of historical facts assembled in the realism of chronological order.

This Project has been partly resurrected.
From 1994 to 2002, this Project was active.
It was terminated in the Fall of 2002 when adequate support personnel could not be found. Early in 2003, it was reactivated on the basis of including the information assembled to date in a converted to HTML format as an extra feature of the Health-4-All Package.
Originally, a Balancing Package was to be released in 2000 with the Project Earth Report to follow in 3 years. Health complications, changes in format, additions and modifications to content, and changes and loss of personnel led to delays. These two have now been combined into the Health-4-All Package.
