RAW:
Crown or state-owned land, and farmland are often referred to as raw or undeveloped lands. That is, they have not been modified for the high density uses of residential subdivisions, commerce, and industry. Benefits may include a lack of soil and groundwater pollution. Cautions do apply.
POLLUTANTS CAN BE INTRODUCED to such land as landfill, concealed garbage dumping, acid rain chemicals, airborne radiation particulate from atomic weapons tests (thousands of miles from the source), airborne toxic heavy metal dust (up to hundreds of miles from the source). Ease of access to such sites is often less than ideal. Title to such lands may, in some cases where reserved government use has been sanctioned, not be allowed.
LARGE AREAS SOMETIMES HAVE NO AQUIFERS running beneath or even near them. Without these groundwater sources, supplies of drinking water may be minimal and insufficient. The depth and composition of the topsoil may prohibit the safe use of septic sewage disposal tanks that require weeping beds to absorb their overflow. Raw land can be the best or worst surface alternative for a residence and/or office location. Its cost is often the lowest of the available alternatives.
DEVELOPED:
This is always privately-owned land which has been divided into lots. Utilities and services are usually mandated by the governing political authority before such lots are sold individually. These often include municipal septic and water supply systems and public roadway access. Natural gas may be, and electrical supply utilities are often supplied to the lot line. The public roadways are maintained and cleared of snow and debris by taxation financed local government services. Ownership titles are usually easily obtained. Building permits may restrict the size, orientation, finishing and other design choices of the buildings to be constructed. This alternative often represents the most costly choice available.
ENHANCED:
Yes, this is real.
Discovered by an environmentally hypersensitive person who had learned dowsing and muscle testing techniques, these locations actually enhance the health of the person simply by one's presence in them. These are usually abandoned or inactive privately held undeveloped land and lots. They are unlikely to be located within 100 miles of any major city and will usually not have any commercial or industrial development within 5 miles of their lot line. Neither will garbage dumps, towns or major highways be found within 4 miles of their lot lines.
THE SOIL may often be sandy or gravely as a justification for its lack of agricultural development or continued use. The surrounding land elevations will often be higher than the commercialized parts of the larger region --- leaving this plot in a "hollow" or valley. The surrounding relative elevation may assist in deflecting acid rain and contaminated dust-laden winds around the region rather than allowing them to cross it.
Costs of such land are often much less than developed properties because of their remoteness and the lack of awareness of their inherent value to enhancing human health. Some degree of development may still be advisable and is most economical if undertaken for a small subdivision of estate-sized (1 acre or larger) lots.
AN EXAMPLE:
A severely hypersensitive person whose reactions typically left him irritable, confused, aggressive, dizzy, nauseous, and paranoid ... visited a health enhanced property. ALL of his hypersensitive symptoms disappeared when he reached within several kilometers of the property ... and again reappeared on his return home. While at the property, he and his family walked freely about through knee-high grass and past cedar trees, other conifers and alongside a swampy lowland.
In an unusual incidence, the family conversed calmly and respectfully amongst themselves. Before leaving, the man confided that it was the first time in his 10-year-old son's life that the son was free of sinus congestion ... even though he had been diagnosed as allergic to the grass he had now been walking through.
IN A SECOND CASE, a woman who was extremely hypersensitive, visited an enhanced property and also walked around, through, and past different groupings of cedar, birch and spruce trees, and, through grass and by a swampy section. Like the man and his family, ALL of her symptoms of hypersensitivity disappeared as she neared the property ... and returned on her way back home.
She found it amazing that she could walk near and through a stretch of cedar trees without symptom ... even though she was usually so hypersensitive to cedar that she could not be within sight of such a tree. She was also extremely hypersensitive to grasses and moulds ... each of which were clearly present throughout the property, and, to which she now had no reaction. She was delighted with the freedom.
IN A THIRD CASE, a man who had become intensely hypersensitive to many foods, environmental triggers such as grasses and moulds, air pollution, and chemicals ... also came to this enhanced property. He stayed at a bed and breakfast place near the edge of the property for several months. During that period, and while in the area, almost all of his many and dramatic symptoms also subsided.
Only when he left the region did his symptoms return and he found it necessary once again to restrict his diet, frequently wear an organic vapors face mask, rest for lengthy periods, and devote considerable willpower to keeping from becoming disoriented.

Q29: Where do I find a health enhancing property?
Quite a few of the basic factors common to such a property are reviewed on the Earthtym website in the Locations section, subsection Land. Please be aware of those first.
Secondly, such locations are NOT found in urban regions or in any area in which agricultural chemicals have been used. Regions adjacent to, downwind, or downriver, or within the same aquifer --- are also usually excluded.
Thirdly, areas which meet these exceptions may not be inhabitable, according to generally held standards, so high elevations, swamps, and deserts are usually excluded.
Fourth, as an extension of the above exclusions, humanity has a historical pattern of quickly moving into any area which is commercially promoted and socially accepted as preferable --- and making it unhealthy. So, it would be counterproductive for me to freely define such locations in any mass media for they would quickly lose their benefit.
Fifth, necessarily, to live in such a region you are going to have to be willing to move to a region from which you will have to commute, or telecommute to work, or, be self-sufficient, or, work at home as some writers and artisans do. If this is not a lifestyle you would like to adopt, don't ask for a location.
Sixth, while there are many areas which have a general health enhancing benefit, some very hypersensitive persons are better assisted by an equally specialized property. I had a request from a woman who would be best assisted by one special location in Prince Edward Island, in recognition of her sensitivities.
I have numerous topographical maps with health enhancing regions outlined on them. There are none in the USA, Asia, Africa, Europe, Mexico, South America, Australia, Antarctica, or the Arctic. January 2004 Update:
For more than 10 years I had many topographical maps of Ontario regions and with Spiritual Guidance, confirmed by experience and research, numerous locations were defined. Interest in this knowledge by others was next to nil and a building project a put together in 1987-88 was terminated due to bureaucratic interference by a lawyer and engineer who were trying to make themselves look important to the officials involved and delayed everything long enough for the financing to be lost.
What worked out for me and for many others, in a better way, was the fuller expression of the Balancing Therapy. Anyone who releases a number of their energy blocks also releases their hypersensitivities --- and can live and go anywhere they choose! This would be anyone's Best option but not always easy as I have never had enough sincere personal interest from a client or other person for someone else to learn the skills to getting accurate Spiritual Guidance, and/or, learning how to do the Balancing Therapy, with or without the Guidance. The option has been there since 1998. I am presently in southern British Columbia, perhaps until May 1st. Arranging sessions via the Internet has been tried and is just not possible for a variety of reasons. You would have to come here.
Again, the location ...
There are many "clues" to finding such a location in the many location files on the earthtym.net site and entering "enhanced health" into the online onsite search engine will reveal these easily.
Specifically, as no one else has made the effort to "develop" any of these locations into remote estate lot subdivisions, you are left with finding a location, getting a building permit and contracting or subcontracting building a house. All of this CAN be done but unless you have a good asset base and are skilled at project management, the process can be very challenging. The financial bureaucracy in Ontario changed in 1988 and largely anything outside of an urban area does not get mortgage money unless you have 110% collateral assets as a guarantee.
Perhaps obviously, anything that was found acceptable 10 years ago, or even 5 years ago, may not be today, for all the reasons involved with sensitivities and pollution. When I moved to Australia in 2002, ALL of the maps I had with designated properties were lost due to bungling by the shipper-receivers and customs people.
The original location I was going to develop is midway between the towns of Durham and Hanover, north of Mount Forest, in Ontario. I doubt if it has yet been built on. It could have afforded 30 estate lots and had a subdivision plan. The land could have been bought then for $100,000. I had two wells drilled and tested for adequate flow on the property -- extremely important in that area. Development cost then would have been over $1 million. If available it might be possible to buy the land and just build one house on it. Other properties could be found but the effort required versus the demand and for no income when there are many other more positive directions does not encourage my further participation in this direction.
Bottom line: Health enhancing properties can still be found.
This is made difficult by the continuing degradation of the environment, the continuing politicization of land use policies (constructive and not), and the inevitable requirement of using Spiritual Guidance to effect dependable results where no amount of intellectualizing and computer crunching on all the technical information available will yield an equal result of accuracy.
This is made easier by the amount of background detail on earthtym.net both for consideration of location factors and for how one can develop and effectively use a skill of accessing Spiritual Guidance accurately. Together, anyone can find these locations.
The most basic determination of the success of any of this, for you, is whether you are a pioneering type of person, who can be very self-disciplined and hard working, who has access to assets of at least $220,000, and, who can largely work from home with a once a week commute to a major city for business contact, etc.
As you see, there are options.
They are not easy as there are no organizations or institutions to support your efforts and unless you have most knowledgeable, considerate and empathetic family, friends,or other close support --- it demands a LOT of independent and self-confident effort -- drive to survive, at least it did, for me.
REMEMBER THIS:
BE AWARE.
The problems you have may not come from within the people around you, or, from within yourself. Take a long vacation to a (hopefully) cleaner environment (not in the continental USA, Europe, or Asia) and see if the problem is your relationship or your environment. A relationship can be for a lifetime ... a job, career, and specific home address seldom are.
Pick your priority carefully.
