Bach Flower Remedies
  • Take the remedies ONCE during the Block Release Session.
    Dosage should not exceed 51 drops per remedy.
    This is the Maximum dosage found in over 6500 examples.
    When there are two or more remedies to be taken, they may be mixed together within 6 hours of use.

  • Water is regarded as neutral and will not affect the remedies in any way.

  • The remedies are packaged in alcohol (usual) or distilled water.

  • Dropper the remedies in your mouth under the tongue.
    They are best kept in the mouth and not swallowed immediately.
    This allows absorption to take place through the mucous membranes and then directly into the blood stream.
    If more than a dosage of 17 drops, just swallow them.
    Immediate swallowing extends activation time from seconds to minutes.

  • The remedies may become inactive if exposed to sunlight, heat, strong odor. (like camphor, strong peppermints, menthol etc.

  • Avoid contact with metal or with your hands (wood or plastic spoons are fine).

  • If more than 10 - 15 drops are to be taken, you may prefer to transfer the required dosage to a spoon or shot glass, and then into the mouth.

  • Certain medications such as those containing hormones (i.e. cortisone) or their derivatives can neutralize the remedies to some extent, but most (such as most arid hypertensives) will have no effect on the remedies at all, if taken 30 minutes before/after the remedies.

    The remedies will not neutralize or hamper the workings of conventional allopathic medications, but other homeopathic remedies may neutralize or may be incompatible with Bach Flower Remedies.


  • The remedies, being homoeopathic,
    will NOT usually result in any side effects.

    In a session, when a remedy is taken, or about to be taken, for a highly influential energy block, your Reptilian System may initate a temporary resistance reaction of anxiety, defensiveness, fatigue, headache. It does not want to give up the Pattern unless it is sure that you do not want it kept. These symptoms, in the few times they have occurred, disappear within seconds AFTER taking the remedy indicated.

  • Store away from light and heat (e.g. in a drawer or cupboard).
    Avoid eating or drinking dark cola drinks, chocolates, reduce your coffee intake and stay away from strong peppermints, within 20 minutes of using the Remedies.
    They neutralize the effects to a certain extent.

  • Mint favored toothpaste is not strong enough to neutralize the effects of the remedies.

  • It is possible that sometimes after starting Balancing treatment your awareness of difficulties seems to become a little more defined. This is a good sign. Improvement is then sure to follow. If this should happen, do not panic.

    It may be that actual awareness is increasing as the fogging action of the energy blocks lifts. It can also be that as the symptoms attached to one layer of energy blocks is released, the symptoms of a secondary layer of spontaneously presenting blocks appear. Either way, the change indicates that the layer of blocks worked with is, or has, dissolved away.


  • If you get cold or flu symptoms, this could also be a "cleansing process" and is a sign that the Bach Flower Remedies are working. It seldom happens but I have had clients who remark of hearing better and more clearly, feeling more calm, or thinking more clearly immediately after taking a spiritually discerned or muscle tested dosage.

  • Try to eat foods that are best for your Blood Type.
    Avoid fad diets and generalized nutrition guidelines.
    Few persons are "Average".

  • Make sure you get enough rest.
    It is always a benefit, and sometimes well indicated, that one rest after a block release session. Your Reptilian Structure may require undistracted time to optimally intigrate the reframing changes required in releasing the original addictive automatic reactive patterns and accepting an open alternative or mentored attitude that permits and encourages relevant responsiveness. Regular sleep cycles perform a similar type of unconscious "housekeeping".

  • There are no Rules of Thumb as to how long a layer of energy blocks will take to be released. Every person and every experience they have is unique. Spiritual Guidance always indicates the duration required. Rarely, the time frame has been a fraction of a second, or a year or two. More often, time durations for release are 10 to 30 days.

  • Duration required for an energy block release after a Session bears no relation to how long you have had the energy block or if you inherited it, or how much Remedy was required.

  • Clients report lessening of destructive symptoms and concerns and the increasing of positive events and changes anywhere from during a Session to days following the energy block layer release time indicated. It is a very personal and individualistic process. It may be frustrated by destructive imprinting, hidden blocks, and, non-supportive significant others.

You must be determined to succeed and to go the extra mile,
and you will succeed.

  • If you are concerned about the benefit of this Corrective approach being made more available to others, consider developing the skills indicated and learning the background associated so that you may apply it to benefit others directly.

  • Follow a Blood Type diet and try to manage this guideline as closely as possible.
    Avoid all situations that could activate your worst energy block patterns.

  • Bach Flower Remedies are NOT available at most health stores or pharmacies.
    Many stores may only carry a few of the individual remedies, or Rescue Remedy.
    Other brands of homeopathics, which are more local in plant source, are becoming available.

    You are best to contact the health food stores in your area and ask if they carry a full range of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies and what their pricing is. Some stores carry none but know where you can get them. Other stores carry only a few or do not maintain a full range of remedies. Others try to maintain a full stock of the 38.

    Some (March, 2009) only carry the 30 ml size, others carry only the 20 ml size, some carry both, or, remedies in one or the other. Prices do vary and have little relationship to whether the store carries all or few, one or more of the sizes. Don't assume and project answers from partial information.

  • Homeopathic practitioners may carry Bach Remedies.
    Ensure that what they are providing you with is the full strength remedy direct from the supplier and NOT a very depleted "mixed" version. Other homeopathic remedies are usually supplied in very miniscule strengths, and Can Be effective in those strengths. The Bach organization have provided courses for many years to train therapists to use the Remedies in both a homeopathic diluted fashion AND in a rationalized projective intuitive style. NEITHER this style nor this fashion have I found consistent in benefit and seldom corrective.

What is shared on these pages is how to use the Remedies in a CORRECTIVE manner, including FULL-STRENGTH exposure, and, selection and quantity determined by muscle testing, or, Spiritual Guidance.

Knowing the cautions enables you to lessen the errors.
Whether sent by airmail, courier, or surface mail ... each form of transfer can include shipment that is partially BY AIR. Freight on an airplane is exposed to changes in air pressure which may force sealed bottles to leak and result in a loss of some of the remedy. Contamination may result. Seals may be permanently weakened. Try to have the supplier guard against this. It HAS happened.
