Q31: What's the problem with parasites?

SUMMARY: The problem is more with humans than with the parasites.
Most humans know nothing about parasites, have no respect for them, and, often owe their chronic health problems and their deaths to them. Most of this dis-ease could be avoided.

Parasites are lifeforms which sustain their vitality by utilizing energy resources from other lifeforms. They may be present in either of 3 relationships, and for some, that relationship can change. They can sustain the health of individuals, or, destroy it.

Co-dependent synergistic relationship parasites:
Without the pre-processing of food function which some parasites provide for us, many or all of us would die. They utilize some of the food that we can't digest for themselves, and part of their excretions are valuable food combinations for us. We need them; they need us.

Aggressive passive relationship parasites:
These parasites enter your body wherever and whenever you allow them to. They depend upon your carelessness and ignorance. Once onsite, they take up a position and start eating you. They may absorb energies from many of your cells, taking away the nutrients you need. Or, they may feed on your tissues --- repeatedly cutting into them and taking your healing energies constantly and leaving tissue weakness and scars. Still others don't stop at the surface but penetrate through the tissue wall and carry on to other organs and tissues. They depend on your un-healthy habits to survive.

Co-operative selective tradition-bound parasites:
Some parasites are in you because you choose to put them there, or, culturally encouraged patterns of behavior put them there. You can do without these and remain perfectly health, IF, you stay away from some food. But if you are going to eat dairy foods and you maintain lactobacillus colonies in your gut to help you digest those, you have to protect them. Eating foods, like hot curries, or taking certain kinds of cleansing herbs or drugs --- will kill the lactobacillus. Then milk products give you diarrhea, toxic blood, and headaches. So, if you are going back to milk products you swallow to lactobacillus first, perhaps in the form of yoghurt.

Q32: Is it better to have some parasites, or, ...?

SUMMARY: Yes. Without some, you would die.

We are host to a selection of parasites which live in our intestines. Without them, and others that we add, we would be unable to get the efficient level of nutrition necessary for health. Without some selected parasites we would be unable to eat some of the foods we like. In an environmental sense, if it were not for a very common parasite called the slime molds, much of dead organisms would not be re-absorbed as nutrients back into the soil. Soon the soil would be sterile and nothing would grow.

Parasites are everywhere.
We can control their numbers so they don't overpopulate and mutate into more dangerous forms. We can make the environment better for those which help us and remove or restrict environments that encourage the presence of parasites which are a hazard to us.



Q33: Are pharmaceuticals better than herbal approaches?

SUMMARY: Pharmaceuticals are stronger, faster, more devastating, more dangerous and more deadly than herbals.

Comparative evaluations are not always what they seem.
In most instances, anything that is better according to some features also is worse according to other characteristics. Each authority will tell you what is better according to the bias of their training or their profession. Always seek out at least 3 viewpoints on any question of value. You will always have a viewpoint of what is negative about your subject. And you will often be able to find a positive viewpoint proclaiming the benefits. A third perspective is far more important than the sum of the others if it sets out the positives and negatives, places them into relevance, and, points out characteristics which both share. These are the more obvious approaches to discovery. Look carefully and you will find more.

Herbal medicines have been used to assist health recovery since before human recorded history. They are as simple as a ground root, stewed bark, crushed or steeped leaves, berry juice, or flower oils. Such fresh ingredients are available to many of us and are relatively easy to prepare and preserve. Herbal medicines may appear simple, yet, they are combinations of complex phytochemicals in organically balanced proportions. Many include enzymes to speed their metabolism; a few contain hormones.

Changes induced by herbal medicines are frequently gradual and gentle. Herbals tend to have fluctuating strengths or presence of their active ingredients relative to the soils they grow in, the climate during the growing season, the degree to which pesticides and fungicides have been utilized, the application of organic or commercial fertilizers. They are excellent for strengthening the body and acting as a factor in disease prevention.

Pharmaceutical medicines have been used to assist health recovery primarily since the mid-1800s, even though there have been reports of their minor use dating back several thousands of years. They are processed and refined from plants, animals, and minerals to as few discernable ingredients as can be stabilized. Such processed medicines are available to none of us directly.

They are relatively difficult to prepare and most often are carefully packaged to facilitate specific quantities for the purpose of routine prescribing. Pharmaceutical medicines may appear complex by manufacture, yet, they are greatly reduced combinations of complex phytochemicals no longer in organically balanced proportions. None include enzymes and metabolic uptake by the patient may range from good to poor.

Changes induced by pharmaceuticals are frequently rapid and crude. Pharmaceuticals tend to have very consistent strengths or presence of their ingredients relative to the manufacturing and quality control processes used to make them. They are excellent for clearing the body quickly of some debilitating influences while also affording changes in the body which may facilitate the development of secondary illnesses, or, a later re-occurrence of the original problem.

We usually require pharmaceuticals or herbals because our health has been compromised, or, we expect changes in our environment to increase the risk of illness. Neither need be required if we have no energy blocks, eat a balanced diet suited to our blood type, rest adequately, breathe clean air, drink fresh untainted water, exercise optimally, freely express our emotions constructively, communicate well, avoid destructive environments and persons, and, maintain a balance of work, play, solitude, and intimacy activities as best suited to our Basic Personality. While this seems to have been possible easily over 6000 years ago, it has been increasingly eroded since relative to population volume.

To the extent that we have changed, denied, avoided, or made difficult the above, so also we have endangered our health and require supplemental tools to strengthen and defend us, and, weapons to save us from acute diseases. Herbal medicines are our health maintaining tools while pharmaceuticals are our disease destroying weapons. The critical point to be understood here is that tools or weapons in the hands of the unskilled can result in greater damage being done than if left alone.

Conflicting products, misdiagnosis and misapplication, and over-reactions to pharmaceuticals result in the deaths of thousands of North Americans annually. Hundreds of thousands of others misuse or don't use their prescription medicines and both further endanger their health, or, suffer many dis-ease side effects. Few people die from the use of herbal products, although most are not used optimally for the individual.

So, which is better?
It all depends on how much risk you want to be exposed to, how well you want to be, what you are prepared to do to reduce the negative stresses on your health, how aware you become about you personal health requirements, how accurately you choose your therapist, your tools, your weapons, and optimize their use. It can become a relatively easy process but only after you get started and get into the swing of things.

The longer it takes you to start and the slower you move after, the longer it will take for you to regain and maintain your health. No matter how informed the practitioner is, I have never found one that could come close to the demonstrated accuracy of someone utilizing muscle testing or Spiritual Guidance as a determining source of what to use when, how much, or for how long. Fundamentally, which is best for you, depends on you.


Q34: I found a great product in the store.

How do I know if it is right for me.

This is the health practitioner's question they wish you never asked.
If they do not pin you to the wall as to what makes you believe the product is great, whatever position they take, they can't win.

I have known people who saw a persuasive advertisement on television and believed every word mentioned, spoken by doctors and sincere users, played by actors. If the actor had said they were God and the sky was going to fall that night, they would have spent the night in the basement. The advertising industry have given us what we needed to buy: confidence. It may not always have been so, but a lack of self-discipline by the industry and a do-anything-for-the-buck attitude, backed by unprincipled governments --- has given us almost 100% reliability. You can reliably expect that testimonials on television, over the radio, in magazines, and on the Internet are as valuable as the time it took to manufacture them.

I have had others who mentioned to me that an ingredient or medicine worked so effectively for their friend who has ABZ disease, that they want to take it, even though they have no symptoms of that or any other illness. Please don't write and ask what ABZ disease is and what they were taking! If we took all the pharmaceuticals or herbals that have worked well for someone else whose health is dramatically different from ours, we would die quickly.

The quantities of ingredients that I have been Guided to take when seriously ill would have killed me had I been healthy. For a period of weeks they kept me alive and assisted my recovery. I would NEVER suggest that someone else take the same dose just because it worked for me. They don't have my body even if they have the same illness I had.

In North America we live in a commercial environment in which trillions of dollars have been spent to persuade us to buy something and believe that it can do wonders. Every year, scientific studies demonstrate that the most frequently purchased mouthwash, highest priced vitamin and mineral supplements, most popular pharmaceuticals, most advertised self-improvement video or most expensively packaged products are not average benefit products --- they are actually low benefit products --- relative to the others available.

You can check the consumer products organization's reports to confirm this. You will never find enough reports to cover everything. Do we become better consumers? No. The next year the findings are repeated. The names may differ but the process of error remains the same. You can do better. Just recognize the reality and don't become part of it.

For any individual, there is often no such thing as a best product. More often, the individual requires a set of products which cannot be pre-packaged. Even from that set, the quantities which they require for optimized dosage will differ from day to day. I have never seen these valuations consistently accurately made except through muscle testing and Spiritual Guidance.

As much as we can rationalize, we can be wrong based on some misperception, missing information, educated bias, energy block induced assumption or intolerance, simple Ego pride, or SuperEgo devotion to authority. No matter how pretty the box, how many accolades have been paid for, how many human experts vouch for it, how expensive and chic it is, or how pure and cheap it is, nothing beats your body knowledge and God's wisdom for accuracy and efficiency.

Q36: I'm improving my health.

What unsafe practices should I avoid?

It is more constructive to build than to tear down.
Here are some practices to encourage and choose. A short list for a beginning focus:

  • Drink clean water more than any other fluid.
  • Eat as many fresh, juiced, or frozen foods as possible.
  • Shower, change your underwear, brush your teeth -- daily.
  • Walk 2 blocks and climb 2 flights of stairs per day, min.
  • Find something positive about someone else and compliment them on it.
  • Don't share towels, toothbrushes, clothing, shoes, wigs.
  • Restrict your intake of meats to 1 serving every 2 days.
  • Respect yourself, mate selectively.

How can you enjoy life if you are experiencing the symptoms
of one or more parasite infestations.
