.
We have turned them into stone rather than fires.
A stone is fixed, cold, unmoving, neither giving nor receiving.
A fire is Alive. It is sustained by what it receives as fuel & support.
A fire is dynamic, warm, moving, changing with what it gives, and what is given to it.

If we believe that Exercise will make us stronger, healthier ..
and we have CFS-ME, we WILL force ourselves to be weaker.
The more we Push this irrelevant belief, which is distorted and incorrect, for us, the more often, and the longer the duration of our fatigue spells will be. If the belief was correct, you would be getting, and staying, better!

Self Worth Feelings:
There is no guideline for where you were before you got CFS-ME.
LOW self worth CAN be a contributor to HOW you became ill.
HIGH self worth CAN just as easily be a significant influence.
Either way, you can be driven, or you can drive yourself.

Yet, even persons with a balanced sense of self worth get CFS-ME.
What IS certain, is that many with CFS-ME are highly encouraged to have low self worth feelings through the destructive influences of the significant persons around them, their community, and their health care system. FEW are given sincere and informed encouragement and options. If you want to be a help to these persons, or even yourself, read ALL of the pages in THIS section. YOU will either be a help, a hindrance, or, a spiritual killer.
It is YOUR Choice how YOU will be remembered.

Dutiful, Compulsive, Proud:
Yes, yes, yes ... this is how many of us end up with CFS_ME.
At least that is part of it. The rest is elsewhere here.
Much of these behaviors involves a devotion of most of our energies to other people, idealistic issues, or, our own desire to be important. With CFS-ME, you may learn, before you die, that each of these make work masters is not worth YOUR life. Martyrs, heroes, and leaders are ALL used by others who want the Benefits that the sacrificed are working to make available. That's right. YOU do the work. THEY get the benefits. Now that you are ill, they really don't care about YOU. They only care about what the Experts are saying you SHOULD be able to do. They don't care about YOUR Truth, only about THEIR system of Authority. If they really care about YOU, and THEMSELVES, they would be reading this information to you, and doing their best to change THEIR system to help you and others.

The Pride of the Tiger.
Don't be so smug. Before you became ill with this hell called CFS-ME, you were likely quite similar to those who now distance themselves from you. Learn to understand the status quo, why it is that way, why it is not changing. Learn a little compassion. You are not perfect either. You may be used to taking Control and/or being Independent. You have a challenge now that you have likely avoided. You either learn to SHARE the load of getting better, or, you're dead. You are sharing when you review the Profiles here and find out about others who DO care, and about WHAT can assist you and others to Recovery. You are sharing when you refer this Package to others so they may be wiser, and, have an option to be a participant in the health enhancement of humanity. Now that would be something to feel a personal achievement about!

Impatience:
Remember the Tortoise and the Hare Aesop's fable?
The tortoise was focused, constant, knew its limits.
The hare was proud, selfish, erratic, unaware.
Some people with CFS-ME are like the hare.
They will try a new remedy; if they don't see immediate results, they give up. They will invest and make great efforts, then discount their progress, and ask why be alive. They will, often, have to do much of what is done to maintain themselves, and to strive for recovery, themselves, alone. If you have CFS-ME, you do not have just a cold or other virus. It isn't going away in a few days or a week. You KNOW this. You don't just have an infected wound that you can treat with antibiotics or antibacterial herbals. You likely KNOW this, by now. If you have read the pages here, or references elsewhere, about the possibility of parasitic infestations and other influences to CFS-ME, you KNOW that what you have is NOT simple. If it were, you would be well.

Impatience is easy to encourage.
When you do your part and others don't do there's, you become impatient. When we take months or years to learn skills for an activity, we tend to forget the duration of training and refinement and glory in the conclusion. When someone else comes to us and wants us to teach them OUR skills, in days or weeks, we can become a bit .. impatient. This is even easier to happen, for some, if we assume a parental responsibility to teach our child a skill we learned long ago, yet, we have many other activities WE want to do NOW. We KNOW how to do the skill. It is an easy reaction for us. Yet they must transition the learning period, just like we did. Why?? We have other things to do! Just let me do it! Impatience?

If YOU were so smart, you have already discovered yourself EVERYTHING mentioned on these pages, Recovered, and written it up to help others less fortunate or less passionate. That means, you would not be here now, reading this. So, you maybe are not quite THAT smart. Maybe YOU could learn something new. Maybe YOU could learn to have patience with yourself and with others so YOU can help yourself and others, and so, OTHERS could help you, and still others, again.
Revolutionary!

Dependency.
It can be safe and secure to build a dependency with another person.
We give; they take. Or, they give; we take.
Dependency can mean that we always get what we expect.
That can be acceptance, accommodation, protection, abuse, obligation, a sense of identity as being good enough to be with the person who has been given or earned, power, wealth, status, privilege. What do we give them in return? Can we continue to give them that NOW? Are they being helpful to us now in our efforts and searches to Recover? Have we been trading modes of slavery? What has made the transaction equal?

We cannot continue to provide at the levels of activity that we once did, if we have CFS-ME. If we are dependent on someone else, or co-dependent, that relationship will either transform into traumatic abuse, confusing separation, violent confrontation, or, a dynamic inter-dependency. Even if BOTH of you acquire similar or quite different forms of CFS-ME, your relationship WILL change. At best, and we want the best, or Recovery is a difficult target, we will become more aware and accepting of ourselves and others. With awareness can come respect, love, and compassion. ALL of these will assist us in finding Recovery, sustaining it, and targeting a life and lifestyle unbelievably better than we have had earlier.

Sharing because we want to (Choice); not because we must (Control)
Charity is sharing from a place of Freedom.

If you know WHY you rush, you will have a better chance to have a Choice over when you WANT to and when you feel you MUST. It becomes difficult to have Joy in one's life if one is on a constant treadmill of Must/Should/Have to's. Those concepts indicate that there is a context of Control over you that is likely to be outside yourself. That makes you a slave, by choice, or, attitude.

You can be Wiser than that.

Empires have always been economic institutions.
The fact that they have taken the form of nations and been seen as political entities is a perspective of the past millennia. When we look back further in history, we often perceive other empires as being ethnic, religious, or tribal power struggles. We forget that such conflicts were about the Control and Development of EXCESS resource accumulation.

With few changes, they could have been written about the Assyrians, Aztecs, Babylonians, British, Byzantines, Chinese (many, including the Han, Ming, Maoist, Yuan), Chimu, Egyptians (several), French (Napoleonic), Germans, Greeks, Hebrews, Incas, Magyars, Mauryans, Mayans, Moguls, Mongols, Ottomans, Persians, Romans, Russians (including numerous), Spanish, Spartans, Sumerians, Turks, and many others. ALL empires aggregate surpluses, through authority, order, force, technology, enslavement (debt), and theft (invasion). Their leaders, uniformly, are confident of their empire continuing better than those earlier, and, forever.
Empires die in many ways, yet, they ALL die.
They lose contact with Reality.

A Test.

      WHEN and How Often do you use these words?

"Too Much" is indicated by ALL of the above words in the list.
What does that mean?
Does that mean that we are overwhelmed?
Does it mean that someone else is feeling overwhelmed?
Does it mean that others are saying that WE are overwhelmed?
Whatever it means, there are certain indications that we may be doing too much of something. We are reflecting that we are having difficulty remaining in a state of Balance: calm, focused, alert, and active most of our awake time.

Consider these words, as a parallel?

A large part of our balance is invited by what we invite.
What we talk about and the words we say signifies our focus.
In effect, we are brain rehearsing our future in the present.
When one has any context of illness, it becomes difficult to think about and appreciate the positives that are present. Is this normal!?

We are programmed for survival.
Our Reptilian Structure senses that we are NOT in balance long before our consciousness of Ego and SuperEgo become aware. They often become aware of our imbalance, sometimes after many actions have been taken and words said, because our Reptilian Structure has triggered numerous Reactions. One of those reactions is Depression. This internal strategy slows us down, withdraws us from participation, turns our focus inwards, raises our sense of doom and danger, slows our heart rate and blood pressure, turns down the fires of digestion and assimilation, encourages us to reflect and free associate from our memories. This is a passive form of Aggressiveness.

What are you going to do?!
That is the option which our Reptilian Structure is presenting to us. It is say that it doesn't have an effective solution to our illness state. It has removed a lot of external energy absorbers and turned down or off a number of key internal energy systems. It is giving us an opportunity to present IT with an option which it can assist (imprint), or, attach (energy block) to our future exposures. What we give it may simply be reactive states of frustration or anger in response to confusion and distraction. We might even engage our consciousness to make efforts to define possible constructive responses. Are we making THAT easier or more difficult?

Our attitude provides a basis for HOW we think, and feel.
Our speech and beliefs reflect and define that attitude.
If we are Confident and Hopeful, we will be more Innovative.
If we do not already have an answer, we must become innovative.
A failure to transform depression into action can put us in a stall.
When we are in a stall, the lights are on, but no one is home.
That means that we STAY ill, become worse, or Wait.
Waiting for new information and options is not patience.
Waiting for rescue is often a denial of passive suicide.

Recovery is not about waiting & enduring depression.
It is about transforming depression into participation.
That means that we do our part, however small.
We accomplish what is possible for us, however slow.
We INVITE others to take part, and grow, themselves.
We FAIL ourselves when we program ourselves to excess.
Will we die like an empire, or, join in with others?
Success will come faster if we work together.






5. Good Intentions gone Wrong.

The greatest span and depth of abusive and destructive activities ever participated in during all of human history grow from "good intentions". These are beliefs which we act on in the ASSUMPTION that what HAS been Good for us, or someone we know, MUST be good for EVERYONE else. Where this turns into disaster is when a genetic, cultural, political, economic, nutritional, educational, or personal preference is Significant, IrRelevant, and Unhealthful. As you have read, the possibilities are HUGE for variance.

Empire leaders have often had the good intention of Imposing beliefs, technologies, and economic systems on those whom they conquered. Colonies have often been aggregated from free peoples who were living their lives, until, an outsider arrived and told them they were now OWNED by these invaders. What would YOU feel and think if I were to enter YOUR house and tell you that I now owned YOUR house and you were going to pay me rent. Mind your manners. If you get upset, I may just throw you and your family out on the street. If you become violent, I will likely protect myself and kill you. If you agree to stay and pay the rent, then you will have to work for me. I am the ONLY employer choice you have. I will pay you whatever pittance I can spare. I came here to take YOUR house so that I would live in greater prosperity than where I was. How much do you think I will pay you?

Empire builders, and their institutions, always seem to be confident that their own levels of commercial, religious, political, legal, technological, and military complexity justifies their Power and Authority as BETTER than those they confine. Behind the isolation of their bureaucracies and institutions, they often adopt the idealistic blindness that an increasing number of their own citizens are becoming ... poor. Or is it just that they DO see the reality and deceive the young with simplistic idealism about either bringing increased wealth and opportunity to the poor-at-home, or, raising the poor savages in the foreign lands to the dignity of "education" and economic dependency under the certain (coerced) order of the parental empire.

A Paradigm change happens when we take the assumptions and expectations associated with beliefs which we have accepted as Truths and Facts, and accept such as arbitrary, and possibly irreverent. Yes, perhaps they were not quite absolute, after all. With a paradigm change, we stand the PAST on its head, and make the Future into the NOW. In other words, we give to whom we have been taking from, and take from others we have never known before. That keeps US receiving what we always received, and we give those we have taken advantage of, the pleasure of assuming our POSITION of authority ... and taking advantage of someone else. Revolutionary, yes. The unhappy enter into an extended position of the happy, at the expense of someone they likely do not know, understand, respect.

Intentional is when, during the 1950's, the British colonial masters introduced a foreign fish, the Nile Perch, into Lake Victoria. The native species were declining in number due to overfishing by the uncontrolled fisheries, an introduced economy of wealth through exploitation (vs self sufficiency) and, the increasing population. By 2006, fish stocks, which had been declining for decades, had reduced by 90% in a decade. The Nile perch had eliminated 50% of native fish species from Lake Victoria, much earlier. The British managers believed that by introducing the larger, stronger, species ... it would provide a much greater fish stock supply. They neglected to consider elementary ecological factors. What was it going to eat? (Other fish.) How would its species health be conserved? (Usually, by natural predators, yet it had none in the lake new to it.) How could a finite sized resource continue to meet the demands of a quickly expanding market? Disaster.

Intention is when, during the 1960's, and continuing today, under the expertise of American economic and political advisors, hundreds of thousands of native rainforest in Brazil was burned down and cleared so that crops and cattle could be raised on the land. The rainforest there typically has a soil level of a few inches, or less. It has a very porous base of rotting vegetation. Without the tree canopy, the rains wash all topsoil nutrients too deep for many surface plants to reach. After as few as 3 years, the land cleared for crops, is largely infertile. It can take 100 years to repopulate the area with rainforest, if it is even possible. It took a day to bulldoze and burn many hundreds of acres. The experts assumed that North American cropping practices, often in use for 100 years or less, on soil covers of 3 to 6 feet, with a NON porous clay base ... could be used where the soil was INCHES deep, and the subsoil porous, AND, the climate different! Disaster.

Intention is when, for decades, North American churches, governments and companies sent dried milk powder to Central and South American countries to be fed to poor children and "save" them from starvation. The diet, genetic history, technology, and environmental integrity of the source persons and their children was one of an infrastructure of clean water, a diet devoid of herbal anti-bacterials, refrigeration, good quality of population health, moderate economic benefit, and, a genetic history of exposure to and tolerance of milk products. In the more southern countries, the population generally had polluted water, herbal anti-parasitics, no refrigeration, a low level of population health, endemic economic poverty, and, no exposure to cow's milk products. The babies were fed. They died in even greater numbers. They did not starve. They died of dehydration following severe diarrhea after drinking milk! They did not have the intestinal bacteria required to digest it, so, it was a poison to them. They did not die slowly, weakly, calmly. They died after days of pain, crying, and exposure to the grief hysteria of their parents. Disaster.

Intention is when European explorers entered North America and sought to make economic partners with the native population. The Europeans, were the descendents of those 50% who had survived hundreds of years of a pandemic and arrived with challenged and strengthened immune systems. They arrived on the shores of a continent inhabited by peoples who had never been exposed to an epidemic in 6000 years or more. The Europeans traded blankets for hides and food. The natives would be warmer and more comfortable. More civilized. Yet most of the Europeans who arrived were infected with smallpox, or other "foreign" disease. Throughout the Mississippi Valley and other huge regions of the eastern USA and Canada, total villages of natives became ill. People were too ill to look after themselves or others. More than 80% of the native population died, quickly, innocently. Disaster.

Intention is when the North American medical, scientific, and political establishments sanction manipulation of research data, committees, legislatures, and the public by pharmaceutical companies so that journals can be published cheaply and in greater numbers, the public will buy more medications, which MAY help them, the doctors will have a greater selection of "quick fixes" to prescribe, universities will receive more monies for facilities, the legislators will collect more sales and profit taxes for their programs, and the media will distort their focus on health care to praise drugs and technology rather than prevention and relevancy. For 40 years, we have quietly gained an exponential increase in chronic illness presence, a decrease in foodstuff nutritional benefit, increases in water and air pollution, increasing reliance on fuels, a presence of CFS-ME as well as hypersensitivities and other illnesses seldom heard of 50 years ago. Disaster.

What are the common errors in such intentions?
Could such errors be lessened or avoided?
Do we even want to take that responsibility?

      Good Intention elements:
    1. Power: I can do whatever I want.
    2. Sanction: I have the support of ...
    3. Authority/Privilege: I know better.
    4. Pride: I am better.
    5. Greed: I want more.
    6. Intolerance: You are worthless.
    7. Ignorance: There is only My world.
    8. Stupidity: I never make mistakes.

Letting other people decide our lives, or, us trying to decide what is best for them ... is a part of HOW we got here, if we have CFS-ME. That is correct. This Package of illnesses didn't just parachute in on us. We are IN a society, political system, health infrastructure, commerce system, workforce, and species. We are IN it, yet, are we leading, or, following? Have we considered participating and sharing?

      Best Participation elements:
    1. Power: I have been Gifted.
    2. Sanction: I will earn the respect of ...
    3. Partnership: We can do it better.
    4. Humility: What can I learn from You?
    5. Sharing: How will my help to you benefit me?
    6. Tolerance: What are Your strengths?
    7. Wisdom: Relevancy guarantees harmony.
    8. Intelligence: Let's learn from Our mistakes.

We CAN do better.
A new Paradigm could be to Participate, as adults, in place of Parenting, as authorities. Good intentions are thought up and acted upon because we are too busy ... to ASK. While we are busy running in all directions and leaving fires to smolder and re-ignite, instead of putting them out, we are helping ensure that the fires burn longer, deeper, and with more devastation.
Is it time for YOU to say,
"Enough!"
"I'm not going to take this turmoil any longer!"
"I'm going to stop letting other people run My life!"
"Let's get together and get this resolved!




6. Who is in Control ?

Authority is a structural necessity when there are multiple participants and a constructive unified outcome is desired. Anarchy can be constructive, yet often only in the short term and largely with smaller groups of interdependent individuals. Yet, what if the anarchy is within US? If we do not have control over what and who we are, we leave ourselves open to the deceptions and manipulations of others. And why should they not. If we give them the keys to the bank and tell them to take whatever they need, few will shirk from projecting their desires into needs to be served by a willing slave. OUR anarchy is best displayed by the patterns we continually repeat, even though we find the outcomes destructive, and, traumatic.

Not what you want to hear, but, for its worth ..
We keep repeating patterns we don't like or are destructive because they are either addictions (energy blocks) or, imprinting, or, Basic Personality strengths-weaknesses, or, denial. It is rarely a combination of these factors for any one attitude or behavior. We can have separate destructive patterns for separate factors. As each destructive pattern often is expressed through a wide range of our activities, it is rare to build more than one or a few. One can leave us crazy-making to ourselves or others. Multiples can have us appear as insane, a joke, or, a danger to ourselves or others.

Energy blocks are most difficult to get rid of, yet if one finds a process, as I did with the Balancing Therapy, they can be released quickly and cleanly. You always have the Choice to be in Control of what you know and accept. Energy Blocks will Control HOW you react. YOU can control what you are exposed to and how often those Blocks are triggered. It is like Floating. You can see the weather. You can check the forecast. If the sea is calm, you can float with little effort. If the wind or waves begin to increase, you know it is time to get OUT. If the sun is too strong with UV radiation, you know to limit your time in the water. If inconsiderate people are running speedboats nearby, or other swimmers are churning up the waters, LEAVE. And, remember, you NEVER want to go in to water that is over your head, unless, you are a strong swimmer. People who only have the option of floating, can't swim!

Imprinting, especially if it is INTENSE, has been learned and practiced thousands of repetitions. We often rationalize that it is our personality and we have no choice over it. We don't, IF, we don't understand it and IF we don't have the WILL/Commitment to modify it. We cannot release it. We cannot transform it. It IS.
We are Adrift!

We can only ADD to imprinting and modify it into something more positive. That is, we can Add and reinforce a more Positive attitude or behavior to the destructive one that is there. We are in a motor boat with a dead engine and no sail. With planning and organizing, we could have made this a more positive experience. Perhaps we did! We told others where we were heading and how long we expected to be away, at most. We have life jackets in case a large wave overturns the boat. We have a sailing chart to keep aware of our location and obstacles. We have oars for emergency, though limited power. We have a spotlight, for signaling. We have some emergency food, for longer durations.

The stronger we make the new option, the easier it surfaces and is acted upon. Plans are like Responses: they make us aware of options and preselect possibilities. Reactions are like Panic: we act on what we have always done, then think later how we could have done better. We always are best to be aware that during times of high stress or anxiety, the deeper and earlier learned pattern will be "sampled". If we are aware of this, we can discourage and refuse that option and pick the more Positive one. Mistakes will be made. If we Rehearse, the Response which would be more constructive, immediately after the error, we will Reinforce our new and positive imprinting more intensively and effectively. Calm and humility will help us GAIN faster.

Basic Personality strengths are also weaknesses.
They are like gifted intense imprinting.
They are defined by their presence, intensity, constancy, focus, and perspective. We can find them through a Professional interpretation of our astrological natal chart. Many of us have one, others have 2, 3, up to 5. Other inclinations will be tendencies, not, major influences. Without constructive self-awareness, mentoring, counselling, training, acknowledgement, and encouragement ... our major factors will remain crude, imposing, childish, and, controlling. Too many humans over the past 10,000 years have suffered, and suffered upon others, a Basic Personality which remained immature, life-long.

Maturing the major factors of a basic Personality requires as many of the above Positive influences as is possible. They are, again, constructive self-awareness, mentoring, counselling, training, acknowledgement, and encouragement. These influences serve to change the extremes into balance. Strengths are tempered away from the AGGRESSIVE towards the ASSERTIVE. Weaknesses are transformed away from FEAR towards CONFIDENCE. Much of the time, we must learn respect, consideration, and compassion for others, FIRST, before we can accept it calmly, and humbly, for ourselves. We must see OUR part in the relationship Conflicts we endure, before we can accept responsibility for OUR lives.

Basic Personality major factors are like Gifts that we are given to invest. We can accept and ignore them and let their value decline. We can invest them unwisely and suffer destruction and loss. We can invest them wisely and experience the benefits of their growth. If we learn how to sail and what are the quality components of a good sailboat, we have a better likelihood of a pleasant and safe trip. If we learn about ourselves and temper our strengths and transform our weaknesses, we will improve our potential for good health into the longer term. Trying to swim with an injured left leg, a broken right leg, and a respiratory decline due to smoking cigarettes .. is really insisting on drowning. What are YOU going to do with YOUR Gifts?

Denial is just so much easier an option.
This is why, left without massive and consistent cultural (political, religious, and social) Positive mentoring .. at least 50% of the citizens of every commercialized nation just want to work, party, have sex, and die. Their lives are simple and dependable. They have no distress about any issues beyond their doors, until, those issues fall on THEIR doorstep. They are unaware and unconcerned about the abuse, pain, and suffering imposed on the rest of the world by THEIR government, in THEIR name, with THEIR tax money. They pay the piper. They dance to the music. THEIR warship makes and wins the war. When THEIR Titanic sinks, they go with it. Cruising can be dangerous when you let others pilot, and they are incompetent, and, your ship is flawed! How unfair!

Float, Drift, Sail/Swim, Cruise, or, Sink?
It all depends upon the environment, the storms, those with you, the technology, and, YOUR attitudes and behavior. If you are not ready to participate, don't get out of the boat. If you are not piloting that boat, you will be at the whims and plans of others. If you are piloting, yet are poorly skilled and lacking in knowledge of the seas you are on, you are risking disaster. Know WHERE you want to go. Acquire the skills to navigate, organize, plan, and, signal. You are not the only ship on the sea!




7. Getting our Best.

Maintaining health and Recovery from illness demands our Best in the Now and Reality. Physical, emotional, and intellectual disorientation is a part of CFS-ME for all people. Leaving our ship tied up at the dock (Past) will not allow us to go very far. Throwing out the anchor, which is intended to HOLD us in a spot, while raising the sails and racing the motor, as we panic to reach our destination .. is likely to burn out the engine and shred the sails.

Projecting irrelevant positive beliefs of focusing on a miraculous Future is often little more than asking for Rescue. Why should anyone rescue us Now, when we have never cared about THEM in the Past. Indeed, if we had CARED more, we would have Participated more. We would have more directly ensured our safety and health by making an effort to ensure the safety and health of them and others.

Spiritual realities and skills can be a bridge for us to reach a more positive Future than we would without them. They can address current concerns. Obsession with them may find us running aground. Relevancy demands they be tied to the Now, Reality, the Ground.

    GROUNDING TECHNIQUES

  1. stomping one's feet.
    I have witnessed a person who had 5 chakras very weak quickly recover to balance after stomping their feet, for seconds! The stomping grounded them, repaired one chakra, specifically, and when that chakra was corrected, the others followed into balance. Fundamentally, this BREAKS the astral, or, fantasy, connections and associations, and brings a Reptilian Structure alert to the NOW. Astral and fantasy projections tend to eliminate the Now and replace it with the Past, or, Future assumptions held by the individual.

  2. chanting, ritual
    Seems to work best for people who have either many energy blocks, or, intense energy blocks, and, a receptive Basic Personality. There are some astrological natal influences which may screen this option out as in a person who is overstrong in intellect or independence. Typically must be done by the person for an hour a day minimum, until and unless they reduce their energy blocks and improve their environment. For it to be a positive experience, one must assume an emotional expression of Reverence, and, Receiving. Anxieties, frustrations, and angers are neutralized. CALM remains. A subtle Joy can arise out of the awareness of the release of all of the underlying destructive energies.

  3. running, rope-skipping, swimming
    All of these intensively put one in contact with the Earth and its grounding energies, partly, by requiring a focus on one's participation with the water, or, earth. Will NOT be constructive if the person is NOT choosing to be positive and open of mind, and, not doing the activity in the manner which is best for their physical health. If one is forcing or straining, they are losing. It is constructive when done with a sense of Joy, which leads to the endorphin contribution from the "relaxed" expenditure of energy.

  4. gardening
    NOT to be confused with agriculture!
    Gardening, this form, is personal, a preference, and a Joy.
    One is working WITH the soil, plants, water, sun.
    One is part of the Whole and not someone who is making, fixing, working on.
    Sensitive persons may develop an ability to "hear" the concerns and needs of their individual plants and have the choice to express acknowledgement back to them and act to satisfy those plant personal communications, when of benefit. There is a Joy which can be experienced through ones direct or indirect participation with one's plant "community".

  5. extreme physical risk
    This is only an option for those persons who have a STRONG Basic Personality, a strong component of independence, and the basic skills to effect the activity. Thus, it is mentioned here as a reality, yet, with Caution. IF this is NOT an appropriate option for you, you will likely DIE! It is a challenge to DO or DIE. It is the Doing that brings one back firmly in touch with reality and the physical. In some cases, the sincere intention and planning to use this option may be adequate to effect a positive transformation, BEFORE, the event.

It involves deciding to do something which brings you "face-to-face" with "God". It ALWAYS involves doing something you have not done before, with no backup or support from other persons, and with a potential that if you mess up, you will die. Backwoods hiking, rock-climbing, camping in a desert. THIS version of these activities is solitary. No one knows you are going or gone, until you return. You take with you the minimum, yet quality equipment to effect success. You ensure that you know how to use same, even though much of the time, it will be simple technology.

Like most any activity, Grounding Techniques can be made into addictions.
Like any addiction, they can PROTECT us from any combo of these:
- abuse, from others, real or expected
- choice, in conflict with others

The downside of Protection is that it eliminates Participation!
The Balance that is possible in ensuring Grounding AND Participation is skill development and emotional and intellectual discernment, in addition to self-awareness, and, self-direction. These are seldom easy activities to follow. If they were, we would have already done them. In fact, we may have already done some or all of these part of the distance that is available to us. And, we must focus on what is available to US, and NOT compare with someone else, or what we observe of someone else.




8. Can we all Win ?

If we are going to be Relevant then there are possibilities, probabilities, facts, research, options, and, YOURSELF to determine a constructive answer. At some point, there will be hundreds of thousands of people who will view the material in this Digital Package. Many, will eventually arrive here. Depending upon their genetics, the politics of their nation, their financial and intellectual resources, their personal medical and lifestyle history, their past and current level of participation in their local and world communities, and the length of time they have been ill with CFS-ME ... there will be an answer suggesting their likelihood of health Recovery and Survival.

Other TESTs for Life.

The Tombstone Test is one test to raise our awareness of who we are, and who we can become. Here are several other tests that may be best, or not, for YOU.

  • Live as if you had a month left.
    This is NOT the best test for many people with CFS-ME.
    If you have CFS-ME, you have likely already been challenged to experience this test, multiple times. For a healthier person, it can be a way of developing an empathy for those with CFS-ME. For YOU, it can have a predictable end, with an expected return to "normalcy." For the CFS-ME person, there is no end, until Recovery.

    This is a test which was noted by a local Baptist pastor, Tim Schroeder, in his weekly column. He was reporting on the experiment headed by Kerry Shook, a pastor in Houston, Texas. The reported outcome and summary which attracted attention was that "the impact will be felt most keenly in 4 areas of life:" strong desires were expressed to ..

        1. Live Passionately
        2. Love Completely
        3. Learn Humbly
        4. Leave Boldly

    Self Awareness tests are NOT self-awareness teachings.
    The importance of this is that for different people, there will be different "learnings". These learnings CAN break one's attitude and behavior of Denial and ritual long enough to stimulate a change of attitude and behavior. THAT change is not defined as something positive to the individual or the whole. Any change, unmediated and unmoderated, will be an extension of the Basic Personality, previous experiences, energy blocks, severe imprinting, cellular memories, and cultural and religious exposures of the person.

    ALL who sincerely participate will have some shock of awareness.
    These "wake-ups" will be short-term for many, for, they will be challenged to return to their earlier patterns as a response to their Realities of employment, family, resources, social and political membership, ethnic association, gender, and, religious beliefs. They have a Choice. They can give up their former ROLE and be rejected by all that know them, or, they can reassert their membership. What may be MORE difficult for them in the Future is that they may then be aware that they are participating in something they SUSPECT is not positive, for themselves as individuals. Will they feel a persistent anxiety of guilt for their pleasures? If they WANT to live their life differently, yet do not want to "destroy" it, this "experiment" may be more hobbling than freeing.

    Charged into REBELLION will represent another group.
    This cadre will be much smaller and more intense than the earlier, likely, majority. Yes, they will be shocked into a realization that they are likely part of many of the "problems" of humanity and the world. It may be difficult to view the status quo as anything but evil and destructive. It may become enormously easy to view every frustration as the FAULT of someone else, or, the selfish conspiracy of others to control and demean the common lives of self and many.

    There will be an easy encouragement from "activist" media and supportive peers to re-identify oneself with a radical membership who are intent upon taking ACTION which is rationalized as re-balancing the losses, mistakes, cruelties, and restraints of the Past. Unconsciously, they have accepted the experiment, as real. They are prepared to Act, as if, they really are going to die. Their Ego, and often, in particular, their SuperEgo, feels impelled to assert itself as the Rescuer/Victim, or, Servant. They now seek Recognition, Purpose, Acceptance, Salvation. Will their actions be self serving Idealism, or, Joining in?

    Growing in awareness into a state of Reactionism is an option.
    It is an opportunity to gain a sensitivity to others who may have much different experiences and lifestyle from one's own. It may be a prode to stop assuming that all realistic answers to any problem are the propositions of the majority, influential, or sanctioned authorities. Perhaps there are other options to one's daily choices of action and constantly steering beliefs.

    It may even become real that YOU, as an individual are capable of finding and uncovering a creatively inspired new approach to a current or historical pattern of experience which enables resolution and peace, where constant extension and complication and loss have seemed to be the norm. You are not dead. And, it is a TEST, not to control your Life, but to increase your awareness of realistic options and your acceptance of the risks and rewards of self-direction and freedom. You may now more often look for the context of Balance, through encouragement, not Denial, nor Conflict.

    The greater certainty for any test of awareness to blossom into a growth of options and a beauty of harmony is present with the constructive assistance and mediation of significant others. Those coaches may be found in other persons who have committed themselves to spiritual growth, religious teachers, Spiritual Guidance, or, inner revelation.

    We know, from the constant repetition of history, that leaders, experts, and authorities .. WILL detract us by THEIR fears, ignorance, and desires .. from any longer term context of harmony. The more human/physical the source, the more you are trusting a fallible entity. You may look to others for CLUES. Committing yourself further is to surrender your own identity in the service of them in the hopes that you can sidestep your own Choice of Commitment and Joining In.

    The Bottom Line, for the MONTH test is that you have an opportunity to PLAY at being Different than what you expect of yourself and of what you believe others expect of you. You will find out quickly enough what the realities of these are, apart from your fantasies. It will then be a Choice for YOU to decide what to do with this sometimes dramatically defined Reality. You will continue to eat meals, sleep, earn an income, interact with others, dress yourself, do your laundry, think, and, feel. HOW and WHEN you do these may graduate to a more effective and harmonious level of contentment, IF, you see the Possibilities.


  • The 80/20 Principle of Results.

    A test of planning and motivation, of one's Passion, is what this test is about.
    Again, a mention of Tim Schroeder, of a finding of Kerry Shook, who discovered a book by Richard Koch, titled: "The 80/20 Principle", is credited with this inspiration. The suggestion is that 20 percent of the activity of most businesses produces 80% of the results. Reframed further, it has been stated that "Twenty percent of what you do produces 80% of your happiness." It has been taken further, intellectually, to suggest that "Twenty percent of the people you hang around with produce 80% of the joy in your relationships". Is any of this relevant!?

    To be Relevant, one must define and discern the reality of one's resources, capabilities, opportunities, and, freedoms. Those "freedoms" include the impact of YOUR beliefs, energy blocks, imprinting, education. After more than 6 decades of largely constant, intense, and active participation in life, I have a few experiences of the breadth of reality. Before you run off to strip away all that "waste" of 80% in your life or your business, it might be a benefit to consider the next few points. If you have CFS-ME, want to Recover from it, or, want to avoid CFS-ME you are ill prepared to believe that what you do is "waste" if it is not "Significant."

    Business Reality.
    I was Very Successful in business during a time when I worked in the field of Commercial Sales. I was a senior active partner in a small company which provided business services to businesses. This was during the 1980s. I was made aware of this Principle then, although I don't remember a specific source. A marketing VP by the name of Joe Oziel likely contributed to the declaration. In total, I possibly spent no more than 4 hours with him over several meetings. I had worked a decade in Production (agriculture) and more than a decade in Service (banking, office maintenance). During an extended market turndown, I advanced my academic education and attempted several forms of Sales.

    A significant advancement for me into Sales was needed.
    Like most people in sales, I was failing. The harder I worked at knowing the product or service, at finding and meeting prospects, at promoting, at self motivating .. the worse the experience became. Like many salespeople, I often worked as an agent. I was responsible for my living and business development expenses and my income was tied to secure sales. My "employer" was responsible for providing a service or product.

    Sales was presented to me as an Aggressive interaction, in contrast to the many years of successful Customer Service, define-acknowledge-negotiate, employment which I had. This FORM of sales was intellectual, often deceptive, functional, mechanistic. The company often presented one with a scripted presentation. If you were self-indulged (anything for happiness), straightforward (I do/You do), desperate (can't wait), idealistic (sounds good), and immature (if you say so) ... you could take Faith (confidence) in what you had been told. You found. You presented. They bought, or not. Why NOT !?

    My independent, experienced, intellectual, and self-directed Personality were ill suited to idealistic platitudes and academic training courses. I learned to quickly dump and avoid those "opportunities" which promised riches-for-participation. In my experience, that repeatedly became a reality of : "How sincerely can you lie to yourself and others?" When the institutional sales courses (yes, multiple, from different employers) were delayed for extended periods while their bureaucratic complexities were being overhauled, I worked hard, and floundered. For ANY system of ritual (and every system IS a ritual) to work for ME, then, it had to be Direct, Active, Rewarding (results), and, Effective (sales). Joe had a System that worked efficiently for supplying the best service to those prospects and clients who needed it and wanted it.

    Shared Integrity towards Benefits for ALL.
    That is what I will call the system Joe Oziel laid out form me.
    I went to ALL of the businesses in my area.
    There was no reliance on business indexes and directories.
    Many were quickly out-of-date. NONE were personal.
    Most often, personnel were new, had changed roles, or left.
    Sometimes, companies had changed products or services.
    Only personal contact could enable one to SEE the reality.

    I went into each business with an intent to find out, about THEM.
    The emphasis was on my determination of whether THEY were a Prospect.
    I was there to determine WHAT they did, and, WHO made decisions.
    I asked the receptionist for these details; confirmed address & phone.
    I quickly scanned the environment: visuals, scents, harmonies.
    I mentioned what my company provided, briefly, respectfully.
    I noted WHO was in control, names, faces.
    With a potential for a later appointment, I left.

    The next part involved planning and proactivity.
    I would return to my office with business cards & slips of paper.
    I would record a Profile history of When I had seen Whom.
    I would make an easy reference 1 page outline of the business.
    Idiosyncrasies of anything would be acknowledged.
    My intent was to research and spy.
    Who were they, Really.

    Few companies were rejected from my listing after 1 visit.
    I could have. It would have been easy.
    We had a service which many could benefit from.
    Yet, some people were unaware of how THEY could use it.
    Others, had a supplier and resisted change for many reasons.
    Some, appeared to have no repetitive requirement.
    The contact persons at some offices were nasty.
    There is always an easy way to avoid commitment.

    A critical aspect to the Shared Integrity towards Benefits for ALL "system" was that I made a commitment to the Prospect. The format Joe had set out, with Visits, Records, Follow-ups ... encouraged me to add this unspoken factor. Many others did not, and withered. If THEY qualified for our services, and if THEY qualified as customers we wanted, they would become part of OUR sales/service community. I controlled the process as to longevity and involvement. Unlike earlier forms of sales, the Prospect did not control whether I returned or not. I would find that it was MY commitment which often determined if WE received the sale which eventually would be made. Out of that 80% of "wasted" time came the following:

    1. Find Opportunities.
      A HUGE sale came from my being the first provider to enter the premises of a business in the process of moving into the area. This actually happened many times. If I had waited for them to find us, the result would not have been as certain, nor, timely.

    2. First Impressions.
      A Huge customer with monthly LARGE orders was gained because I noted how to pronounce the name of the decision-maker correctly, before meeting her, and, dropped in to say hello several times before the first order. She confided this to me after 9 months of orders.

    3. Respect returns respect.
      We received referral contacts from prospects I had visited and shown respect to regarding their minimal requirement for our services. They may never have done business with me or us, yet they sent their neighbors to us.

    4. Everyone is a somebody.
      Prospective companies could sometimes benefit from our services, yet, the manger or department head, was never available for meetings or interviews with ANYONE outside their staff directory. More often than many would expect, it was the receptionist, or a supervisor, who called me, and, sent the jobs to us. I had developed a rapport with them as someone interested more in helping than in imposing. They made a Choice because they knew, or suspected, or hoped, that I would ensure that the best service would be brought to them. If I could not provide what they wanted because of deadlines, cost, or peculiarities, I acknowledged it, and suggested other sources (including competitors) or methods (which we could do) and they grew to trust this.

    5. Nothing is Certain forever.
      There were many times when a prospect appeared to have no requirement for our services, ever. THEIR circumstances or internal administrative structure changed, and, knowing of us, I got the call. Abusive and nasty people left some companies and were replaced with others who I found friendlier and more professional. I grew in understanding about both businesses and people, by listening, asking questions, and joining in. I looked for opportunities, not just doing a basic routine. The later returns you the basic least. The former returns you as much as there is that you can find.

    6. YOU are NOT the World!
      You are not responsible for the rest of the world nor is it responsible for you. Just because you do your best, does not earn you all of the rewards you would like. Others have Choices. Understanding and Respecting those Choices is far more healthful than verbally or emotionally beating yourself or others up because you can't Control them, or, perhaps, yourself. Others will, often, make THEIR decisions according to some form of commitment which negates YOUR efforts and abilities. They may do this out of Fear, Acceptance, Threat, Ritual, or, Distrust. It is better to be sensitive to WHAT and WHOM you can believe and trust, and ever be open to that changing to a lose, or, a gain. The life you save, may be your own.

    Personal Reality.

    A lot of what is above (Business Reality) can be reframed into the Personal. Many of these factors work for our benefit on a daily basis. Yes, we can minimize our interactions and relationships such that most things are predictable and unchallenging. We can give everyone ONE chance to please us before we dump them or avoid them. We can make our lives very efficient. Is that the form of happiness you want? If it is, you can live very simply and by yourself. Most of us want something which is more dynamic, exciting, active, and sharing. You don't LIVE that form of lifestyle without the corresponding risks of misinterpretation, deception, abandonment, rejection, frustration. If you have CFS-ME, you already have had the 80/20 Principle imposed upon you by your circumstances. YOU can get more!

    A significant advancement in Activity Perception.
    That is what a person with CFS-ME, or one who wishes to avoid chronic illnesses must gain. If your consciousness is smothered by how much and how many activities you do or complete every day, you will be demolished. There is an 80/20 Realization which becomes part of CFS-ME. You will be aware of 80% more than you can start and you will likely complete 20% of what you begin. Whatever your skill or profession, it is YOU who must take control of your life and set NEW limits. Those limits, until you recover, will be worse, initially, than you can scarcely imagine. If you learn to understand your physiology, as presented in these pages, you can work to enhance it. Anything less, and you will weaken it, yourself, your future.

    With CFS-ME, your employer is your Yourself.
    You can only pay yourself with tokens of Hope.
    That hope will often come, for you, from a Perception of activity.
    No one else will understand or likely support what that means.
    Many other people will be defensive about what they fear.
    The fact that you CAN cope, may bring animosity.
    You might now be content with a fraction of the Past.
    They are looking to build monuments on their past.

    Do it, by Choice, or have it imposed on you.
    Once you KNOW that you have CFS-ME, you can plan.
    Quit or take leave from work, or, you will be fired.
    No matter how much you try or care, your actions falter.
    Your body has given you an ultimatum to listen.
    You would be dead if it had not persevered.
    It needs YOUR conscious awareness to succeed.
    Stop thinking about what was or could be.
    What is Best for YOU now?

    For many people with CFS-ME, Recovery can be fast.
    A sustained recovery takes much more effort, time, humility.
    You are not going back to where you left off. It failed.
    You are going AHEAD into a new and stronger life.
    You have to find out what that will be, and see it.
    Not easy to go where you've never been.
    Perhaps a world forgotten.

    You can have a Temporary World.
    Recovery is not lifelong, if it is effective.
    You only have 20%. Don't plan for 80 or 100.
    Make a daily list. Begin short. Don't push.
    Breathing is Doing. Sleeping is Doing.
    Eating and food preparation are doing.
    Bathroom and hygiene are doing.
    You are getting paid with Recovery tokens.

    Live through the Reality.
    You ARE downsized in energy and income.
    A long lasting Recovery will take time to stabilize.
    The longer you have been dis-abled, the longer to Recovered.
    Know what you are doing and you can start with strength.
    Remain dependent and ignorant and quicksand will come.
    Remember that there is always someone worse off than you.
    Take pleasure in what you have that you could lose.
    Be the rising dough, not the finished do-nut.

    Ritual is strength, stability, foundation.
    Create a ritual of Health, or, one of dis-ease will develop.
    Your new space is a bedroom, bath, and kitchen.
    No time or energy for more to waste & taunt.
    Review your affirmations, images, language.
    No need to talk, just think them out.
    More assimilation with less work.
    Quality meal replacement powders.
    Energized water to wash down.
    Do learning and planning.
    Find answers.

    YOU will make it through.
    Know what you need to get rid of.
    You pull it along every day; it pulls you.
    Determine who you can see for assistance.
    Make appointments, arrange for access/travel.
    Remind yourself often, of Timing.
    Several times tentative are better than one lost.
    Admit your reality. You will attend the 20%.
    You will advise as early as possible.
    Changes may happen.

    You have a commitment to Wellness.
    You are seeking partners to work with.
    Many are capable; few will qualify.
    Better the few worthy of trust.
    Don't expect perfection.
    You're no example.



    A 20/80% System for health Enhancement.

    1. Find Opportunities.
      Huge advances towards YOUR Recovery will often arise out of YOUR discoveries of what is Relevant for YOU. There are MANY options which YOU can begin from these pages, at NO Cost! There are other possibilities of tests that can be taken or treatments tried. Most of all, you will benefit from being able to muscle test or receive accurate Spiritual Guidance to CHOOSE what the rational mind does not understand, the Ego fears, and the SuperEgo is too proud about, yet, is Best, for YOU.

    2. First Impressions.
      Most doctors and health facilitators know nothing about the scientific realities of CFS-ME and even less (if that is possible) about the experience. It is not for you to try and convince them of an alternate reality. Many of those who WILL help, will be stimulated to risk a new option, IF, you are assertive, brief, informed, and direct about WHAT they can do to help you in YOUR Recovery. You are weak, tired, and depressed. The balance you can strike is to be that, yet, press forward calmly with your points written and your references available to leave, if THEY desire.

    3. Respect returns respect.
      Expect your facilitators to be busy with their practices and occupied in living their own lives with their family and friends. The less you expect, the more you may receive. Don't rehash the errors of your past doctors or the ignorance of THEIR professional community. Don't repel them with your fatigue, your distrust, your despair, and your frustration. Their job is to provide answers. Help them to do that within THEIR framework. If their framework is too small or too rigid, ask for, or find, an alternative. You don't own them.

    4. Everyone is a somebody.
      Yes, you will mess up. We are not at our best when we are 10% conscious! Quieten. Reflect. Regroup. Prepare. Apologise. Restart. Define. Propose. Request. Listen. Respond. Don't make it complicated with YOUR fears, desires, beliefs, expectations. Every person is a present. Not all presents are liked or helpful. But most can be.

    5. Nothing is Certain forever.
      Throughout the Recoveries of myself and my wife, there were many changes in option availability and awareness. Some of the most impactful Recovery options were not available anywhere in the world during the first 3 years of our CFS-ME. Others were available at great distances and only became available, briefly, to us, after 5 years. Many others were of great benefit in the hands of skilled and inspired therapists. They were not the most certified. They were not the most well known. They sometimes were people we encouraged. They always were people who cared. Some we could only benefit from for a short period, or, periodically. The same was true for the quality and availability of some supplements, herbals, homeopathic remedies, and, foods. What is today, may not be tomorrow.

    6. YOU are NOT the World!
      If you know where you are going and have a good sense of how to get there, that awareness will keep you from turning around in defeat and despair. Most people with CFS-ME do not have the skills or passion to use the little energy and time they have to do the research to find the answers which are in this work. Most do not have the financial resources and the family or other support to be able to get to and use some of the options which would be most positive in impact for them. And, very few have the Spiritual Guidance or the muscle testing ability to determine WHEN, with WHOM, WHAT, and How Often an option may be Best for THEM. Without that efficiency and effectiveness, Recovery is threatened for many. Now, you have resources, options, and coaching. You will find the Worth of those beyond all cost. The life you save, may be your own.



  • Personal Comment:

    I DO state that this option/awareness can be effective for many persons who have more singular or less devastating forms of ill health, including a number of cancers. CFS-ME is defined by a person acquiring any 5 or more of 13 specific acute expressions of chronic illnesses. I have experienced significant health improvement personally from this awareness, approach, product or service, and/or, witnessed a number of other people benefiting from it.

    Strengths often become weaknesses when applied to extremes or in situations where they are not relevant. Even as complexity in a reality which is singular is foolish and wasteful, simplicity in a reality of complexity is destructive and often deadly.

    The information on this page may be relevant for you now, or, tomorrow, or, later, or, never. Consider that it will be relevant for friends and/or relatives and that YOUR mention of it to them provides them with an opportunity for them to decide for themselves if it is something they wish to consider, or, if they also would like to share it with others.     I did not have such a Tool bag. I muddled and searched my way through until Recovery.

    I have since gone back, and with Spiritual Guidance, made a format out of the pieces.
    Some tools and benefits I defined AFTER Recovery in order to SUSTAIN recovery.
    Many people who have Recovered from CFS-ME cannot revisit the illness experience without sacrificing their recovery. With the help of Spiritual Forces and a supportive partner, I did that in order to outline and provide this and other tools for YOUR Recovery, and to sustain my own. Make it worth the effort. I am.

    Always be sure to muscle test or use Spiritual Guidance to determine if it is applicable to you, or for someone else from whom you have the permission to ask for, at the time of your interest.

    Note that muscle testing can be subverted by strong and immature identity factors (Ego or SuperEgo, or, both). Note that some options are best for us at some times or in a sequence with other skills, attitudes, therapies or products, rather than at all times. Some, are simply beneficial for gaining and maintaining optimal health.
