1. Normal Tiredness
There are many sources of tiredness to which many of us are exposed every day. Some of these can be avoided or minimized by good coping skills, assertive communication, empathy, humility, asking for Spiritual Guidance, and the use of other spiritual strengths. Some factors we are willing to accept in exchange for the pleasure we receive. Other factors may be imposed on us by other people who may possess greater power than we do in regard to authority, seniority, physical strength, or, ability to deceive and manipulate.
- arguments, fighting
- malnutrition (over/under)
- fear without flight (restraint)
- running until out of breath
- sexual climax (buildup/release)
- low self-esteem (passivity)
- over stimulation (intensity)
- accepting abusiveness
- apathy (depression)
Long Periods of:
- anticipation
- excitement
- exercise
- manual labor
- pain
- ritual or routine
- waiting
- without food
These minutes to hours periods of tiredness are largely due to energy being requested/demanded (hormones) and used to feed our muscle and other cells while we are Doing work, preparing for activity, or, avoiding/addressing confrontation. Our thyroid and adrenals are influenced (calmed/activated) by any expression of emotion. Hightened states (long periods of) continue a drain on our hormones. Hormones signal cells to use energy supplies and when those energy supplies are either drained or cannot be accessed (oxygen supply low), muscle weakness, brain fog, dizziness, and hyperventilation may occur.
The immediacy with which the state of tiredness occurs in normal tiredness situations is often related to the intensity of the activity involved plus the respiration rate plus the hemoglobin carrying capacity of the person. If you hold your breath, you will both lower the rate of respiration, and, lower the rate of circulation (chest pressure produces a clamping action on the heart) and quicken the onset of tiredness.
In states of restraint during heightened stimulation by hormones (i.e. arguments, restraint, waiting, etc.) there is often an impulse to take physical action (move arms, fight, voice intensity, fidget, pace) in order to reduce hormone intensity levels in the blood.
Stamina (extension of physical activity) can be enhanced
by any selection of the following:
- optimum nutrition
- adequate rest beforehand
- responsible assertiveness
- toned muscles through regular exercise
- avoidance of intense activities
- expression of spiritual principles
- paced even deep breathing
- slow meditative movements
- attentive listening
- doing reverence
2. Temporary Fatigue
You may CHOOSE to Do a number of tasks or activities which your Reptilian Structure requires extra energy to cope with or complete. Once a state of fatigue is reached, it may require rest for hours to a day or two. It may also be experienced on an (usual) immediate term, or may be delayed by hours or until the (rarely) following day. These include:
- eating meals with many starch and meat calories
- tobacco or other drug smoking
- drinking alcoholic beverages
- drug(s) side effect(s)
- allergic reaction(s)
- heavy metal detoxing
- physical shock after an accident
- feelings of grief or guilt
Addictions, Choices, or Inadequate coping skills account for many of these. Most addictions can be released through energy block treatment, avoided, or replaced with less harmful addictions. Some are choices which we engage in expectating an improvement of our health in the longer term, or, simply because we choose to do Apathy or Depression. Others are occasioned by our relationships with others and these separations require some attention if we are to respond in a positive way to their presence.
You can intensify any state of normal tiredness into a state of fatigue by forcing yourself, or being forced, to continue an activity well beyond the tired threshold. Adding the Temporary Fatigue factors to the Normal Tiredness ones is a certain way to reach the Fatigue stage more quickly, and often for a longer duration. Consider this additive effect carefully. It is OFTEN overlooked by aggressively self-directed and/OR energy block driven persons who tend to lack self awareness, humility, and restraint ... in at least a few areas of belief and expression.
Faster recovery to an Alert and Energized state
can be enhanced by any selection of the following:
3. Acute Fatigue
If weakness and fatigue are constant for longer than 3 months it becomes increasingly likely that we have acquired one or multiples of the following conditions. Some are linked and having one may predispose one to gaining others. This makes diagnosis extremely difficult if one is looking for singular dramatic factors which can be identified with simple and inexpensive tests. The longer it takes you to be accurately diagnosed of ALL your major health deficits, the longer and more complicated your recovery can become, and, the more certain you are best to be about the order of what you choose to treat or use.
- adrenal exhaustion
- thyroid imbalance
- parasite overload
- inadequate excretion
- autoimmune diseases
- heart weakness
- circulatory impairment
- too many energy blocks
- heavy metal toxicity
- imprinted chronic fear(s)
- acute and chronic infections
- severe viral attack
- neurotoxins
- mycoplasma infections
- spinal misalignment(s)
- chemical-gene damage
During the almost 5 years that I experienced acute fatigue I don't remember ever yawning. Before, when I was tired I would begin to yawn and start to feel sleepy. This was an odd change for me, yet, I never really noticed it until AFTER I turned the corner on my CFS-ME. Then, when I became tired, I expressed the old and normal symptoms. I took up regular QiGong, swimming, walking, and cross country skiing (never done before) within weeks of my Lightning Training. The more I did QiGong, the easier and faster I entered into states of constant yawning during the movements. Yet this only happened when I was doing the movements in my bedroom or at home. The instructor suggested that this response was normal for someone who was releasing a lot of tension during the movements. Done within a group, the group dynamics would somehow absorb or moderate the response. I seldom yawned in the classes.
This, I suggest to you, is the key to understanding the FORM of fatigue which persons with CFS-ME have. It is not a normal tiredness arising from the exhaustion of oxygen in the body due to exertion. It is an acute form of muscle and cellular weakness that arises from not enough oxygen getting to the cells. There may be singular or multiple factors which mandate this loss of oxygen availability, as noted in this section. If the factors are multiple, for you, it may be additionally frustrating to seem to recover from one ailment and gain energy for several days or a week, before being thrust down again. Whether a single or multiple set of factors, they must all be addressed before a stable energy reserve and level can be maintained.
I did not have the strength to raise my hand to caress my wife as I lay beside her during 4 of the 5 years that I had CFS-ME. It had nothing to do with overwork, long hours, or, desire. My hand felt like it weighed a ton. If I laid my hand on myself or on her, I could not move it. I seemed not to have feeling in the skin of my fingers. I could move them, but there was no sensual pleasure. I intellectually WANTED to move and touch and caress to show my love for her. Yet, I FELT too weak to experience any sense of libido. No urgency. No driving force. No passion. Not all with CFS-ME will sink so low. But some will. Know that if they do, it is not their will nor their choice NOT to show their love. Sadly, it will only be a terror if they are insecure, co-dependent, or highly envious. Beyond that, if they are spiritually strong, the experience may become so draining that the positive may be to forget what it was like to ever have participated in physical love. It takes a compassionate, spiritually strong, and loving partner to accept this reality.
Remember, if after YOU turn the BIG corner you begin to DO this weakness again, it can be a temporary response to corrective detoxing or surgeries that you have opted for to bring your life system to an optimum level of performance.
