I was Spiritually Guided to develop a Profile template in mid-2003.
I was preparing to complete a major digital publishing project.
I was responsible for finding, confirming, and, preparing to work, in a significant manner, with individuals and companies. I would be using their technical, publicity, or investment contributions to take the product to the market. Some would be involved in the production and distribution of the Package. Others might represent the contacts who could support the computers and other devices and appliances I used daily. I was traveling a lot and had reduced my possessions to the minimum. No space for paper files. The Profile became an electronic record which quickly could present all of the information of benefit for my, or an administrator, or a publicist's follow through. A person with CFS-ME can benefit a lot from summarized electronic records.

Administrative and marketing time requirements and costs, for many companies and services, become leaky boats which siphon away substantial and eratic quantities of resources. The more complex the procedures become, in an effort to attain and maintain efficiencies and quality, the more the end is often sacrificed by the means. These costs have often increased to as much as 20% of the cost of the product or service. This is a great burden in the increasingly competitive commercial market where offshore production costs and a multiplicity of local retailers for the same products may leave a margin profit of as little as 5% on an assumption of administrative costs of 2%. Persons with CFS-ME do not have the time or energy nor the mental clarity to try and remember ALL of the details associated with one or other providers on an immediate basis. A single page Profile can help.

An Example:
A customer service department may be so regulated by procedures and forms that the "paperwork" restricts, minimizes, and sabotages the harmony between the customer and the provider ... thus creating a much greater requirement for effort, and cost, at salvaging relationships. This electronic profile provided a low cost digital information resource which I could view on any computer and transport easily. Updating was restricted to someone with a basic skill in the use of HTML. It was 2003. Here is how (the order and content) and why (usefulness/intent) the sections were added.

A Contact Section is at the top of the Profile.
It provides company names, postal addresses, phone numbers, names of contacts and their position of responsibility, e-mail address, and, an internet address ... where these were provided or I could find through personal research. No hunting through piles of papers on a desk or in a file for the info, in desperation. No requirement for creating, maintaining, replacing, saving, and transporting large quantities of paper. I have defined and refined this info as much as possible for there is a tendency for changes to occur.

A Background Details section was second.
This was to acquaint and re-acquaint me with the pertinent history, focus, and intentions of the company or individual. It would include information of interest found on their websites, in journals, magazines, the internet, and, in person.

TWO other sections were added to my Personal use Profiles.
One is "Calls-Appointments-Orders", to maintain a record of the dates and details of all direct contacts with the individual or company. This provides a readily reviewed history and a reminder of what problems had arisen and how and if they had been resolved. It also confirmed steps taken and movements forward. This section is irrelevant for persons other than myself and it has been removed from the Public version of the Profiles.

"Overview".
To this section, I add what the Spiritual Guidance was and is relative to this person or company, for me, and my Mission. I also note usernames and passwords, which may change. Time has flowed since mid-2003. Some services have become redundant; others have come into existence; yet others have been both. Some persons have died. Some have gone out of business. Some have gone bankrupt and restarted. Some were, or, were not beneficial, yet, with time, have become more important. Some have been encouraged to improve their skills and products. A few have done so with great benefit to themselves and others. Many have denied or avoided real opportunities, and either coasted along, or even worsened in their delivery.

Numerous Profiles have thus been X-file "retired".
That means they are retained for the reality of remembering WHY they were retired, and, the possibility of reactivating them, should they choose a more positive direction than they did. This section, also, is of little or no benefit to the Public, who have little knowledge of or confidence in accurate Spiritual Guidance. As commerce and health protocols develop, previous options can become irrelevant. Partners separate, people become ill, owners die, companies are bought out, some go bankrupt, employees retrain, supplements and foods are manufactured with different processes and ingredients. Reality changes. Use the Profiles in this Package as suggestions of what you might look for, and find of great help.

RELEVANCY:

The following "Notes", "Advisories", and "Comments" sections have been adjusted, and added to the Profiles, for your benefit, for the respect of those profiled, and for a clarity of my intent and YOUR responsibility. I am NOT doing your thinking for you, nor making choices for you. It is YOUR Life. These Profiles provide you with significant options with considerable detail such that you will not be required to spend a lot of time and energy researching them, or, making communication and contact errors which are unnecessary. Here are some POINTS.

3. Muscle Testing:
   Always be sure to muscle test or use Spiritual Guidance to determine if it is applicable to you, or for someone else from whom you have the permission to ask for, at the time of your interest.

   Note that muscle testing can be subverted by strong and immature identity factors (Ego or SuperEgo, or, both). Note that some are best for us at some times or in a sequence with other therapies or products, rather than at all times.

It is unlikely that any other Profiles will be added from my folders. Those considered of most help to persons with CFS-ME, or those wishing to avoid CFS-ME, are in the first version.

I am Recovered now.
There is no further requirement, or relevancy, for me to find and test additional possibilities. I have only included Profiles of those services which I have EXPERIENCED a considerable benefit from. Everything else provide to you by me or anyone else, on the basis that it MIGHT or SHOULD be of benefit, is a rationalized excuse to promote something which is untested, unconfirmed, and thus, irrelevant.

Significant profiles have been left out because of the Cultural challenges which publicity present to some health facilitators. And, some Profiles will selectively be REMOVED from later versions.
There are many reasons for this. Here are a few:

• The Political Systems present in your or other countries, may instill fear in my profiled persons by way of threat, or action, against their professional standing, their ability to practice lawfully, their physical safety, or the safety of their families and significant others. They may request of me, on first or subsequent publication of this Package, that references to them be removed, or, disguised. If you purchase a copy of or access to the earlier editions, these Profiles may still be available.

  If a Profile has been withdrawn, which could have been a significant enhancement to the style of YOUR recovery, it is YOUR responsibility to influence YOUR government and medical associations to have the guts and the integrity to be tolerant of persons who bring much more positive outcomes to their clients and the world than YOUR governement and medical associations currently provide, or, allow.
  
  

• Authors may believe that their previous work is now irrelevant.
  They may request that I remove their article or their Profile because their views and practices have changed, or, their later research and practices are highly improved. They may offer to provide a replacement. They may not.

• A health facilitator may prefer to control the size and spread of their services so they can continue to provide a high level of quality service to the clients who are continually referred to them by satisfied clients. To receive added publicity and recognition would, they belief, and is often true, waste their time and energy in interviewing and discerning who to work with and whom to deny service. There may only be one of them, yet turning away the excess may be an emotional burden to them, and, enable some disappointed prospects to take exception to their choice and aggressively pursue them. Some prospects may go so far as to attempt to discredit or make other trouble for the healer. No one needs this undeserved adversity.
