1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Hidden Blocks.
   For the previous 20 years, the persons I have assisted in removing their Energy Blocks have largely come to me to release those blocks which spontaneously presented. That is, like layers on an onion, removing one layer of blocks would result in the appearance of the next deeper layer of blocks. This would happen until all of the spontaneously presenting blocks were gone. Of course, life goes on and unless the individual develops many constructive coping skills, many of which are outlined on the earthtym.net website, new blocks will be built from difficult experiences.

   A February, 2001 series of sessions with an early and long-term client revealed a new and startling dynamic: "Hidden Blocks". These will NOT present, and so cannot be released, until circumstances very SPECIAL to the individual arise. These may never happen during the rest of the person's life. The otherwise block-free person will find their life continually improving and could become over-confident with their ability to use Spiritual Guidance. Should a "Hidden Block" then present, the experiences the individual is involved in could take a severe downturn if not discovered and released. 2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Culture-induced blocks.
   For the previous 20 years, I have been working almost exclusively with the Canadian population. I was given the opportunity to work with a clientele who are largely composed of adults who were born in and spent their early years in one or other European cultures before moving to Canada. Working with them revealed that a relatively minor imprinted and traumatically transferred (20%) "character" pattern found in North Americans appears to be present in many (60%) Europeans from specific local areas.

   This pattern is destructive in the longer-term through its co-dependency promoting nature and its sacrifice of a great amount of potential Quality-of-Life awareness and experiences: it is important. Accordingly, more pages have been added to the Balancing section to assist prospective therapists and to encourage understanding and compassion in the general population.
   
   
   

3. Project Earth Report: new format.
   Originally, from 1995, the Project Earth Report was to have been published completely separately in Envoy-7 format. By 1997, the Project Earth files were re-coded into WordPerfect-7 format following the discontinuation of Envoy-7 as an option. Several years later, the Health-4-All package was to be published as an intelligent-cued historical database capable of providing constructive strategies and suggestions to answer personal questions to facilitate avoidance of traumatic experience, enhanced survival, and positive coping.

   More recently, since, August, 2000, The Project Earth Report could have continued to grow in entries and sophistication with a very basic version of much of the material prepared by 1999 being included in the Health-4-All Package.

   By mid-September, 2002, more delays in the publication of the Health-4-All Package were sustained due to personnel inadequacies.

   A basic re-coding of the then to-date compilation of 3500 pages worth of information from WordPerfect 7 to HTML (Internet browser viewable) format is included with the Health-4-All Report. Personal and family health difficulties have resulted in much additional health relevant information being discovered, developed, integrated, and, contributed to the Package.

   To optimize these tragic developments, considerably more re-coding of the existing material has been required to complete the conversion of ALL of the WordPerfect 7 formatted files into easy-to-read HTML format with hyperlink use and example.

   Life goes on and it was also necessary for me to cope with and fully recover from another severe whiplash sustained in a late August, 2002 car accident. That was managed, during a period of financial and physical challenge, considerable time was devoted in late 2002 and throughout 2003 to Balancing Session preparation and sharing with clients to provide for basic income requirements.

   Updating of the HTML coding of the pages proved necessary two more times before June, 2010, to allow for display changes in the way in which the population were viewing webpages across a range of sizes and resolutions of displays.
   
   
   

4. ADULT SEXUALITY AWARENESS:
   A major use of the Internet and a major contributor to the development of technology and software for the Internet has historically come from the operation of pornography sites. In our sexually repressed society, replete with major disinformation in the form of sexual myths, and, with little attention being devoted to teaching and imprinting constructive communication and positive interaction behaviors, pornography, like prostitution, has enjoyed a tremendous electronic market. Repression and ignorance has always produced dysfunctional and unhealthy behaviors.

   Most "adult sexuality" Internet sites are termed "pornographic" here for their portrayal of sexual interaction which is intentionally extreme, and, disrespectful to participants. Depictions of group sex, bestiality, anal intercourse, masochism, sadism, and homosexuality, as well as, self mutilation and self-degradation --- are common. Yes, it is my personal choice and freedom to qualify these variations in this way.

   If you would like to choose NOT to have these depictions and acts be mentoring sources to your spouse, self, or children, you now have the opportunity. You may use this section of the Health-4-All Report to enhance your self-sufficiency and for mutual awareness and enjoyment, as much or as little as you wish. You may totally exclude it from your use of the Package, restrict access to it, or make it easily available. You have the freedom to use something which can only result in positive intimacy.

   It is reported that many hundreds of thousands of pornography sites have been constructed and marketed. This area has always been a top profit maker. When adults have a healthy relationship built on constructive communication and attitude patterns, and, when they are self-aware and able to be empathetic and loving of others, the pornography and prostitution markets will disappear.

   The ADULT Sexuality section, that has been added to the Package between the Fall of 2001 and the present, includes detailed articles and images of adult human sexuality which encourage mutual respect and appreciation between partners, variety, and a stress on health and commitment for success and maximum Quality-of-Life. Like many of the sections in the Package, this information by itself is valuable beyond the price of the Package.
   
   
   

5. PUBLICIST Opportunity:
   Extensive coaching resources have been developed, with Spiritual Guidance, and have been available to assist the appropriate person(s) in promoting the Health-4-All Package. The suitable person would have to be available on a full-time basis, have their own dependable transportation, have good communication skills, an ability to learn Internet and computer basic operation, either have no presenting Energy Blocks or be enthusiastic in releasing those they have and be guaranteed success, and be willing to accept and follow Spiritual Guidance.

   Benefits of the position would include a good income after a training period, working with people who are positive in orientation, contributing to making a large positive difference in the lives of tens of thousands of people, constant challenge and growth, and the benefit of Spiritual Guidance.

   This may seem like a irresistible opportunity, yet SIX persons failed to complete their preparation. Five were not adequately assertive or self-disciplined and did not take the opportunity to develop their skills in these areas. Accordingly, they chose not to ask for or follow the Spiritual Guidance that was available for them and offered to them. They maintained a direction of deception until their inadequacies and lack of responsibility and trustworthiness were fully revealed.

   Another individual reached a point in his block release process where he encountered one of the most difficult Energy Blocks to release, a High Intensity block. Such blocks, usually quite rare, require the individual to take some form of action which provides their brain with a clear and constructive alternative so that their brain will release the destructive, yet powerful and easy automatic attitude-action pattern. Without the awareness that has developed with the application of Balancing Therapy, and the encouragement possible from that, 50% of those few persons usually fail. That failure almost always involves Pride.

   The longer one waits to take the action required to release a high intensity block, the less likely they will succeed. In 14 years and through thousands of sessions, I have only encountered such blocks presenting in a handful of clients. Many failed and this individual, tragically, also failed. If you are going to be truly FREE, you have to get rid of all your blocks and not keep those that you are "friendly" with. This opportunity is now more possible through the continued development of the Higher Self Guided Balancing Therapy approach.

   Through much of 2003 and up to the present, a further Publicist applicant has made huge strides in preparation against a host of intense challenges. She released all her energy blocks in record time, and, later her Hidden Blocks. She has been reframing and repatterning strong anti-spiritual imprinting and developing new skills and discernments. The high levels of stress associated with these dramatic changes have uncovered health weaknesses which have also had to be, and are, being addressed. There is every possibility that she will be successful in her Mission although her strong Identity factors make preparation difficult while stabilizing the gains made and providing hope and realistic potential for eventual, long, and very rewarding success.
   
   
   

6. TECHNICAL WEAKNESSES Considerations:
   Producing dependable media for circulation to be utilized on a wide variety of computing systems demanded Professional Quality CD and Cassette Replication. Over time, this direction has fallen out of use and been replaced with digital storage options, including mini-drives, and online site and service options.

   Circulation of any Packages before the proposed publication due date, noted in this document, is also realistically and Spiritually Guided against for efficient marketing practices which will bring the information to the greatest number of people for a minor financial investment on their part.

7. FINANCING Opportunity:
   The Founder signed over, some years ago, the majority of the death benefit of his life insurance to fund the publication of the Health-4-All Package, and, The Project Earth Report, in the event that it had not been otherwise financed and published by the time of his death. For the summer of 2002, his health was extremely poor as he hung onto life by following his Spiritually Guided selection of supplements and their Spiritually Guided personalized daily dosages. If any of his extreme dosages had been inadequate, he would have died from the illness within 24 hours. If any of the extreme dosages had been too great, their toxic influence would have resulted in death also. Conventional medicine had no suggestions and offered nothing.

   By late summer, 2002, the latest selected publication-production team were to prove their skill, commitment, and awareness readiness to proceed, or not. The expected death of the individual would have brought the funding he had committed to carry the Health-4-All Package, and later, The Project Earth Report, into publication. The new members of the team failed to meet the stated challenge. Had the individual died, the uncommitted individuals who had avoided skill development would have had access to monies they could only waste. At the last moment, and by continuing to follow his Spiritually Guided path, the potential benefactor was given Guided actions which reversed his health situation and led to a fast and dramatic recovery.

   In the world of spiritual reality and awareness, events and outcomes which are beneficial in the short-term for an individual may be tragic for the whole in the longer-term. Conversely, events and outcomes that are often beneficial to the whole in the longer-term can often be challenging, and even tragic for the individual in the shorter-term.

   The Founder survived, the self-centered participants withdrew in the face of increasingly demanded financial self-responsibility, and the Project Earth Report publication plans were terminated, temporarily, as Spiritually Guided. After a 5 year distraction with variations of CFS-ME for himself and his new wife, both individuals found a way to recovery. A huge amount of information and understanding, new to earthtym.net and the general population, and significant to the Recovery from CFS-ME, was then gathered, coded and recoded, and made available fo sharing with those who would use the Health-4-All Package as a part of A Foundation for Health.
