TRUTH, from Fiction!
... If we were hunting an alien ship that arrived this instant within the parameters of our own solar system, it might take over four hours for its deliberate signal to reach us. If it were traveling at .9 cee it can be well outside Pluto's orbit before we even know it was there and gone. If it is trans-cee --- no hope of finding it at all. And if we are two near-cee ships trying to fight each other in our solar system, a number of very strange things have to be taken into account.

Sublight (speed/frequency), we all exist by Einstein's rules.
Nothing in this space can travel faster than light. That's the law. If we stand imprudently EVA on the bow of a starship at .9999 cee and fire a pistol, we notice a disturbing phenomenon: the bullet will reach its relativistic limit instantly and hang there time-stopped just in front of us, infinitely massive because of its velocity (as we are) and traveling within our little packet of reality --- because nothing in Einsteinian space can exceed cee (speed).

It and we go on together in the same moment. Explosive missiles or lasers fired just ahead of your bow reach your target less than .0001 split second before you do. You might as well ram the opposing ship as fire on their tail. And if they are also going .9999 cee, you can't catch them in Einsteinian space.

If they are coming towards you, on the other hand, you'll never know it. Your radar can't pick them up in advance. Neither can anything else that depends on matter and particles. Take comfort. Odds do say in an area as big as the solar system you'll probably miss each other entirely. ....

Considering that accelerating at 32 feet per second gives you the feeling of 1 gee, or Earth gravity, and that maintaining that thrust for 350 days gets you close to that .9 cee --- at which point you would cross solar systems in hours, not the years needed by such craft as Voyager ---

NOTE ADDED:
Healthy human adults can withstand acceleration thrusts of as high as 8 gee. Accelerating to .9 cee could thus be accomplished in 350/8, or 44 days. If a World Visitor could travel at .9 cee and accelerate safely, with their own physiology and/or protections at 100 gee, they could travel almost anywhere in the universe, including acceleration and deceleration, in 350/100 x 2 = 7 days and a few hours!

Do you have the Truth ?
You know you have been deceived when:

• never feel at ease;
• you are always being asked to be afraid;
• workweeks never shorten from the advantage of technology;
• the value of your money keeps declining;
• spending by the government keeps increasing;

Five are a certain indication that your government and social leaders are manipulating you to be slaves in support of their hunger for power and money. Despite the words, the end result will be to attract your attention with idols of fear and expectation, assumption and security. The reality that these are YOUR addictions is revealed by their persistent presence.

DEPRESSION can be an indicator of persistent deception.
It is a natural result of ANY of the above factors. Better skills and awareness can help you minimize its influence. If you don't think you have been deceived, with the above symptoms, you are totally in denial and inviting further disaster.

... Light rays travel very quickly ...they cover about 300,000 kilometres every SECOND. This is as fast as anything can travel; nothing can move as fast as light particles.

But if it were possible to build a very powerful vehicle that could move almost as fast as light ... perhaps 200,000 km every second ... then anyone observing this vehicle as it flashed past would notice some extremely peculiar things happening to it. The vehicle would appear shorter than normal, and in fact, it would be shorter. If the vehicle were ordinarily 3 metres long, it might now be only 2 metres in length.

If you were able to weigh the vehicle, you would discover that it weighed much more than normal. Anybody riding in it would weigh many times their normal weight .. However, the people in the vehicle would not FEEL any heavier, or any thinner. They would feel and look normal to themselves ... but if they looked out the window, they would see the rest of the world moving by, and IT would appear to be shrunk.

If the vehicle were to move faster and faster, getting closer and closer to the speed of light, it and the people in it would continue to get thinner and thinner, while at the same time getting heavier and heavier!

These strange occurrences, as described by Albert Einstein, can actually be observed. It is not yet possible [for humans] to build a vehicle that will go this fast, of course ... the fastest spacecraft only cover about 15-20 kilometres in a second. But tiny particles called 'cosmic rays' that are given off by the sun ... the ones that cause the Northern Lights when they hit earth's magnetic field ... move almost as fast as light, and their mass can be measured. When they move that fast, their mass IS much heavier than normal.

A much more dramatic effect of moving fast is what happens to time. It seems that the faster you move, the more slowly time runs! At normal, every-day speeds (airplane speed, for instance), the effect of 'time slowing down' is just barely measurable. You could fly nonstop around the world in an airplane, and because of your increase in speed, time would run slower for you. Everyone on the plane, all the watches and clocks, the plane itself ... all would be a small fraction of a second YOUNGER than if they had not gone anywhere! That experiment has been done. ...

Things get much more interesting if you fly off in a spacecraft that can go REALLY fast ... perhaps 200.000 km per second. Now time is really slowing down. Suppose you and a friend are both exactly 16 years old. He stays on earth, but you go off for a trip in our very fast spacecraft.

Fifty years go by on earth.
(It's a long way to the nearest stars!) You return to find your friend is now 65 years old. You, however, have experienced a phenomenon known as time dilation. Time has been running more slowly for you, in the fast-moving spacecraft. According to you, the trip took only TEN years ... and you are just 26 years old! ...

It has been almost 100 years since these theories were first put forward by Einstein and others, and since then they have become accepted as fact by scientists world-wide.

NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING in Science.

Visitors from the Universe are likely to be able to travel at or near the speed of light. If they did not, why would they be so desperate or foolish to waste their time to visit the Earth and the example we demonstrate?

Here are some possibilities of travel times, including acceleration and deceleration times, from some common galaxies, if one could travel at or near cee.

The above-noted Visitors are a reference to those most frequently mentioned in the over 65,000 formal reports of UFO sightings, including thousands of reports of abductions and equally large numbers of perceived presences. These have originated from within each of the 7 largest nations over a period of decades.

Those reporting have included housewives, scientific researchers, pilots, security officers, a president of the USA, and others of almost any adult age, education, and role. They have offered their reports as a matter of their patriotism, concern for others, and wonderment. Most held no previous belief in such events nor expected any publicity or acceptance from their choices. The light year is not a unit of time; it is the distance light travels in a year, or about 6 trillion miles (10 trillion km)

Is this alternative possible?

Why deny the obvious?

• It satisfies our insecurity of ignorance.
  As long as we believe we are the most intelligent beings in the universe, we have no reason to fear that other lifeforms could treat us with the abuse and disrespect that we have treated less powerful nations and races and species on our own planet.

• It denies our history of technological advances.
  We have doubled our technological sophistication and capability every 7 years from 1896, in spite of the waste of time and resources on more wars and more ecological devastation than in the previous 6000 years.

• It enables us to remain stuck in the materialistic.
  As long as we see ourselves as gods and not as participants, we have no motivation to allow a spiritual perspective to be expressed and held which demands that we be accountable for how we respect ourselves, others, and the universe. Responsibility is minimized in the service of selfishness and desperation and distrust.

• It prevents science and learning from being open-minded and providing a constant challenge to us of the conflict between reality and understanding. It takes a calm certainty within oneself to be willing to be humble and reverent and look beyond oneself and one's current perspective of reality to find new revelations and rejoice in the harmony and contentment they bring.

The worst form of ignorance is to deny the freedom of understanding.

Endnote.

The BEST possibility is that there are other intelligent beings in the Universe and that these have perfected their own use of technology a few decades or centuries beyond our own. IF this is a reality, then their advances in technology, like our own compared to other species on the Earth, does NOT mandate a more enlightened or practiced form of spirituality than we are capable of.

There are several outcomes, not exclusive, to this possibility. Such Visitors may intend harm and destruction. They may intend to provide constructive assistance to and rescue from ourselves. They may intend to simply record our existence and leave. Others could intend to conduct research on our species and others on the Earth, for an extended period. Others, may intend to improve us, for intellectual or other selfish considerations, by bioengineering us. We have effected all of these intentions ourselves on others within our species as well as subjects from other species.

Intentions do not always work out as expected.
Our own history demonstrates MANY examples of how intentions have actually achieved the opposite of what was planned for. Our history has also frequently shown how accidents of ignorance have provided short-term gains minimized by longer-term devastation.

The more spiritual involvement which Visitors from the Universe might have with us would be to simply note and wonder at our existence, and then leave with no contribution or interference to or with us, UNLESS, the God of the Universe was to Spiritually Guide them to assist us in some manner, AND, they were of adequate spiritual awareness to receive that information accurately, AND, choose to act on it.

TIME, and the choices made, by ourselves, and potentially by others, WILL decide our longevity and the form it will take.
