PREFACE
This page is an example of how one can take the original description of the spiritual Principle addressed by the specified Bach Flower Remedy noted in the reference, at the bottom of this page, and reframe it into a learning tool to assist you to build a new coping skill --- a constructive attitude and behavior pattern.
The description in the book is BEST for a person who has the energy block or is going through a session to release that block. The description by Scheffer is largely of what a destructive attitude and pattern of the spiritual Principle would be like if one had this particular type of energy block. That description enables awareness to increase and allows the Reptilian Structure to more inclusively bring together the components of the block concerned, when indicated, so that it can be released.
AFTER the energy block is gone, one May still find it helpful to counter the still present IMPRINTING that has also been imposed on the Identity by the person's environment. This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% (usually the more intense) need this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle.

WATER VIOLET relates to the soul qualities of Humility and Wisdom.
A calm, confident, assertive, competent, tactful, supportive individual is often respected as a leader and typifies the positive Water Violet type. Such persons have a strong awareness of their abilities and a focus on their Mission. They humbly acknowledge that others who are not their equals in their area of expertise nevertheless are important in their contribution in other areas. This tolerance and appreciation of others enable them to engage others whose skills are needed for the successful and optimised completion of certain tasks. Often well-developed intellectually and spiritually, they best maintain their emotional balance and integration with others by remaining reverent to God and humble in their requests for Spiritual Guidance.
Emotional distance and conceited intensity will arise if the positive traits of Water Violet persons become strained through the Ego (Personal values) of the individual beginning to assume a stability and predictability in their relationship to others. Often treated with respect and deference, their Ego may take the unintended bait and project it into pride, superiority, and rejection of others. Wanting to preserve the image of expertise and self-direction in its strongest, yet most brittle form, the Ego and SuperEgo (Social standards and values) of the person in the negative state will sense shame and embarrassment in the admission of personal, yet human, difficulties to others. Yet it is this sharing with others who are themselves sharing which may most easily assist in the emotional growth or problem resolution of the individual. Leaders inspire the Spirit through the sharing of their Heart. The intellect persuades, and can deceive, through the consciousness of the Ego and SuperEgo.
Assuming the projected image of strength and authority expressed by others, the negative Water Violet person may begin to see themselves as surrounded by so many others of lesser ability and lesser capability. The Egotistical desire to simplify and the Reptilian Structure's tendency to pattern responses and perceptions encourages the tragic exchange of restricted ability for restricted capability. If one assumes that others CANNOT improve and WILL NOT learn, the Mission of the Water Violet person will likely be compromised. Their Mission will often involve ASSISTING others to grow beyond what they HAVE become towards what they CAN become. This will be lost if they come to view themselves as separate from the whole.
The Water Violet person will sense the error of exclusivity in their Personal Spirit and IF their Ego (Personal values element of Identity) listens, their Heart will know that something is out of balance. Trying to force a reunification with the whole (others), the Ego will express this error through flattery and exaggerated attempts to join in with others in inappropriate situations. A non drinker and non drug user taking a drink, cigarette or recreational drug in an attempt to become one of the guys/gals, when this is clearly NOT their values, is both in the negative Water Violet state, and, often seen to be insincere and potentially manipulative, PLUS, unworthy of the image of grace and inner confidence afforded to them earlier. The same applies to out-of-character gossip, swearing, and intolerant expressions. Regaining one's former image of dignity may be difficult if this occurs.
To remain in and regain a Positive Water Violet perspective, one must practice Reverence and the requesting of Spiritual Guidance more often. The expression of Reverence will enable the humility to acknowledge oneself as a part of a whole composed of many individuals, each of whom has a Mission and talents which CAN be shared for the potential contentment and harmony of all. While one may have extended spiritual and/or intellectual abilities, compared to the norm, everyone shares a common potential for experience and expressiveness of emotions, as demonstrated by Sentics. To hold oneself apart from others emotionally because of a feeling of superiority holds us apart also from the Grace of God, who created each of us. I can contribute my talents to the service of others through the medium of my Heart (emotions) and assist in bringing the world into greater spiritual harmony.
