Do you have a chronic illness?
If you don't have a chronic illness, the consideration of a Fast Recovery may never be relevant. If less is a problem, there will be less to recover from and it can be carried out in a slower and perhaps stepped fashion. You know you have a chronic illness when you:
- never feel totally rested;
- drive 3 blocks instead of walking;
- lose a job for absenteeism or lateness;
- have to take rests during the day;
- take more than one prescription drug;
- frequently forget what you have agreed to;
- have a headache more than once a week;
- spend more on supplements than on food;
- make excuses to avoid regular exercise;
- postpone intimacy more than twice in a week;
- go to the doctor more than once every 3 months;
- go to a therapist more than once a month;
- feel pain and stiffness and haven't exercised;
- add media and food distractions to your lifestyle;
- are always anxious from pushing yourself.
- are always late with your deadlines.
ONE of the above may be sufficient to indicate a chronic problem. TWO are a confirmation. More are often an indication of how extensive and bad the problem(s) are. They may be founded on energy blocks, culturally sanctioned health abuses, spiritually negative imprinted assumptions and expectations, genetic or environmentally borne severe illnesses, inadequate recovery from an accidental injury, socially transmitted and mutated diseases, or, any combination of these. You can cope better, in most cases, if you are aware of the basic options outlined on Earthtym.net
DEPRESSION
will not be an indicator of chronic illness.
It is a natural result of ANY of the above factors. Better skills and awareness can help you minimize its influence. If you don't think you have it with the above symptoms, you are totally in denial and inviting further disaster.
The REALITY of Recovery.
Your Mind is totally dependent on the health of your body. The fact that you can consciously think becomes a drawback when you are educated to believe that you can consciously impose abuse on your body and win. You may have benefits for awhile but IF you are truly intelligent (learning plus experience) you will know that if you take a complex organism, ecology, or machine -- and consistently overwork one part to the disadvantage of the others, it WILL fail earlier than if you utilize the attributes of the composite in a balanced fashion. If you are not aware of the parts, you cannot understand them and how they integrate with the others. Without that basic, you cannot have and show respect.
Strengthening one part of the body without maintaining a balance with those parts which work with your target brings you strength in one area and weakness in its complement. In the 1950's and early 1960s, when I was in my preteen and early teens, fitness programs in Canadian schools -- there were no others -- focused on the 5BX program developed for conditioning recruits to the Canadian military during WWII. As is so often the reality, the Good Intentions of the Canadian Government produced a worse result than if nothing had been done. It is far more constructive to RESPOND to a perceived problem than to REACT to it. With increasing urbanization and a lack of physically demanding rural "homework" for children, they sought to provide a physical "education" program that enabled a muscularly strong and toned workforce. Unbalanced power is a foundation for accidents and serious injuries.
5BX and 10BX were rudimentary and crude, by standards of the 1980's and later, but it was what the experts mandated through the 1950s and 1960s. It included straight leg sit-ups to strengthen the abdominals, deep leg bends, and full body push-ups. For personal reasons I wanted to be very strong, so I practiced these exercises a lot and did build stronger biceps, abdominals, and thighs than many of my peers. Many years later, I, and many others, discovered the fallacy of such authoritarian expertise.
- over-strong abdominals resulted in a weak lower back,
susceptible to injury -- strength of upper arms and abdominals could enable one to lift objects which would pull lower back tendons and result in chronic subluxations;
- strong thighs resulted in weak knees (from this method)
many professional sportsmen had careers shortened by their knees failing early;
- strong upper arm muscles meant one could pull all the tendons in their upper arms and shoulders before releasing a lift or pull strain and those injuries were chronic and difficult to repair.
It took chronic unemployment and poverty (1930s), followed by a war (1940s), to bring a focus on muscle strength (1950s) into the culture. It took a generation of target strengthening and disrespect for the inter-relatedness of the body to produce a lot of physical wreckage and chronic illness. Out of this disaster, of trying to correct one extreme with another, there developed an awareness that the QUALITY of one's understanding and its application was far more efficient than the brute QUANTITATIVE approach of targeting and repetition. In 2004, the less dramatic and more healthful exercise programs take these principles into account.
HOW do I bring QUALITY into my recovery?
Simply selecting nutritionals and health enhancers on the basis of what you THINK your problem is and what the descriptive detail on the supplement is -- usually is wrong, wasteful, and can be destructive. Rationally, NONE of us know the degree of complexity, interaction, and dependency which exists and is constantly changing between the cells of another person let alone within ourselves. The rational use of the mind cannot always be wrong, yet to proudly hold its few correct assumptions or integrations aloft as god-like tactics of perfection is, in reality, the height of ignorance.
Shortsightedness and self-centeredness contribute to much of the waste in the health care field. CoQ10 may be a mandatory part of my recovery, TODAY, due to the presence of certain toxins, weakened and damaged heart muscles, injured capillaries and arteries, and a sluggish lymphatic system. Extreme doses may be relevant for me because I have extremely strong identity factors and life system. A few days from now, it may have a useless function as a supplement for me. Even though someone else shares the same symptoms, THEY may not benefit from this supplement now or later and their symptoms, although identical, may indicate something entirely different. Extreme doses may injure them, and could injure me, at an inappropriate time.
When drugs are considered, the variations are even more extreme and the dangers of damage and waste greater. In acute situations, dramatic tactics may save. The fact that they may also kill is often overlooked on the assumption that the individual would have died anyway. In chronic illness recovery, dramatic tactics are seldom a longer-term benefit for they are like sticking a finger in a hole in a dike when there are 10 more too far away to reach --- and thinking you are providing a great benefit. Some or many of the holes may be far larger than a finger and require other means of remedy. The energy and presence would be better spent running for help so that more of the holes could be stopped at the same time.
Quality can only arise from the recognition that one is trying to cope with an individual situation which MAY benefit from one or some of the tactics used to help others, and/or, may require something unique. Whether one has Spiritual Guidance, decades of medical study and instruction, a lifetime of herbal experience, or is using muscle testing --- having the discernment to ask relevant questions is the only way in which the most beneficial options and resources will be found and used in a health enhancement manner. We are talking about QUESTIONS here. If you are just talking, presuming, and associating -- you are imposing your level of awareness, and ignorance, on yourself or a client.
Discernment is only gained from experience and challenge. An awareness of options may be learned in theory yet their relevancy and timeliness will only be of use to you if you can remain reverent and open-minded (in a state of no-emotion, or Quiet) during your deliberation of them. When it comes to chronic illness recovery, there will be no human expert to tell you what to do. If there was, the North American epidemic of chronic illnesses would have been halted and eradicated by the 1950s!
Aging is NOT a major factor in chronic illness development. Health compromise IS a major factor. ADDICTIVE behaviors, whether they involve overwork, excessive anxiety, the use of physically and spiritually harming drugs, the imposition of physically and spiritually destructive behaviors, or the persistence of spiritually negative attitudes --- produce chronic illness. By way of energy blocks, it may take decades or generations to pull down your health into your awareness. It is NOT inevitable. Authoritarian biased cultures have always encouraged health DEGENERATION which inevitably leads to health loss. Such attitudes and social expectations need NOT be promoted or inevitable. Aging is.
Recovery IS often possible.
Quality makes such a recovery less costly in time and resources and more certain. You can avoid your responsibilities and allow your health to continually worsen, or, you can accept yourself and the intent that God has to Grace you with a contented life for yourself and to positively influence those around you. As a species we asked for, or it was imposed on us by other species -- that we have conscious CHOICE. For much of our species recorded history we have used that ability to worsen our environment, our politics (through the abuse of the rights of others), our health. Recovery will often involve detoxing the wastes and junk out and a regeneration of the EFFICIENCY of individual organs.
Why have and do institutions and other sanctioned authorities FAIL in their commitment to ensure or encourage Efficiency of individual health? Those authorities whom we as individuals elect or appoint authority receive our confidence through their skill and relevant knowledge which we have personally experienced. We refer them to our friends and associates because we KNOW they are worthy of our Joy. Those authorities who are sanctioned by others, whom we have given power to, because they are friends, relatives, liked, feared, or persuaded --- seldom have OUR personal support.
Sanctioned authorities, we may never have met nor experienced their skills and knowledge. Those who sanction them may never have experienced their skill or knowledge beyond that of an academic test that determines a degree of Interest rather than skill. While certificates and academic degrees may be handed out in such fashion, some sanctioned titles will be given for nothing more than the presence of someone willing to take the position and accept the nominal responsibility, or, someone willing to take the position rather than receive demotion or disregard (The Peter Principle). Unskilled, inept, and inefficient in the discernment of individual qualities of health, the sanctioned authority applies general standards projected from often faulty academic scientific studies and protected environment laboratory programs --- which may project from other species! Reality is NOT restricted. Mice are not humans. Academics are seldom rewarded for results which are embarrassing or lacking in understanding by the senior sanctioning authorities. Irrelevant quantification rules.
Institutionalized medicine, whether of a conventional pharmaceutical-surgical basis or of an alternative herbal-lifestyle basis, focuses on organ efficiency and generalized standards rather than on organ effectiveness. They make no allowances for such personalizing and significant qualities of health delivery as blood type, metabolic rate, energy block pattern waste patterns, Basic Personality resources, and spiritual strength. They test your organs for efficiency, NOT effectiveness. The human heart may be efficiently acceptable on any one minute electrocardiogram yet fail 50% of the time on an efficiency test of a 20 minute treadmill stress test. Is this why it is now acceptable for 50% of individuals attending hospitals for heart attack symptoms to be released as healthy only to die of heart attacks within hours or days. It can always be rationalized that their death was the result of one excuse or another. The system (political) benefits because the high cost of addressing the basic problems of ineptitude, incompetence, and systemic fraud are avoided through Band-Aid science and sanctioned denial. MANY similar examples exist.
EFFECTIVE HEALTH is a quality standard which can only be applied on an individual basis. It determines whether each organ and gland within the body of the individual is working correctly according to its function AND in proportionate balance to the other tissue structures which it interacts with, depends upon, or is co-dependent upon. My heart may show that it is working totally efficiently while I am sitting quietly in the environmentally protected area of a hospital, yet fail totally when I return to the work I am involved in within a high stress and poorly coped with environment. The lack of coping may have nothing to do with my attitudes or choices. It may be completely relevant that with my lungs working at a 14% efficiency, adrenals working at 21% efficiency, and a pancreas working at 20% efficiency --- my heart, which must absorb the inefficiencies of many other organs and glands including these --- is primed to fail easily. A lack of appreciation for the REALITY of the inefficiencies can only result in a denial and lack of treatment of the contributing factors. Without this wholistic treatment, there is NO HOPE of survival or recovery.
For chronic illness recovery, if you are going to wait for the government or health associations to protect you and ensure your recovery -- you are already dead, of choice. MOST of us who are or have been chronically ill are in that state because we trusted those entities! They suppressed, denied, and manipulated the facts to maintain their power, wealth, and authority. You gave your authority to them and paid them to learn the skills and provide services which demanded too much of your time and resources for personal use. They took your trust. They took your money. They feared their ignorance. They refused to acknowledge their mistakes. They lied to each other and to you. They deceived and manipulated you. And you didn't want to hear it. They don't know you. They don't owe you. They don't own you. Quality and recovery will only be yours when you stop being a slave!
WHEN does a Fast Recovery have any merit?
MOST of the time, a fast recovery is unsuitable for anyone.
GREAT caution must be taken in a fast recovery to pace oneself and be constantly aware of the many possible factors involved. If you haven't started much earlier in life to develop your awareness and discernment to a conscious level, trying to develop these skills when you are already chronically ill will, often, be of great difficulty. The fact that a fast recovery can be made provides encouragement that many others can recover over the longer-term. Fast recoveries will only apply as options to minorities who possess at least three of the following factors.
- a strong set of Identity factors;
- a capability for innovation & creativity;
- access to resources of time and choice;
- ability to exchange services for needs;
- self-awareness and self-direction;
- acknowledgement of & reverence for God;
- an aptitude to question, choose, act.
With three strong factors, the others can be developed. Without ALL of the above factors, there is likely to be little opportunity for a safe and successful FAST recovery. To possess the above factors, one often has to make many sacrifices apart from what the status quo of the population choose and strive for. Don't be greedy. Don't try to do something that is not best for you. FAST may not be best. RECOVERY is always best -- according to the duration that is most relevant for you and your situation, resources, degree of health.
FAST may also be a life and death option!
More than a half dozen times for me it has been.
How long can you tread water?
If you have acute hypersensitivities with life-threatening reactions, you are treading water with a cement block tied to each ankle. If you are being slowly poisoned to death by toxic substances implanted into your body (aging mercury-silver dental amalgams) or ingested from an unmediated environment, the water may deepen over your head and the waves may build into swells and rip tides. If you acquire parasitic infestations from the above systemic abuses which have weakened your immune system, energy loss through waste will aggravate and supplement the above conditions and you will slip beneath the surface.
How long can you hold your breath?!
WHAT Cautions should I be aware of?
- Tools;
- Resources;
- Timing and Pacing;
- Depression;
- Reality.
Tools include the skills we use to extend our awareness, integrate information and experiences, and motivate us into action, or, calm. Spiritual Guidance and Muscle Testing can answer all of our questions and facilitate all of our decisions IF they are not obstructed by distractions and the interference of immature Identity Factors. If we do not have and do not maintain a confirmed clear access to the information we seek through these means, we are better to reference mentors and academic resources and use their presence and services as tools.
Tools may also include apparatus and devices which enable us to safely and effectively exercise, tone, and rebuild muscle, ligament, organ tissue, and circulatory pathway cells. Personal access to these may be mandatory rather than clinic sharing and encouragement if time, energy, and distance exceed financial cost. The more severe your health decline, the more personal your recovery must be. If you don't have highly efficient and effective tools, a FAST Recovery is always High Risk AND likely to become destructive.
RESOURCES include those supplements, pharmaceuticals, herbs, homeopathic remedies, and therapeutic services which we use on an interim basis to assist our cleansing and strength rebuilding and maintenance. Each of these may conflict with the others individually or in combination. Each or these, or in combinations may be required in one concentration this morning and another this evening, or, they may remain stable for weeks and then suddenly change or not be required for a time, or, anymore.
Even if you have studied herbs and nutritionals for decades, as I had, the information available to you, best as it was for the day, will often have been improved on, extended, or incorrect. Bioavailability, personal treatment doses, blood type acceptability, antigen stimulation, blood bearability, and companion use are inconsistent in the literature. Many times they are not addressed at all. So-termed regulation doses are proffered by laboratory insulated establishments under the guidelines of interest group lobbyists, anxious politicians, and incompetent scientific analysis. At best, they are the dosages for healthy people. And why do healthy people need them at all! They have no answer that is relevant for chronically ill persons. That is why you are still sick.
One brief example amongst many.
In the 1970s, medical researchers made the startling discovery that cholesterol was categorically bad for everyone and caused heart disease. Billions of dollars were spent on promoting special fat-free and fat reduced diets and prescription drugs to lower cholesterol presence. By the early 1980s, another startling discovery had been made. There were TWO kinds of cholesterol differentiated and one was good while the other was bad. Diet choices were now complicated somewhat further and supplement selection waffled between the old and new schools of awareness.
Originally constructive information, sometimes, eventually makes it into the open. Definitive work on the frequent presence of a virus-bacteria combination in the bloodstream causing plaque buildup, arteriosclerosis, and chronic heart and circulatory health problems had been released and suppressed in the 1930's. It was refound and released in Japan in the early 1990s. Definitive work on blood type influence on digestibility and assimilation of nutrients, from the 1930s, heartily rejected by the medical authorities, was re-examined and presented to the public once again in by the mid-1990s.
Cholesterol build-up was NOT a diet aberration!
It was a NORMAL defence mechanism of the human body in which cell wall and circulation channel cracks resulting from the destruction of the virus-bacterial combination were bandaged over for repair. The problem was that the bandages never came off. They just kept being added to. How much effort has been able to inform the public of THIS reality. It's humiliating to the establishment. Nobody can make money from it yet because a means of eradicating the virus-bacteria combination is unexploited. And the politicians, pharmaceutical industry, medical fraternity, educational institutions, and health care support network do not want you to know of their incompetence. Who benefits? Who loses? Where is the TRUTH?
Extreme doses of anything are best avoided unless one has a clear indication from Spiritual Guidance or Muscle Testing of exactly how much to take and in combination with what others things. Anything less is foolishness and suicidal. I have taken twice daily doses of 18,000 units of Vitamin C without any side effects of toxicity. Obviously, my body was utilizing it constructively. Yet, on any day, if I were foolish enough to take 500 units more than Guided to, as I did once for a test, I WOULD have side effects. The same could be said, at different times, for a wide range of other supplements. I would NEVER, and do never, on any of these pages suggest that whatever dosages were good for me should be good for you. Any authoritarian doctor or therapist will be happy to advise you in that direction.
The bottom line on Resources is to keep an open mind and determine to work with the best RELEVANT-to-you feedback you can find -- always, with a consideration that there is more that may be known and that you could raise your question better in this regard. Trust God or someone who looks to God for the answer. IF they truly access Spiritual Guidance, don't expect them to know the WHY behind the answer. They didn't THINK it up or work it out. That would be the cholesterol story. Find someone who is adept at muscle testing and not disoriented by their Identity factors resorting to educated beliefs and energy blocked attitudes. IF you cannot use resources efficiently and effectively, you cannot safely initiate a Fast Recovery.
TIMING and PACING determine whether you use the resources you have in the most efficient and effective manner. This does not mean as fast as you can or in as complicated or simple a mixture as you can assemble. Too much can be toxic. Too little can be useless. Without the assistance of other resources, this one may be toxic or useless. Those requirements may change by the hour. They will certainly change by the week and day. If you are on a Fast Recovery plan, the faster the process, the faster and more often will be the changes required and the significance of those changes will be.
The greatest limitation on detoxing and cleansing is the downstream capability of one's elimination system. If one's heart is less than perfect, the sludge in the blood cannot be very thick or the flow may cease altogether. The waste in the bloodstream may also diminish the oxygen level and further depress physical function. You do not have to have high blood pressure just because your heart is being made to work to exhaustion. Carbon dioxide buildup can result in systemic stimulation and an adrenal rush. Contamination from the wastes can result in a tranquillizing influence and low blood pressure. To the extent that it slows ANY, will mean less oxygen uptake and carbon dioxide release in the lungs with the possibility of carbon dioxide being re circulated. The result is a feeling of muscle weakening and physical exhaustion. If you rest, nothing gets accomplished. That, is physical depression.
To keep moving, your body will demand calories -- which usually translates into food. Fast, raw, or well-coordinated food selections ultimately make little difference as the result WILL BE excessive calorie intake. The difference between the nutritional ratios will simply decide how fast you add weight and fat. If you vegetate, your lack of movement will simply result in the toxins you have stirred out of your cells being transplanted back into them. If you don't get them out of your cells, they will stay there and it will be difficult for more not to be added by attraction.
Simple minded self-styled authorities will confidently tell you that all you have to do is exercise, but they are not you and obviously haven't been where you are. When you keel over with a heart attack or stroke from excessive pressure on your circulatory system, they will likely blame YOU for having left the exercise until too late rather than take the responsibility for their proud expertise in telling you to RUN when your heart said to SIT -- which resulted in your death. These clueless do-gooders will go on to impose on others. You don't need them. Listen to your body. Determine what your options are. Determine which options are relevant to you in which order and for which duration. Don't expect others to tell you. Do they have your body?
A second level of limitation on detoxing, cleansing and rebuilding is the many other organs which must work together to take the junk out of the blood and divert it to the outside. These include but are not limited to the small intestine and colon, liver, kidneys, bladder, skin. Their efficiency and effectiveness is regulated by the endocrine glands, which include the thyroid, thymus, pituitary, gall bladder, spleen, adrenals, gonads and pancreas.
If the endocrines are not working well individually and in balance, the larger elimination organs are inefficient. If they are inefficient, the motive and energizing organs of heart and lungs have more work to do and get tired faster. If this whole concert of activities is not maintained with a high degree of relevant interaction, anarchy develops. Some organs overwork and fail. Other organs clog and fail. Lack of digestive harmony encourages parasite invasion and blockage. If too much garbage is dumped into the blood and not filtered out, the 3 main brain structures begin to fail.
DEPRESSION is a recurrent problem with Fast Recoveries.
Physical depression occurs when your organs become too bogged down dumping junk while trying to maintain cell integrity. Just dumping heavy metals, metabolic wastes, harmful bacteria and fungi is a benefit but the arrangements often necessitate not opening one's cells to admit new invaders and not dumping nutrients that are needed because they are attached to what you want rid of. Doing any of these less than efficient processes may result in greater pathogen attack and greater physical weakness.
Severe waste release and pathogen attack are likely to induce a strain on your circulatory, adrenal, liver, and kidney functions. This can frequently result in periods of mental cloudiness and physical tiredness. These diminish one's ability to interact with others, have patience and be stimulated. Such frustrations and outcome encourage the expression of anger when one tries to push or be pushed beyond these limitations. Libido may drop temporarily or periodically and an understanding and patient self and partner are necessary if one is to cope constructively.
A crushing weakness and fatigue will overcome you for hours or days as you tread a fine balance between detoxing to the maximum and not overstressing your physical system nor any of its organs to the point of failure. Many times I have felt unable to get out of bed without an expectation of falling, yet, when Spiritually Guided, I managed to get to the counter and get Hawthorn drops and/or other needed supplements. There have been many other times when all I wanted to do was sleep yet I was Spiritually Guided to get up, or remain awake, and work on details for a Balancing Session, do webpage coding, co-ordinate research, or review references for my mentoring. Whatever I was Guided to take or to do, the fatigue gradually lifted while constructive activity was engaged in. NONE of these activities were ever chosen by intellect for had I the energy I would have readily invited more pleasuring pursuits.
Why expose oneself to such risk of health collapse.
Why not simply take a year, or five, to gradually recover? Such may be your choice, your option, your only safe avenue. Why one may choose to follow such an urgent Fast Recovery will best be based upon their receiving Spiritual Guidance to -- begin, and continue, or take in steps. Beyond that wisdom, a few of the necessities for such a direction include these:

Your Mission in life may be time sensitive and if you are not back to health to continue it in the shorter term, it will not be completed and your effort will be wasted and the benefits for potentially many others will be lost --- a wasted life;

Hypersensitivities diminish your experience of life down to a very fine point.
Your health may have been almost totally destroyed with the sanction of the medical system because they don't recognize the illness you have, don't know how to treat it, or your organs don't cooperate with their test machines. I have yet to meet a doctor who understands hypersensitivities and doesn't simply make them worse. In 1987, I had 35 hypersensitivities with 4 life threatening. I have been totally free of hypersensitivities since 1994.

There are numerous terminal chronic illnesses which you CAN be diagnosed for but cannot receive any treatment for until months after your expected demise. I was diagnosed at one point with fast progressing testicular cancer. Usual survival is apparently several months. A RUSH appointment to see a urologist was 6 months away. A private surgical treatment in another country was posted at US$40,000. I detoxed on several levels and regained health. The same was true earlier of colon cancer.

Toxic mercury in your system, like many forms of intestinal parasites, rarely are detected in the tests made for them. Twice I had to fight persistently to get the degraded mercury out of my mouth and then out of my system. The third time, the remainder, as severe as the former two, was removed almost as an afterthought -- as no one thought it possible to be there! I repeatedly detoxed mercury and regenerated organs so they they did not die.
When I had a severe intestinal parasite attack and went to a medically referred "specialist", he could not account for the symptoms, yet was adamant that humans never got parasites except for tapeworms. I detoxed them out before they perforated by bowel and organs. Under the protection and mutation influence of mercury, more systemic ones developed much later and ravaged all my organs.

Circulatory Illness
For many people, if you don't have your heart attack in the emergency ward, your heart will have stabilized by the time you arrive there. I tired of going to the hospital, being tested for 5 seconds, then treated like a mental patient -- because, THEY did not have an answer. I detoxed and regained my heart. Much later, after much damage from FUngus-viRUs-BactERIA (FURUERIA) infections, I had high cholesterol deposits, NOT from my excellent diet but from the undiagnosable parasites. I detoxed and rebuilt.
NONE of the above allowed for a slow recovery.
How long does it take for a near dead organ to die? A slow recovery would have been physical death. A slow recovery from severe symptoms already meant erratic and minimal work ability and less than self-sufficient income. Without greater income, homelessness was, and could again become, necessary.
