FOODS DO NOT DIGEST efficiently if they are eaten in just any combination. Some foods actually make it difficult for others to be digested. Other foods are almost indigestible without the enzymes supplied by "companion" foods. Complex proteins --- meats, fish, poultry, eggs, or cheese ... are the most difficult of foods to digest.

EACH PROTEIN CHAIN must be metabolized into shorter peptide chains before they can be further acted on by amino acids ... the products of which reactions are then used by the body. Because these proteins require a lot of digestive energy, it is also recommended that they not be combined with other proteins. That is, have just one complex protein source per meal.

PROTEINS DO NOT DIGEST WELL with concentrated starches.
The energies taken to digest the carbohydrates reduce the activity of the protein digesting enzymes. The result is that the complex proteins, are only partly digested. Complex proteins are much more utilized by our body when combined with green vegetables such as lettuce, watercress, turnip or beet greens, spinach, or celery. Vegetables supply the enzymes which make protein digestion more efficient. Of course, one way to get a greater variety of protein source amino acids, which are essential to good health --- is to combine one complex protein with several simple proteins ... alfalfa, spirulina algae, sunflower or sesame seeds, sprouts or beans.

OVERCONSUMPTION OF PROTEIN beyond what you have amino acids to digest is worse than eating no protein at all! This is because the body, in seeking to complete the metabolic process, takes the required amino acids from its reserves. The end result is less amino acid reserves --- the opposite of why we need and eat protein. As always, balance is important.

TESTING, Testing, TESTING !

I hear you.
How does one possibly find out IF and to WHICH foods one is intolerant or hypersensitive?

FIRST, standard, conventional "patch" allergy testing is inaccurate for many of the above foods.

SECONDLY, such tests can be incorrect up to 50% of the time because the allergens injected in the testing are in a solution containing sulfites. Many hypersensitive persons develop an intolerance to sulfites ... which are often added to salad bar foods as a preservative.

THIRDLY, the reported patient ratio "success" of the so-called desensitising "shots" usually administered for years afterwards, is usually about 33% no change in symptom intensity, 33% reduction in symptoms, 33% increased intensity of symptoms.



An EXAMPLE of Hypersensitivity:

In 1988, I found myself to be hypersensitive to 31 foods in the above listing. My reactions to more than one were life threatening. I could not wait years for a 33% chance of success in alleviating the symptoms. By following the advisories on the SOLUTIONS page, I diminished my intolerance intensity 80% in 8 weeks.

Over the next 1-1/2 years I found methods, which combined, led to the complete release of these hypersensitivities. They were linked to Energy Blocks which I no longer have ... so they cannot return. I am not in remission. I am cured. You can be cured also.


Why not simply AVOID my intolerances ?

ONCE YOU ARE OVER THE THRESHOLD into the hypersensitivity building syndrome, you don't just get a few intolerances. Just avoiding your self-responsibility for your health will only result in your choices of foods and many other factors continually being diminished. Near the end, you will be a prisoner in whatever shelter your system can still cope with.

YOUR LIFESYSTEM CONTINUES TO BUILD INTOLERANCES and sensitivities until you either acquire a totally balanced lifestyle or acquire positive and wide-ranging coping skills. Once you have begun building hypersensitivities, neither of the above are easy to acquire nor encouraged by ANY social institution. If you had either a balanced lifestyle or positive coping skills (SKILLS, not behaviors) in the beginning, you would not likely have ever become hypersensitive to anything. AVOIDANCE is a temporary step which can be taken while one focuses on acquiring the skills, knowledge, therapy, environment and behaviors necessary for survival and enhanced health.


Yeah Right! I bet it COSTS a lot.

Wrong. Money is not everything.
We have just been brainwashed into believing that it is.
I had to recover from my hypersensitivities at a time when I had little money. The conventional medical approach to severe cases of hypersensitivities has been enormously expensive, brief and unsuccessful. In the late 1980's, the Ontario, Canada provincial government spent $250,000 to send a woman to Dallas, Texas, USA for recovery in a hospital isolation ward. Within weeks of her return home, she was as hypersensitive as when she had left.

CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE PROUDLY TREATS THE SYMPTOMS while assuming that its irrelevant disease theories apply. In reality, the responses of the immune system of a hypersensitive person are TOO STRONG, not TOO WEAK. The reality of the symptoms is that the immune system of any influenced person is responding to a food, substance, energy, or pattern in a normal manner but with an amplified intensity 1000 times that of normal.

WITHOUT REAL-LIFE EXPERIENCE INFORMATION, the typical Environmentally Hypersensitive person soon becomes financially impoverished by job loss or conflict, relationship estrangement, unpaid sick leave, unpaid unemployment and lengthy, costly and remedial-at-best private care therapies --- by listening to academic theories, self-serving advertisements, or, ineffective rationalizations. You probably have the financial freedom to obtain the diet most optimal for you now. If you keep ignoring the risks of acquiring hypersensitivities and the nutritional demands of your body, the day will come when your body will rebel to get your attention. The picture will not be pretty.

IT ISN'T AS IF THE AUTHORITIES DON'T KNOW.
They are simply too consumed with protecting the legitimacy of the conventional doctors whom they have depended on for healthcare policy for decades. Most of the information on this site was presented to the Canadian Province of Ontario Government Minister of Health on two occasions in the late 1980's. Also provided was a cost-saving health enhancing strategy for treating and re-employing chronically ill persons. It was received, twice, but never acknowledged. So, healthcare costs have continued to skyrocket.

THE POLITICAL INSTITUTIONALIZED APPROACH to resolving healthcare issues is to hire a group of doctors who did not understand hypersensitivities, have never knowingly had hypersensitivities, and have never cured hypersensitivities. These failures-with-diplomas authorities are provided with hundreds of thousands of dollars for research and policy recommendation. They analyse reports from other unsympathetic and unaware doctors, become confused by the apparent inconsistency of symptoms from one patient to another, and end ... with a call for more study. This pattern of waste and inaction has continued annually for almost 15 years.

HYPERSENSITIVE PERSONS CONTINUE TO DIE horrible and unnecessary deaths. I have known some of them. Increasing thousands of persons have been isolated and victimized by the social systems intended to aid them. The numbers of chronically ill persons continues to rise at geometric annual rates. The loss and burden to the economy runs into the billions of dollars every year. IF you expect ignorant politicians and self-centered medical authorities to help you, you are hopelessly out-of-touch. Get real! YOU will have to take responsibility for your own health. After all, it IS your life.
