PREFACE
This page is an example of how one can take the original description of the spiritual Principle addressed by the specified Bach Flower Remedy noted in the reference, at the bottom of this page, and reframe it into a learning tool to assist you to build a new coping skill --- a constructive attitude and behavior pattern.
The description in the book is BEST for a person who has the energy block or is going through a session to release that block. The description by Scheffer is largely of what a destructive attitude and pattern of the spiritual Principle would be like if one had this particular type of energy block. That description enables awareness to increase and allows the Reptilian Structure to more inclusively bring together the components of the block concerned, when indicated, so that it can be released.
AFTER the energy block is gone, one May still find it helpful to counter the still present IMPRINTING that has also been imposed on the Identity by the person's environment. This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% (usually the more intense) NEED this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle.

HEATHER relates to the soul qualities of empathy and readiness to help.
In the positive Heather state a person is concerned with problems many people have, including herself. She empathizes with others. When guided by her Higher Self she knows when she can participate constructively. This state may be of the extrovert or introvert type.
Self awareness and sympathy for other's interests and concerns is characteristic of a person in the positive Heather state. A consistent extroverted Heather state is sincere when others are present. She listens and participates when constructive. Having coped with her past experiences and found an understanding of them, they have not become traumas which she expresses to others in the hope of having them resolved. She is sensitive to the needs of others; their need for space at times and their preoccupations.
People in the positive Heather state are self aware, self directed and self responsible. Their acknowledgement comes primarily from within. They empathize with others because they accept and respect themselves. When difficulties arise the positive Heather state person looks to their Higher Self for what is relevant and for clear discernment regarding what can best be done. They accept their emotions, put them into perspective and manage them, this enables them to be self-disciplined.
She recognizes that she has all the energy necessary to proceed with what she is Guided to pursue. She is open to accepting assistance and asks for, receives, and acknowledges it when it can or would be constructive. Her positive attitude enables her to be optimistic.
The benefit of the positive Heather state lies with the personality looking to its Higher Self to understand the greater unity of the whole. It knows that by looking to and following the Guidance conveyed by the Higher Self it will receive with adequate effort what is best for it, from what is available.
A capability of give and take required for balanced communication and interaction is characteristic of people in the positive Heather state. They are often both good listeners and adept speakers. They have great empathy and when the situation demands it they can be wholly attentive to the other person, wholly participating in something that would be most constructive to be done.
They create an atmosphere of trust and strength in which others can feel at ease. By focusing their energy, attention, affection and love on empathizing with others in their time of need, cosmic laws come into operation to return the same to them many times over.
Negative Heather states are most likely to arise when there is difficulty resolving problems and when personal experiences, reflection and meditation encourage the development of a spiritual perspective, beyond and encompassing their former focus on the physical and materialistic. Trying to satisfy the many different concerns and expectations of all of one's relatives, associates and friends regarding a problem of personal significance can lead to a negative Heather state in which the person seems to test the viability of a possible solution by imposing the suggestion of acceptance on everyone else. In short, they search for an imaginary consensus from persons with different perspectives with the hope of reaching an ideal solution.
