Getting rid of parasites.

HOW FAST AND HOW THOROUGHLY you rid yourself of unwanted parasites depends on knowledge of alternatives, lifestyle, money, time, and commitment. Unless the body components which will be most influenced during your parasite removal process are strong, you may risk an organ failure or other complications. Yet you do not want to strengthen both your body and the resident parasite population. Typically, you will have to go through a series of cycles with each cycle eliminating one or more kinds of parasite.

THERE WILL BE A DIE-OFF, sometimes, of parasites within the body.
Other cleansing techniques may then be necessary to remove them as wastes. Remember: it probably took you decades to gather all your parasites. Taking several weeks, a month, several months, or even a year or longer should not be asking too much for the possibility of avoiding chronic or life-threatening diseases for the next 45 years or so. Muscle test yourself or have someone else test you to determine which of the following is best for you, when, and for how long.

        1. fasting (water only);
        2. juicing (vegetables and/or fruits);
        3. herbal anti-parasitic remedies;
        4. natural (spice) antibiotics;
        5. nutritional supplements;
        6. special diet or diets;
        7. dental amalgam replacement;
        8. pharmaceuticals;
        9. antibiotic drugs;
        10. specific yoga exercise;



Eating and drinking your way to

Health.

YOU MAY BE SPIRITUALLY GUIDED to use one or more of the above approaches at any time. Frequently, you may have to strengthen a part of your body so that you are strong enough to persist through the cleansing regime. Sometimes, this strengthening regime must be separate and precede any parasitic purge. Other times, it may be required during the parasite cleanse or following a cleansing period. Remember, foods ... fresh foods, can provide a medicinal influence which is every bit as powerful as many drugs --- without harmful effects and without aggravating and complicating symptoms.

A FRESH JUICE made from celery, apples, and carrots acts to retain serotonin in one's system. This hormone, produced in the intestines, determines how alert we are and influences our optimism. When its level falls too low we feel very tired and can become depressed. When I went on a guided juice fast, I was Guided to learn early that if I tried to live on such a combination for a time, I would disorient my body and create more problems for myself. After a breakfast, lunch and dinner of this juice combination --- my fragile serotonin level was so strong that I could not sleep for 24 hours. My mind was active and alert even though my muscles were so physically spent after 18 hours of continuous activity that I could hardly stand. Initially, I could only constructively use this juice combination once every other day.

ADDING FRESH ONION AND GINGER --- both anti-parasitics --- modified the influence. Large numbers of parasites were killed and I became very tired and a little disoriented by the great weight of debris which had to be expelled. I could only constructively use such a juice combination once every 3 days or so depending upon my activities. Bear these examples in mind to enhance your awareness of your own feelings and responses during a cleansing process and to emphasize to yourself the importance of careful and specific wording of the questions you put to your Higher Self guide.

Bach "IMPATIENS" ENERGY BLOCKS: Most people have more than one.
Energy Blocks encourage one to look for the short-cuts and to do the minimal to reach our goal. Short-cuts are sometimes necessary in emergencies but even then they hold no guarantee of success. They should be taken as last minute do-or-die decisions, not as first measures. Short-cuts, in reality, usually fail ... and leave us worse off.

THE AFFIRMATION "Depth rather than pace," particularly applies here. It is to be expected that a process which is killing or expelling parasites from you may provide dramatic immediate results after a time if a parasite or colony of parasites has been expelled. It should be even more expected that getting rid of some parasites will mean the same as killing them. This often produces toxins which themselves must be swept from your lifesystem.

YOUR BODY MAY REQUIRE A REST SPELL after an active anti-parasitic attack. This is particularly important if you are trying to maintain a social or job function role at the time. Compulsively persisting in a process which weakens your lifesystem by resulting in too much garbage (dead parasites) accumulating within you may only set you back rather than moving you ahead. You may have built a mountain of sludge and parasites within you, bit by bit. Accept that you may now have to dismantle that mountain bit by bit.

REMEMBER that you are an individual and what you require for a return to health, maintenance of health and disease prevention will be unique for you. Specific formulae which work for others may not work for you and what works for you may not be appropriate or safe for another person.



Lifestyles of the clean and free.

HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS worth of research has been wasted on a fantasy biased and inefficient space program and on the development of more powerful weapons of mass destruction. Meanwhile, conventional medicine and health care remains in the dark ages --- compared to where it could have been. Conventional medicine still does not have dependable tests for the presence of MOST parasites --- including common and deadly ones. All of this could have been made possible 25 years ago had there been the political will and a lack of scientific inertia.

SCIENCE HAS ONLY DISCOVERED IN THE PAST DECADE that its indiscriminate use of antibiotics has introduced more powerful antibiotic-resistant strains of bacteria and viruses --- the reason for a resurgence of malaria and tuberculosis --- parasitic illnesses. There remains a lack of understanding about dandruff ... even though humans have acquired it for millennia. Indeed, science has yet to determine what the parasite(s) is/are which influence(s) the development of many diseases. Diseases now known to have existed for hundreds of years still continue free of any public health prevention program, high school, or even university awareness.

MOST GENERAL PRACTITIONERS worldwide (!) as well as medical specialists are unaware of most of the information assembled and presented on these pages relating to parasites. IF they were aware of it, most chronic illnesses would have been eradicated without having to access huge healthcare budgets. Instead, chronic healthcare problems have been growing for the past 55 years. If you want health for you and your family, YOU will have to take responsibility for it.


RECOMMENDATIONS --

for fewer parasites.

  1. become Balanced and release compulsive behaviors;
  2. undertake a parasite cleanse with your family each year;
  3. hands should be washed after touching soil, public use items, ...;
  4. wash all vegetables and fruits which you eat or juice;
  5. use fresh and cook thoroughly any meats which you eat;
  6. add anti-parasitic spices and foods daily to your diet;
  7. air filtration and conditioning units require weekly cleaning;
  8. air humidifying units require thorough cleaning every week;
  9. oral, foot, genital, and anal areas should be cleansed daily;
  10. whenever possible, avoid sick, ill, and unhygienic persons;
  11. do not share clothing, linen, towel, toothbrush, razer ...;
  12. drink lots of filtered and/or distilled water daily;
  13. change snug underwear daily and clean trousers/pants weekly;
  14. ensure that pets / livestock are healthy and wash after touching;
  15. do not kiss others unless you know they are parasite-free;
  16. only have sex with a "clean" partner with whom you share a commitment.



Specific Parasite Lifestyle Factors.

AMOEBA:

Require moisture.
Destructive forms are most often ingested with poorly cooked, insufficiently preserved, or otherwise contaminated foods.

TO AVOID:

    • Wash hands before preparing foods;
    • Use sterilized utensils and dishes;
    • Preserve foods efficiently;
    • Use fresh juices immediately;
    • Cook foods thoroughly;
    • Process before over-ripe;
    • Cook what you need ... no leftovers.

BACTERIA:

Require moisture, warmth and food.

TO AVOID:

  • Wash hands before preparing foods;
  • Use sterilized utensils and dishes;
  • Preserve foods efficiently;
  • Use fresh juices immediately;
  • Cook foods thoroughly;
  • Process before over-ripe;
  • Cook what you need ... no leftovers;
  • Wash dining dishes promptly;
  • Food attracts bacteria quickly when prepared and then left open to the air and/or unrefrigerated;
    AND
  • Do NOT use other person's toothbrushes;
  • Wash groin and armpit areas frequently;
  • Wash wrinkles, between toes, navel, ears;
  • Keep cuts, scraps and burns clean/covered;
  • Maintain even body temperature;
  • Maintain adequate salt levels;
  • Don't smoke -- lowers skin temperature;
  • Exercise --- for good circulation.

FLEA:

Eggs are laid on the body or in the bedding;
Feed on dried blood, skin scales, adult flea droppings.

TO AVOID:

    • Clean bedding weekly, as a minimum;
    • Use adequate menstrual protection;
    • Shower or bathe before going to bed;
    • Maintain cleanliness from sexual juices;
    • Use a fan for air circulation in hot weather;
    • Do not sit or lay on other people's beds;
    • Clean your clothing after exposure to humans, animals, birds --- which may be infested due to domestication and uncleanliness.

FUNGUS:

Obtain food from dead, decaying, or apparently dying lifeforms;
Grow best in darkness, dampness, warmth.

TO AVOID:

    • Don't act like you are dying!!;
    • Get adequate sleep, exercise and nutrition;
    • Don't smoke or use recreational drugs;
    • Restrict your bathing in pools, rivers & lakes to 10 minutes
      UNLESS
      protected against body temperature loss.
    • Use electrostatic or HEPA air filtration;
    • Maintain clean air and water filters;
    • Use moderated air conditioning when possible;
    • Use non prescription birth control methods;
    • Expose your body to sunlight/full spectrum lighting.

LEECHES:

Live in salt and fresh waters and on land.

TO AVOID:

    • Cook all flesh foods thoroughly;
    • Restrict your bathing in pools, rivers & lakes to 10 minutes
      UNLESS
      protected against invasion by oils, coverings, ...
    • Use noseclips when swimming;
    • Wash and dry your ears after swimming;
    • Cleanse and cover any skin breakages promptly;
    • Encourage presence of birds and perch/trout fish.

LOUSE - LICE:

Eat skin scales, feathers, hair, grease.

TO AVOID: Especially clean the following

        • pubic hair;
        • eyebrows and beard;
        • head hair;
        • frequently worn clothing.

MITE:

Found in all climates; often live in outer ears.

TO AVOID:

    • Clean ears regularly;
    • Clean skin regularly;
    • Rub itches, don't scratch;
    • Apply hydrogen peroxide to itching skin/scalp;
    • Maintain good nutrition with fresh foods;
    • Drink lemon + water to assist skin pH acid level;
    • Avoid animal and hydrogenated oils.

ROUNDWORMS:

Spread between humans easily;
live on foods in bowel, blood, deep organ tissues.

TO AVOID:

    • Cook all flesh foods thoroughly;
    • Clean hands before and after preparing foods;
    • Wash all dirt and sand from fruits and vegetables;
    • Eat adequate fiber and get regular exercise;
    • Don't walk barefoot,
      unless you have personally cleaned the floor or grassed area;
    • Don't drink unfiltered water from pools, streams, wells.

VIRUS:

Most often spread between species members but can be spread between species members by insects.

TO AVOID:

  • Wash hands after being in public use areas;
  • Shower or bathe after being in/at schools, churches, mass public events, extended periods on public transit, crowds, hospitals, day cares, public pools.
  • Restrict exposure to flies, roaches, mosquitoes by using window screens, sleeping screens, boracic acid powder, incense, natural insecticides;
  • Don't leave picked or processed fruits and vegetables open to attract flies;
  • Bathe after sweating to reduce the attraction of mosquitoes;
  • Maintain a clean eating/food preparation area so as not to attract cockroaches;
  • Avoid exposure to too much sun --- can trigger viruses;
  • Avoid emotional challenges --- can trigger viruses ---
    by learning Assertiveness, getting Balanced, practicing Sentics.
